Apartment holiday rentals in Livno

We were delighted with the apartment and couldn’t recommend it more highly! It was very well-located - five minutes from Omiš old town in one direction, the same from well-maintained beaches in the other. It was very comfortable and spacious with high specification equipment and contents, it really was faultless. Davor was friendly and helpful, he couldn’t have been more hospitable on our arrival and departure. A new marina is being built across the road and this will make this apartment even more appealing. Restaurants and supermarkets are all within easy reach, making this the perfect base for a stay in Omiš.

Upea asunto, siistiä, kaikki tarvittava löytyy asunnosta, ilmastointi mukaan lukien. Upea pieni ranta edessä ja satama, ruokakauppa alhaalla. Bussi 60 kulkee suoraan Split kaupunkiin, mutta matka hieman kestää sillä riippuen ruuhkasta eli oma auto ehkä hyvä olla. Suosittelen paikkaa ehdottomasti, tulemme uudestaan.

Toni and Matea's place was amazing and Matea was so helpful and immediately responded to all enquiries. The apartment is spacious, spotless and straight across the road from the main beach path. Friendly local bars/restaurants within walking distance and close to local shops and attractions. Mountain walks and National parks close by. We are planning to come back!!! Jane and Bill

Great enjoyed our stay at this apartment! Good location for visiting local towns and beaches. The accommodation was very clean and a comfortable stay. Having the beach over the road was a great bonus. The road outside the apartment does have regular traffic but it wasn’t too much of an issue. The location meant ease of access onto the main road along the coastline and beautiful view of Croatia. The hosts were very helpful and responsive. I am certain we will visit again!

Der Aufenthalt war toll , alles gut erreichbar wie Supermärkte mit Bäckerei, Restaurant, Bars etc. , sogar eine Bushaltestelle war in der Nähe. Mit dem Lärm von der Straße muss man halt klar kommen. Gruß Michael

This place was incredible. Exactly as pictured. Beautiful views of the water and beaches that were so close. Anka was great and really made us feel right at home. The coffee shop nearby was a big plus. It was great being able to get a cappuccino and swim in the ocean all within about a 1 minute walk of the place. Dugi Rat as a town is cute and quiet. It’s also a perfect location if you have a car to take day trips to nearby towns I.e. Dubrovnik. We also can’t forget Mitsy, the resident cat. Overall would highly recommend.

Schöne und sehr saubere Wohnung. Gute Lage, 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand, auch 2 Supermärkte vor dem Haus vorhanden. Petra, die Gastgeberin, war sehr zuvorkommend und bei Belangen hat sie sich direkt darum gekümmert. Wir würden die Wohnung immer wieder buchen!

We had a delayed flight and showed up to Irenas place quite late, but her mother in law was still there to greet us and could not have been nicer. When we got into the apartment we were gifted with some smoked meats and cheeses, tomatoes and bread. Such a beautiful touch and we enjoyed every bit of it. The apartment itself was very clean, had everything we needed and beautiful scenes from the balcony. The apartment is up a hill but it's a nice walk up the hill and nothing we weren't able for. At night it was so peaceful, and waking up every morning to the sea was amazing. Irenas mother in law was very helpful and she let us know where we could find her if we needed anything. This Airbnb is one of the nicest I have stayed in and at a very reasonable cost, I can't believe we found such a hidden gem!! We would love to stay here again when we are back in Omis (we will definitely be back!) if irena and her fanily would have us. Thank you for a beautiful and perfect stay xx❤️

Very nice and cosy apartment next to the beach! We felt very welcomed and got all the help we needed (thank you Katarina!). Weather wasn't the best during our stay but our kids enjoyed the beach despite that. A warm bath was nice to take after swimming in chilly waters. Definitely a place to recommend!

I stayed at Matea’s place for a week and had a great experience. She was incredibly friendly, helpful, and always available – communication was smooth and warm throughout. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and exactly as shown in the pictures. During our stay, there was a construction site right in front of the building, and the street outside is quite busy. However, the apartment is well insulated, so it was still quiet and comfortable inside. Overall, a lovely host and a pleasant stay – I would definitely recommend the place!

