Cottage holiday rentals in Little London

had such a lovely stay at the little cottage. great spot to just relax and be in a secluded little sun trap away from any hustle and bustle. hot tub was perfection, garden is just perfect to sit and read our books and have some drinks, kitchen was easy to use and got the job done for cooking, shower was nice and hot and good pressure (sounds silly but i think the shower is always worth a mention!) bed was so comfy, best we’ve slept in weeks! really appreciate the sky box being included, great value for money here. big thanks to Lorraine!

Jenna was so friendly and always on hand if needed. The annex was beautiful. The bed was really comfy and we took advantage of the hot tub which was so relaxing. I had some family visit and they thought it was beautiful and will stay when they come down to visit again. Had some lovely meals in the village pub

What a wonderful and truly beautiful home. Was a pleasure to stay in this serene countryside hotspot with a tree house, playground, incredible private lake and surrounding natural beauty. Very special. Can’t recommend enough!

Wonderful little cottage, where get to see horses and donkeys everyday. We loved staying here and are already looking to book again in the autumn. Joyce & David are lovely and we’re happy to show us around the farm and tell us all about the animal, thank you so much.

Had a good stay and used the location as a base to explore the North Wessex Downs. The house itself was as described and the kids enjoyed the hot tub. Large garden for kids to run around in.

We just had a wonderful long weekend in Wherwell in Rob & Sue’s beautiful cottage. Such a stunning village, the cottage exceeded our expectations, Rob & Sue were fantastic hosts & the breakfast pack was great. We finished the weekend with a lovely soak in the hot tub. Thank you Rob for the lift on the Saturday & your kindness.

This beautiful old cottage was an absolute treat to stay in for the weekend. Louise has thought of every detail, so we felt at home and had all we needed for our stay. Chawton is a gorgeous village and we did several of the activities that are local to it (Jane Austen's House, Chawton House, the Watercress Line steam train). The Greyfriars pub is a few doors down and we had a super evening meal in there (it was a busy Saturday night, so it was lucky that we'd booked in advance). Louise was very communicative and helpful and she very kindly allowed us to stay a little later on our day of departure. We loved our stay, thank you!

Had a great stay here and everything was perfect. We managed to try the only local pub and the food and beer was excellent and value for money. The Indian restaurant was better than and from my local area in Stockport. The location is great for Oxford and we did a day trip to the Diddly Squat Farm. Tracey is a great host and we would definitely stay here again next time we are in the area.

Honeysuckle Cottage is on the main road through East Meon but once inside it is quiet. All the furnishing and equipment are good quality and although the cottage is small, there is plenty of storage and it has everyone needed for a relaxing weekend. As others have said the second bedroom is very small but our son and his girlfriend slept comfortably and had enough space for their clothes. The garden is secure, so perfect for our dog. It’s also a sun trap so we were able to enjoy relaxing outside even though it wasn’t particularly hot weather. There are many excellent walks on the doorstep with stunning views. We were able to eat at The George on a couple of evenings and didn’t use our cars all weekend, which was just perfect. We did not park our cars on the main road but there’re plenty of places to park in the village, including the car park.

Charming cottage in a beautiful setting. Had all of the comforts of home. Nick provided lots of helpful information well ahead of our arrival. The few local pubs do book up so we very much appreciated Nicks guidance on this. We had a wonderful dinner at one of the recommended pubs. Would definitely stay at Buttercup Cottage again.

Caroline was a very kind and accommodating host; we felt right at home in her beautiful slice of the South Downs. The house is small but cosy and well-equipped with everything you might need. The garden is a particular attraction for families in the summer months - look out for the tortoise!

Three of us stayed at Tudor Cottage over the last weekend, and we could t have been happier. The property gave an immediate sense of cosiness and we felt right at home. The beds were huge and very comfortable, as well as the bathroom being quirky and pristine! The whole place oozed character, which only heightened our Cotswold experience. The Garden was cute and perfect for our dog to have a little run around in. Our stay couldn’t have been better, thank you to Jody for letting us stay in your beautiful home and being on hand if we needed throughout! Will recommend!

