House holiday rentals in Livingstone

Our stay was brilliant! Very relaxing with adventure sprinkled in. It was our favourite place that we stayed on our trip around zambia, Zim, bots and namibia. And all were good! The accommodation is new and well kept. The landscaping, grounds and views were beautiful. Very safe even though on the bank, and we could hear the hippos. Dawn was proactive throughout and gave great advice on all sorts of things. The rest of the team also were fantastic and nothing was too much bother. We are looking at visiting again and would highly recommend to anyone.

The Kingfisher house was perfect for our family trip, and is actually as stunning as it looks in the listing photos! We had a family of 6 staying in the house, and it felt perfect for our size. The living room was open and spacious that was perfect for game nights, and we really enjoyed the pool, even if it was very chilly. The kitchen came stocked with all the things you need to make a home cooked meal and was very clean. The only thing to watch out for is the difficulty in finding the house. If you follow the written instructions that Muftau provides, you should find the place with no trouble, but we still found that others had a difficult time in finding the house. We actually missed a sunset cruise because the tour company could not find the house at all. Otherwise, it was an absolutely amazing stay, and we’ve already recommended the space to others who are traveling in the area soon!

This is by far the nicest location I’ve ever stayed at in the entire world. The home itself is beautiful and ideal for larger groups/families. It’s immaculately well kept, the bathrooms are clean and newly renovated, the large open concept kitchen/living area is beautifully appointed. The outdoor space is just as incredible, and well kept and looked after by the gardener and guard on staff. Sarah is truly a world class host with lots of local recommendations and comprehensive knowledge of what to do around Livingstone. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing luxurious stay with a bit of rustic charm sprinkled on top.

Great choice! We were a group of 5 visiting Victoria Falls. Sylvia is a very helpful Host and we communicated very smoothly! Highly recommended!

La Caduta is a beautiful, very private villa, within easy reach by car to the airport and main street with supermarkets, curio market and a very good cafe for a morning coffee and pastry. Victoria Falls and Zambezi River lodges with fabulous restaurants and sunset views are 10 to 15 minutes further along the main road. Host Elena was very responsive to my questions before arrival, and during our stay offered to arrange tours and visits to attractions, gave recommendations to restaurants and was just great source of information about Livingstone. Elena bent over backwards to ensure that our stay was as comfortable and special as possible. Housekeeper Doris was an absolute gem also. I cannot recommend La Caduta more highly.

The place is good and quiet, we had a home away from home. It is also well secured from the gate to the house.
