We had a great time in Lido Di Camaiore. Iacopo's appartment is superb. Located one block from the beach (literally 2 minutes), it was ideal to walk to and from the beach. From the penthouse appartment, you have a great view on the Ocean and the beach. It's comfy with 2 full bathrooms and 2 large rooms. The pictures are representative of the appartment. Thanks!

Der direkte Zugang zum Strand war genial. Das Haus an sich war sehr spannend und man konnte spüren, was für ein geschichtsträchtiger Ort es ist. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und hatte alles, was man zum täglichen Leben braucht. Nachts sehr ruhig.

This was our second stay, and as before we were very pleased. Everything matches the description perfectly, and Stefano always makes sure you feel taken care of. We highly recommend this place if you want a comfortable stay at a minute´s walk away from the beach. Just perfect. Thanks!

Wir waren kurz vor der vereibarten Zeit beim Haus, direkt an der breiten Promenade und konnten das Auto in der blauen Zone abstellen. Daniela kam pünktlich und half uns freundlicher Weise das Gepäck ins Apartment zu tragen. Das Apartment ist gemütlich und zweckmäßig eingerichtet, die Küche gut ausgestattet mit Induktionsherd und großem Kühlschrank, Prosecco und Obstschale inklusive! Der Ausblick von der Dachterrasse ist wirklich toll, dafür nimmt man den Aufstieg durch das " schlanke" Stiegenhaus gerne in Kauf. Nach der Schlüsselübergabe fuhr Daniele mit mir in die Tiefgarage ums Eck, wo ich das Auto in einer eigenen Box abstellen konnte. Daniels freundlicher Einladung in das Srandbad seiner Familie in Marina di Petrosanto sind wir wetterbedingt nicht gefolgt. Wir haben Daniee als sehr fürsorglichen Gastgeber kennengelernt und unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Auch die Abreise mit Schlüsselübergabe hat wunderbar geklappt.

Os anfitriões são muito simpáticos e prestativos, nos receberam muito bem, o apartamento é confortável, bem decorado, limpo, bem equipado com tudo que uma família precisa para passar ótimas férias a beira mar. A localização é perfeita, próximo ao mar, ao comércio que se pode ir a pé, ao calçadão de Viareggio, que é muito agradável para caminhar a qualquer hora, estacionamento para o carro é abundante, a proximidade de pontos turísticos de toda a Toscana (Florença, Pisa, etc..) e de Cinque Terre foi fundamental para nossas férias. Com certeza recomendo este anfitrião e este apartamento para estadia de férias.

Das Haus von Gaia ist bezaubernd. Es ist liebevoll, wie auf den Bildern zu sehen, eingerichtet. Die Lage ist sehr gut: man ist in 2min am Strand und kann viele Städte in der Nähe besuchen. (Pisa 30min, Florenz 90min) Gaia hat immer schnell geantwortet und uns mit Leckereien begrüßt. Wir konnten flexibel auschecken. Den Lärm der Hauptstraße hört man sehr. Den Außenbereich konnten wir leider nicht nutzen, weil zu viele Mücken unterwegs waren.

Wir haben die Woche in der Wohnung sehr genossen. Da noch nicht so schönes Wetter war, konnten wir mit der Klimaanlage heizen. Es war schön, auf dem Balkon zu frühstücken und der Strand (welcher nicht so überlaufen ist und ein Naturstrand war, was wir sehr geschätzt haben) war schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Wohnung hatte alles was wir brauchten. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Man hat gleich die Natur vor der Nase und kann morgens mit dem VögelGezwitscher aufwachen.

Rebecca è stata gentilissima e super disponibile.L’alloggio è in una posizione ottima perché sullo splendido lungomare di Viareggio,che è una cittadina incantevole.Molto comodo e pulito al suo interno.Cucina attrezzatissima.Siamo venuti in primavera e immaginiamo che in stagione estiva lo stabilimento Primavera sia incantevole ancor di più!Felicissimi del nostro soggiorno!Torneremo e lo straconsigliamo!

Ilaria ist eine tolle Gastgeberin. Ihre Wohnung ist wunderschön am Meer gelegen, der tolle Garten lädt zum entspannen ein. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Sie hat uns sehr gute Tips für Restaurants und Unternehmungen in der Umgebung gegeben und war immer erreichbar.

This is an amazing place- great location right next to a beautiful sandy beach, with own shaded space reserved. The pool was also lovely and facilities great. Pietro was always on hand to help us and answer any enquiries. He kindly booked us taxis and was always very friendly.

Fantastic house . During our stay we have really felt like we are at home. Close to the city center. Very peacefull environment. Large rooms. Nice furniture and modern design. On top of all great house owner. Always ready to communicate and ready to help if needed. I strongly recommend Eva as owner and her house to stay. Looking forward to stay again.