Wow, what a place. Literally the best place we’ve stayed at so far. The house was lovely. More than enough space for us two. Was clean and very homely. Had a great intro pack with info on local area, walks and things to do, including Marwell zoo, which we enjoyed on the final day. The surroundings are amazing. Lovely walk in the woods at end of the property. Stunning. Farley mount, wildlife, peace and quiet. Lovely little garden to chill in. The kitchen was very well equipped, with everything I needed to make dinner each night. Including microwave, oven, induction hob, and all cooking equipment. That was important to us. Was nice to have all that. The driveway was big enough for both our cars, easily. Shower was fantastic, nice and big, and powerful. Bath was good too. I hope all this info is detailed enough for others to make the right choice, and book it also! Thank you Debbie, you are a great host, and look forward to staying again sometime. 10/10. The perfect house for a family gathering - 9 adults and 2 dogs. Spacious, clean, well-equipped house with lots of indoor and outdoor games, room for 9 of us to dine easily, well-equipped kitchen, 2 comfortable sitting rooms, separate annexe with lots of things to do and gym equipment. Beds all very comfortable. The highlight for us on a beautiful sunny weekend was the garden - large grassy area for games and play, mature flowerbeds, 2 large tables, shed full of garden toys. There was also a bbq area and children's outdoor equipment. Jo responded quickly to any messages, but her clear instructions and detailed information meant there were very few questions. She also gave many ideas for walks, restaurants etc.

I’ve never felt so completely at ease, this house felt just like home. It’s warm, comfortable, and boasts an incredible countryside view. The nights were serene and quiet, and I always felt safe. The décor is cozy, and the place is well‑equipped. The host was always available and kind, promptly addressing my only two requests (and that’s because everything else was already perfect). The bedding is top‑quality, the kitchen has everything you could need, and the TV is large with excellent picture quality. After nearly 40 days, I’m feeling nostalgic about leaving. If I ever return to this area, I would love to stay in this house again. I can only express my heartfelt thanks—it was an absolute pleasure!

We had an amazing time staying at the Bothy with our 2 young children. The grounds are stunning and well looked after in such a peaceful setting, we slept with the windows open and didn’t hear a peep! Extremely comfy beds, luxury towels and all the games you could wish for. Kitchen and bathrooms particularly well decorated with all the amenities you could need. Great communication and hosting, our little boy fed Allies chickens and cuddled the cats and absolutely loved it. So glad we got to stay here and would absolutely recommend to all!

Absolutely beautiful and stunning – the perfect little getaway for me and my friends! Everything was thought through down to the finest details, with such lovely personal touches throughout. A fabulous country cottage within large gardens including a pretty waterlily pond & beautiful wildflower meadow. Lovely views & country walks on the doorstep. Very welcoming, friendly hosts made us feel at home straight away. Idyllic! The bed was super comfy too! We’d definitely recommend this property & stay again. Thank you Karen & Phil

Super stay at Rose Cottage! Located on a beautiful peaceful farm, yet just 1 minute from an excellent pub and great villages. A great base for our Surrey hills adventure! Colette was an excellent, responsive and helpful host! The cottage was immaculately clean and well stocked! Colette kindly brought us over some farm eggs and introduced us to her lambs! It was a delightful week. Thank you!

We loved our stay at Dominic’s! We were greeted by Peter and he was happy to show us the way around. Very personable and kind! Eggs, bread, milk, coffee were left for us and they were all greatly appreciated! We stayed during a heat wave and they went above and beyond to offer to get us fans for our stay. We would definitely love to come back! (Especially in the winter! It would be so cozy!)

We had a lovely stay at Ana’s house. It had everything we needed to stay in and relax, and some great pubs nearby to eat out too. It was more spacious than the pictures suggest, with a great living area which looked out over a grassy field, trees and river. We managed some very British wildlife sightings too from the comfort of the living room with visits from red kites, deer and a young hare! Ana went above and beyond as a host welcoming us on arrival with a fresh loaf of home baked sourdough bread. It was a perfect stay!
