Marijana was an amazing host, she responded to every query so quickly. She was so helpful recommending places for us to go, taxi companies, supermarkets, just everything. The villa was incredible, very clean, & comfortable. Lots of appliances, fridge space, boards for dining. She has just thought of it all. We came as a group of 8 girls & villa is more than great value for money! We will definitely be returning! Thank you ☺️

Mario was a great host who made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The villa and facilities are excellent with things to keep you occupied all day. Good location for day trips.

Very clean apartment, faithful to the listing and well-equipped: coffee maker, dishwasher, hair dryer, sun loungers... 3 large terraces for eating, enjoying the sea view and enjoying the jaccuzzi. Big plus: the private garage! Hrvoje is very responsive to requests: we had a technical issue with the jacuzzi which was quickly resolved. Same for 2 blown bulbs that were changed right away. Two very small downsides: - the apartment is 200 m from the sea with a good coast to negotiate (40 m D+) - the jacuzzi is smaller than in the photos. For 4 (including 2 children) it's just enough... Otherwise the stay went very well, I highly recommend it!

We’ve booked the house for a family vacation. Maja welcomed us wholeheartedly with a smile on her face and with some homemade food. We felt very welcomed from the beginning. The house is very quiet and the perfect place for a retreat and relaxed time. Daytrips to different beaches or the city of Split were easily reachable by car within 1 hour. Around the area of the house, there is not much to do but the house itself offers quite a bit of entertainment (table tennis, pool, whirlpool, darts …) and the garden is the perfect place to enjoy the sun. The hosts were incredibly caring and even made a barbecue for us with local food. Thank you Maja and Marko for this great time.

Our family had the most wonderful week at Villa Lipa. Duje and his parents made us feel very welcome in their lovely house with the most magnificent view over the mountains. They always answered our questions fast and helped us regardless of what we needed assistants with. The house was lovely with the jacuzzi, and we appreciated that you had several different cozy places outside to hang in for dinner, drinks, breakfast, card games and barbeques. There was always a perfect spot. The garden was well kept, and we could even pick grapes and taste fresh tomatoes and herbs from the garden. The house was clean and the beds comfortable. We could park the car just outside the house, you will need a car if you stay here but the beaches are still close and other attractions as well. Here we relaxed and had a wonderful stay and would recommend a stay at Villa Lipa any day.

The apartment is fantastic has everything you need to make your stay comfortable, all the furniture, spacious, a nice view from the balcony surrounded by mountains, very peaceful which makes it a bit far from attractions .. but still nice!

Beautiful house. We loved the pool and outdoor space. Tennis court and pool table were fantastic additions. Gorgeous views from the house and garden and we loved exploring Imotski. The blue Lake was a fabulous experience. Highly recommend this house. It was perfect for us.

The house is really good, well equipped with everything you need. Nice indoor and outdoor space. The hosts are amazing and they respond to messages super quickly. Had a nice time there with friends and our kids. Our stay was super nice.

We had a much more than awesome stay! The environment is extremely pleasant, quiet, peaceful and welcoming. In addition to the warm welcome of hosts, the city of omits is beautiful and full of local surprises. To relax and enjoy the beach, this is the place!

Such great host, so many recommendations that makes planning so easy. From where to park at various destinations which saved so much time and hassle to restaurant ideas even far away from the area. So much clear helpful info available whenever you so desire

The stay at Renata’s apartment was very nice! The apartment was cosy and the kitchen was brand new with all equipment’s you would need. Renata was very kind and easy to communicate with!

We stayed in Mirjana’s place for 6 days. Everything was perfect. Super clean apartment with a priceless view. Last few meters to the apartment could be tricky for the new drivers. Overall, it was a great experience.

It was a space where they cared about every single accessory, and it was very tidy. The host always responded quickly and resolved any problems or requests immediately. There is a grocery store right in front of it, so it is convenient. If I go to Omis again, I want to visit it again. I recommend it.

Our vacation at the villa was super pleasant and we were warmly welcomed. The property is very large and has pomegranate trees, apple trees, pear trees and the tree we ate the most from was the fig tree, with the most delicious figs ever. In addition, the whole property was very clean and you could immediately see that a lot of importance was attached to cleanliness and hygiene, which was very important to us with children. My children loved swimming and jumping in with the life jackets. Above all, the visit of cats that probably belonged to the neighbors, had our children very pleased. Also nearby was the sea (25-30 min) where we made an excursion and also grocery stores are easily accessible (5-10 min). The view was also mega, the whole thing has a landscape vibe as it is on top of the mountain. What also struck us positively were the insect screens on all windows and balcony door. All in all, very nice family vacation with 3 children.

We stayed as a family of 5 with Daniela during September 2024 and were very pleased with apartment. Aircon was good in the open spaces and back bedroom. The kitchen was immaculate and well stocked with everything needed. Lovely views from the front rooms over Omis Bay. The pool area was great after a hot day sightseeing. We did canyoning nearby, sea kayaking, visited Split and Trogir, walked up to the castle and spent time at the beach. Omis beaches nice and we loved Brela beach down the coast. Daniela and her family were always welcoming and provided lots of tips for places to eat and visit. Thanks for an enjoyable week in your apartment in Omis!

Villa Nareste is located at the top of a hill, nestled in front of high cliffs with a breathtaking view of the Adriatic Sea! The place is spotless and spacious. We enjoyed using the swimming pool and sitting out on the deck. The kitchen was well equipped and the hosts kindly offered use of any food. We would highly recommend for those who enjoy a quiet and peaceful location and aren’t afraid of a steep uphill drive to get there!

A beautiful stay in Gata. The villa is amazing and perfect for anyone. Close to Omiš and easy to get to. Lots of space with big rooms, large garden and pool. Great kitchen for cooking. Close to local tavernas for eating out. Beautiful views. Host was brilliant and could not have been anymore welcoming and helpful. Would 100% stay again!

We had a fantastic time here. We’re quite a loud large family and Josips beautiful house gave us the space and privacy in the beautiful Dalmatian countryside to be ourselves and have a lovely time. The barbecue was really something. Josip’s father kindly gave us his homemade olive oil, wine and Cherry wine. They were delicious! There were lots of fruiting cherry trees in the garden we could help ourselves to as well! The location of the house is brilliant. It’s a 15 min drive to the local larger town, Omiš which is a real gem. With lots of activities to do the on the stunning river and beach, and loads of great restaurants. There are 2 small shops within a 20 min walk from the house which are perfect for morning bread runs. Can’t thank Josip and his father enough for making our stay so comfortable and welcoming.

Beautiful clean house. Around 25 minutes to the centre of Split. Host was good and was quick with responses to any questions I had throughout stay however did not greet us to show the place around. The outdoor dining space is lovely and we spent most of our evenings there.
