Cute and cozy, walking distance to plenty! Great option for family or friends visiting someone who lives in the area.

My family and I were very excited because we were traveling to SD to meet my biological father for the first time since finding him almost 3 years ago. We chose Shawn's BnB because we instantly fell in love with the shaded and secluded backyard. We enjoyed our stay and it served as a great place to chill out, relax, and get to know my dad while playing a few card/board games. The cheery on top was the fabulous weekend weather, which was 40+ degrees cooler than our home in Phoenix, AZ.

Cozy place in a quiet neighbourhood with lots of eating/drinking options. Felt very at home - would stay again!

Kim's place was perfect - just what we needed. We needed a dog-friendly, quiet place where I could work and easily access the freeway (my sister was having a baby, so needed to be able to move around quickly). Kim, was incredibly flexible with check-in and very responsive. Her place is pretty, clean, just as described with all the amenities you might need. It's a short walk/drive to food, coffee, groceries, and friendly people. Kim went above and beyond when in the chaos of leaving for work, I left my toiletries behind (including my retainers and some jewelry). Kim was next level - she went to the AirBnB to personally check for my things and then circled back a few times with her cleaning crew to reunite me with my much needed dental tools. Oh, and did I mention how incredibly comfortable the bed is - it was like sleeping on a cloud. I highly recommend her place.

Great location and the house had everything we needed. beautiful home, nice decoration and really nice view from the jacuzzi.

Beautiful Home! My kids loved the Backyard along with all the games. My Man loved the Condiments & Kitchen He said You guys had the right equipments I loved the jacuzzi.

We really enjoyed our stay! The casita was clean, nicely decorated, and had a great yard for our dog. The home was close to beaches, restaurants, and everything we wanted to do. We appreciated the driveway parking and the fact that Alex was easy to communicate with and allowed us to check in early. The airplane noise is noticeable so I’d recommend headphones/ear plugs to get to sleep. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Robs place was very cozy and suited my wife 3 year old and myself quite nicely. The location is great for a La Jolla trip, downtown and the San Diego zoo. It fit our needs perfectly and their jacuzzi is the nicest one my wife and I have seen (we usually prioritize jacuzzis for our stay). They were polite and even accommodated a 2 hour earlier check in for us as we had our 3 year old with us and they get fiesty 😂. Thank you to everybody associated with this location, it was amazing

It was wonderful. The views from the deck were amazing. Every bed was comfortable. I loved the bowl of gummy’s they had for us 😁. It’s was perfect for our family reunion everyone had privacy and the family room’s furniture was perfect to cozy up by the fire and watch tv. I loved the weather there. I opened up the windows and we had perfect weather so we never had to turn on the air conditioner. Kelly allowed us to put the cover over the pool and it warmed up the pool and the grandkids had a blast. We had multiple generations at home ( 4 generations from 85?to 1 yr old 😁) and everyone was happy. Thank you for the opportunity to enjoy family together.

Great place to stay! Very clean and great pool for the family! Close to SeaWorld and Malls! Definately would stay here again and Brian was a great host and very responsive when we needed him.

Stay at Katri’s was great. Had delicious cookies waiting for us when we checked in, which was a breeze. House was spacious and entire lot was very big. Pool was great and even after we had told them that no heated pool would be necessary, Mother Nature had a different idea and gave us some more than unexpected chilly weather, so they had no problem throwing the heater on for us. Freeway in the background was hardly a noise problem for us personally. Just far enough that it didn’t affect us, and was nice to see what our morning commute was going to be like. Brought two dogs with the group that absolutely loved everything (after one of them finally got over his fear of the staircase). All in all a great stay in a great neighborhood. Cant comment more how quickly they responded to us in the days leading up to the trip, and while we were there. Great hosts!

Anthony’s apartment was just what I needed for my adult son and me. 2 twin beds in the living room worked well as another bedroom without the cost of a 2 bedroom. The kitchen is small but had all we needed to make bfast in the mornings. Helpful to have a parking spot in back and washer dryer in unit. I really enjoyed the location next to an urban park, pretty neighborhood for walks, and short walk to restaurants and coffee shop. Anthony was super helpful when we arrived.

We loved staying at Wil’s place. The place was amazing, cozy and everything we wanted for our family. We loved the aesthetic, and the pool was so fun to play in. It was quiet but close to everything we wanted to do, so it was the perfect place to come back to after a long day out. The host and hostess were amazing, friendly and extremely helpful. We can’t wait to visit again.

The house was perfect for a family vacation. My kids loved the pool and play area. The hosts were very responsive with questions. Something was going with the fridge and the water/ice maker and the fridge kept beeping especially at night, but that was really the only issue. Plenty of space for everyone. Would definitely stay again

This location is close to so many great amenities and parks. My favorite part was our peaceful morning walks around the neighborhood and discovering nearby cafes. We were a group of four ladies and felt very safe the entire time. Parking is street only, which can be a little tricky at night, but I was always able to find a spot just a block away. The home itself is super cozy—perfect for a group of four. It was very clean and well-organized. I really appreciated the little touches like body wash, shampoo, and conditioner provided, something not every Airbnb offers! If you're planning to hit the beach, make sure to bring beach towels and maybe a blanket to lay on. Many beaches in San Diego don’t have much shade, so be prepared for the sun! Thank you for letting us stay in your cute place. Also, shoutout to Paul—he was always available and responded to my texts immediately. Great host!

We had a great weekend in San Diego staying here. The apartment is very clean, building is chic, and the bed was very comfortable. The area makes it central to walk / drive to lots of different neighborhoods in San Diego. The actual surrounding streets aren't very cute to walk on, but it is still a very convenient location and 20 minute walk to the Midway Museum / Broadway pier. The host was great and highly communicative. Overall a very positive experience.

Josh was an exceptional host that was flexible with my check-in and offering local recommendations/guidance to make my trip memorable . He was quick to respond when i had questions during my stay. The apt exceeded our expectations and the bldg amenities were great bonus. My wife and I are already working to plan to book again real soon….highly recommended this amazing rental!

Everything was great - even better than expected. Fantastic location walking distance to all the great spots in Little Italy. Felt very safe with the security of this building. Comfortable place..........ideal for a couple or two people.

Great location within walking distance to everything we needed and wanted. Airplane noise overhead was a bit much at times, but it was expected from the listing. We quickly got used to the noise. Hosts were friendly and quick to respond to questions. Check-out was simple. Overall very happy with the stay.

Patricia was very responsive and accommodating! The apt was in a great location. Walking distance to Balboa, downtown and Little Italy. Very comfortable space. The planes were a little loud but otherwise a peaceful spot.