Beautiful location. We walked up to the fortress and then downstairs for coffee and croissants. Lovely, clean apartment. Busy street in the day, but quiet at night and the view is spectacular.

Barbara was an amazing host! She was extremely friendly, accommodating and welcomed me like family. She was so sweet and offered fresh vegetables from her garden whenever I wanted. The tomato’s were delicious. I would stay here again in a heartbeat, I felt really safe and at home. Thank you Barbara!!

The stand out feature of Suzana and Tomislav's apartment has to be the most stunning view. Sitting in the hot tub watching the sunset was a favourite. The beds were comfortable, there was plenty of seating for everyone both inside and outside and there were plentiful supplies of dishwasher tablets, washing machine pods and toilet rolls. They had also ensured there were basic cooking supplies of oil, salt, pepper and balsamic vinegar and they generously bought in pasta, biscuits, fruit juices, water, milk, coffee and beer ready for our arrival. We were also treated to a traditional home cooked 'peka'. The location is perfect for those who want to be away from the hustle and bustle of a town or city but still have restaurants and a beach. The property was on a very steep hill so we chose to drive every where but it was very easy to find parking. Although the apartment is below Suzana's mother's property, it remained totally private and we felt completely relaxed.

Fin lägenhet med gångavstånd till allt vi kunde önska. På 15 minuter kan man gå inom ett välsorterad supermarket, gott bageri och stannat till för lite färska bär eller frukt. I lägenheten fanns allt vi kunde önska. Ett välutrustat kök och stor tillgång till handdukar. Lägenheten är perfekt som utgångspunkt för utflykt både till havs och på land. Åker gärna hit igen!

We had the warmest welcome possible. Luciana even made supper because we arrived late. The garden is amazing and you feel and see the passion and time that is put into it. The garden is mostly edible, fresh fruit and tea are always present! It’s a little paradise of tranquility and a perfect place to visit Omis, Split or the multiple beaches all around. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it! Luciana is the warmest host and made us feel right at home!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au sein de la villa qui est exceptionnelle. Elle correspondait parfaitement à la description. C’était vraiment très propre. Il y avait tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner, faire le linge etc. Tout dans la maison a été pensé avec goût. Gros plus pour le jardin avec la piscine et la cuisine extérieure. Nous avons vraiment eu un coup de cœur pour ce logement qui est très bien situé. L’hôte a été d’une gentillesse incroyable avec nous: très disponible et toujours de bons conseils. Nous avons eu un accueil très chaleureux et si nous devions revenir dans la région on choisirait ce logement de nouveau.

Appartement très propre, fidèle à l'annonce et bien équipé : cafetière, lave-vaiselle, sèche cheveux, chaises longues..3 grandes terrasses pour manger, profiter de la vue sur la mer et profiter du jaccuzzi. Gros plus: le garage privatif! Hrvoje est très reactif sur les demandes: nous avons eu un souci technique avec le jaccuzzi qui a été rapidement réglé. Idem pour 2 ampoules grillés qui ont été changées illico. Deux tous petits bémols: - l'appartement est à 200m de la mer avec une bonne côte à négocier (40m D+) - le jacuzzi est plus petit que sur les photos. A 4 (dont 2 enfants) c'est tout juste... Sinon le séjour s'est tres bien passé, je recommande vivement!

Our stay here was so amazing and everything we hoped for and more!! The property looked like the photos and was even more beautiful in person. We had plenty of space and were comfortable as the place was very clean and felt right at home. The amenities were the best part. We highly enjoyed the pool and the sauna. We had the best time and would recommend this place to anyone!!

The apartment is fantastic has everything you need to make your stay comfortable, all the furniture, spacious, a nice view from the balcony surrounded by mountains, very peaceful which makes it a bit far from attractions .. but still nice!

Toller Ausblick auf das Meer und Brac. Die Terrasse ist sehr liebevoll gestaltet und lädt zum Sonnenbaden ein. Der Pool liegt in der Sonne und bietet ebenfalls einen super Ausblick. Der Whirlpool war sauber und erreichte die 40 Grad. Auch das Apartment war sehr zu unserer Zufriedenheit. Es war sauber und alles wie beschrieben. Milicia und Mirko sind sehr nette Gastgeber.
