Guests have use of an entire suite / a light, spacious bedroom in our annexe, just 10 m from a 16th century Elizabethan cottage in the very heart of Stamford. (High St. is barely 1 min walk away but the street is quiet, as it is an access only road) The annexe has a private entrance with 2 secure locks. Parking - free on site. Private en-suite bathroom & shower. Wifi, TV, microwave, kettle & light breakfast are provided (cereals/ fruit)& guests are welcome to use our cottage kitchen & laundry.

Our comfortable self-contained cosy dwelling of traditional build located in a rural village just North of Stamford. A stone throw away from the A1 leading you to points of attraction such as Stamford, a beautiful historic town center. Rutland water, "the largest man made lake in the UK" that is perfect for outdoor activities. Belton Estate, apart of the National trust. Keen cyclists are able to store their bicycles safely away in our key lock garage.

Charming Bed and Breakfast annex situated in the pretty village of Manthorpe. The Old Bakehouse offers a spacious living room with fireplace (formally the Bakehouse oven!), bedroom with french doors framing a calming vista of the private garden area, and bathroom. Within 15 minutes of the market town of Stamford, a short train journey to Cambridge, and with local landmarks such as Burghley House, this is the perfect space for a quiet getaway.

Detached Victorian Cottage, Stamford

The cottage is located on a private lane with free parking. Stamford's stunning historic architecture, quaint independent shops and fabulous pubs are moments from the door. Short walk from the railway station. The cottage is ideal for a couple or group of 3. Being in town, there are daytime background noises of a a nearby laundry and occasional workman in the area but people don't generally find these a problem.