Wir verbrachten rund eine Woche hier und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Apartment liegt etwas abseits, auf einem großen ruhigen Anwesen mit schönen Wegen zum spazieren und ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge. Es gibt zwar eine Busstation in der Nähe, ein Auto ist trotzdem empfehlenswert. Valerio ist super freundlich, antwortet flott und konnte uns gute Tipps geben. Das Apartment ist sauber, gepflegt und liebevoll eingerichtet. Besonders gefreut hat uns der Willkommenskorb mit eigens angebauten Gemüse und selbstproduzierten Olivenöl. Wer etwas ruhiges abseits sucht und der Hitze etwas entkommen möchte ist hier genau richtig. Vielen Dank für Alles!

My husband, 2.5 year old toddler, and myself (7 months pregnant) had the most wonderful stay at Chiara’s home in Viareggio. The location is unbeatable, walking distance to the beach and great fam friendly beach clubs, great restos, stores, cafes. The home is beautiful (as pictured), very clean, and had everything we needed to feel comfortable during our stay with a toddler— beach towels, an extra cot set up for our toddler, a diaper bin, a booster seat, sand toys. Kitchen was also well stocked with the basics for cooking, washing machine, and AC in the rooms. Moreover, Chiara was extremely accesible and responsive during our stay with instructions, local recommendations, including setting us up with a parking pass. I highly recommend staying here for a relaxed vacation for a family— plus easy/close driving to surrounding towns and sights! thank you Chiara for going above and beyond! Hope to come back soon.

Wij hebben 10 dagen lang genoten van een heerlijke vakantie in een fijne B&B. Het verblijf is brandschoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. De locatie van het verblijf is erg centraal. Je bent in een paar minuten bij de boulevard en ook het strand is niet ver weg. Wij hebben uiteindelijk fietsen gehuurd waardoor wij veel konden zien van Viareggio, maar ook de plaatsjes in de buurt. Vanaf Viareggio ben je met de trein in 20 minuten in Pisa of Lucca. Perfect dus! De hosts waren erg vriendelijk en waren eigenlijk altijd te bereiken. We hebben veel tips gekregen over goede restaurantjes om te eten of waar we bijvoorbeeld het best de fietsen kunnen huren. Al met al dus een top verblijf gehad. Een echte aanrader!

The apartment is situated just off the paseo- ideally located for bars, shops and the beach. It was perfect for our trip as we were there to go to the Carnival-plus side was that the property was within the fencing that stops you getting to watch the parade (as you have to buy a 15-25 euro ticket for each evening) so saved us a heap of money! Parking is available directly outside the apartment but you have to get a parking permit from the local tobacconist, I think they all do it. You also need to be aware that streets are clean regularly and if you park there when they are coming, they will give you a fine! Apartment has three bedrooms and is very nicely decorated, the fridge is very large and there is a lift up to the apartment. The balcony is huge and there is a great big table for alfresco dining as well as an outdoor shower really enjoyed our day.

Alessandra si è mostrata disponibile e gentile, flessibile nell’orario di check-in e check-out e proattiva nel consigliarci attività e zone da visitare. Consiglio vivamente.

Wir wurden von Sandra und Ettore sehr sehr herzlich empfangen. Sie hatten wunderbare Empfehlungen für ein "Bagno", (nur drei Gehminuten entfernt) sehr köstliche Lokale und Sehenswürdigkeiten. Sandra bot uns sogar an, eine kleine Sightseeingtour durch Pisa mit uns zu machen und fragte uns bei unserer Ankunft, ob sie uns zum Supermarkt fahren solle. Das hat uns sehr gerührt und ist nicht selbstverständlich. Auch das sie sich zwischendurch erkundigte, ob alles in Ordnung ist und uns weitere Empfehlungen gab. Das Haus liegt super zentral und trotzdem absolut ruhig. Es eignet sich für einen Urlaub bestens. Es besitzt alles was man braucht. Der Innenhof ist zauberhaft und wir hatten, wie wir es uns erhofften, auch dort unsere Ruhe. Es ist sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir waren sehr dankbar für das Moskitonetz über dem Bett, das wirklich zu gebrauchen war. Wir haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt. Könnten wir mehr Punkte vergeben, würden wir dies tun.

Elio's apartment is perfect for your stay in Tirennia. It has everything you need and ideally located - beach is 3 mins away and the supermarket, pharmacy and bus stop are literally across the road. Will stay here again. Highly recommended.

Great location, 2 min from the beach. Very clean and really everything you need was provided and more. Topped by the warm welcome and service by Giovanni and his wife and brother! They are amazing and go far and beyond for their guests! They let us check in earlier and arranged the car for us to get to Pisa (there is no Uber). Thank you for everything! Amazing sunsets!!

Great place and Samuele is a great host. Extremely responsive and helpful. The apartment is in a great location, 5 mins from the beach and the marina. The outdoor balcony is small - as described - but given the beach is a few steps away, one doesn’t miss out on anything. Great beach clubs around and Samuele is also connected to one which was very helpful. Overall, great stay and thanks to the hosts.
