Luca is a very precise, helpful and friendly person. With the snow outside we found the home warm and welcoming, and the place very nice. Everything went very well.

Stefano was such a great host! He left us a few bottles of sparkly and gave us the best recommendations for local places to eat and explore! The house was huge and beautiful and the view was truly amazing. Unfortunately we didn’t get to use the pool because of the weather messing something up with it, but we had a great, peaceful, relaxing stay regardless! Would totally recommend and would totally stay here again.

We had a quiet and pleasant weekend at this villa. Quiet place away from noise. Marco was very kind, he gave us directions to the area and where to eat in. Villa as described, surrounded by nature. Spacious and clean environments. Pleasantly satisfied

We occupied both apartments for a week in August. Our first criterion was to find accommodation for 15 people for a family vacation with children and cousins. We wanted a comfortable home with an outdoor area for large family gatherings. And be close to the Sea so that everyone can be autonomous at their own pace. In this, Villa Arzilla was perfect! In addition, we were greeted by very friendly owners who were very attentive to our needs and super responsive! Even if it remains secondary The style of the apartments we really liked with its vintage flea market spirit! The small beach accessible nearby is not paradise there are of course prettier beaches nearby but to us it has much more because it was our almost private beach very uncrowded and also because we were able to bring all the beach equipment beds and umbrella made available by the owners . To be more comfortable, I advise you to meet Mario the "boss" of the beach and make yourself an ally . Despite his acariate appearance, he is very friendly and he will tell you his story as a great stylist and swimmer! Happy holidays at Villa Arzilla to discover the beautiful Abruzzo region!

Clean house very well furnished, equipped with everything. Convenient location for traveling to various seaside resorts. We had a great time. Thanks to Mariapia for her friendliness and helpfulness. We will definitely be back.

dear Helenia and family, We had a lot of fun with you. The ground floor apartment is spacious and beautiful. We were surprised, because it is much nicer than in the pictures. We enjoyed the outdoor seating and the large garden a lot. We are grateful for the tasty cake, eggs, wine, pasta sauce and so on. What lovely people you are. There should be more people like you. My wife and I spent a long time at Alessandra's place and it was a great time. It will be difficult to forget the welcome that Alessandra and Valerio have reserved for our arrival and their exquisite availability throughout the stay. In addition to impeccable cleanliness at our disposal, we found everything from groceries to anything we might need for the house. They didn't miss anything at all. The house, or villa to better define it, is splendid. Immersed in an endless garden, it enjoys a peace that is difficult to find with a view of the Majella and the surrounding countryside that offers every moment possibilities and dreamy horizons. Wide spaces also inside, the photos posted on Airbnb almost do not do justice because if you can already fall in love with it by observing the photographs for the first time, after it has been inhabited it is really difficult to leave it. Also not to be underestimated is the strategic location since in a short time you can reach both the mountains and the sea and of course the beautiful Abruzzo villages. We have always felt at home and in total safety, however, knowing that for any need we could have the support of Alessandra and Valerio. Thank you so much for every single attention you have given us. I'm sure ours will be a nice goodbye.

We stayed with Alfredo in May. At this time, the beaches are still very empty but we were already able to rent umbrellas and sun loungers just around the corner on the beach. The apartment of Alfredo is well suited for 2 people. We had a lovely time in Montesilvano. Thank you very much

Great support from the host, friendliness and availability. Completely as described. Central area and close to many points of interest. Not much parking, you have to look for a bit.

I recommend the place provided by Nadia. Charming place, breathtaking scenery. The villa is surrounded by a beautiful garden where we enjoyed having breakfast in the morning, breakfast that was kindly offered to us by Nadia, a very kind, quiet, helpful person. She was also able to give us great directions to places to visit! The rooms were warm when we arrived, the space is also enough for families. (We are a couple and we were comfortable). I recommend this b&b because it is perfect for those who want tranquility and get lost in nature. 😊

Small apartment with great views of the most beautiful sunrises on a lovely terrace. Worked fine as a base. Kitchen a little small - but thankfully super good opportunities for great food at a reasonable price within driving distance. Alberto is a great host and gave us great recommendations for excursions and dining. Not least the small market on Fridays a short distance from the house. Here our morning also started every day with wonderful coffee at the small coffee place. Some were shut down for the season though the weather was still great. However, this did not make our 9 night stay any less amazing. Thank you so much Alberto for all your information and flexibility with check in. We had a great holiday and hope to come again.

Vico Dei Fiori is a great place to stay , just like grandma house in a Beautiful town if Citta Sant Angelo!!!!! A little piece of heaven!

We had a great time, we enjoyed the pool and the flat was very nice! Christina was very helpful regarding the flat, amenities and other questions we had. We would absolutely recommend this place!

we stayed with Andrea for 1 week and felt very comfortable. The beach is right outside the terrace door, which was mega convenient with children. We actually didn't use the pool often. the kitchen equipment could be a bit more, otherwise you have to rinse everything with 4 people after each meal, so that there is enough cutlery etc. for next time. thanks for everything 😊

Top location, the property is located directly on the beach. Umbrellas and sun loungers are available for beach stays. The apartment leaves nothing to be desired, it has everything you need.

Ewa is a great host! She showed us around and helped us with everything right away! It was a lot of fun in Pineto. The bikes were very helpful (we had a rental car later) because Pineto is the nearest shopping. Thank you!

What a beautiful place to stay at. Very easy and friendly Gabriëlla and family. Very helpful to make your stay pleasant. The apartment on the ground floor is really excellent and equipped with all the comforts. Very beautifully carried out renovation of a farmhouse down to the smallest details carried out by an architect. From the beautifully landscaped garden and from the apartment you have a soothing view of the sea. Also wonderful is the use of the cleverly landscaped pool. We really enjoyed it. Everything was neat and tidy and very clean.

Firstly, I cant thank Letizia and her family enough for the flexibility with check in and friendliness/assistance during our 6 night stay. The property is split into three separate dwellings, we stayed on the ground floor of the main house. Accommodation was perfect for the 6 of us in the party. The BarBQ /dining area was the highlight for us, perfect for spending the warm evenings with our family - perfect.

Wonderful stay in a very quiet area of vastness. Access to many restaurants and lots of activities within a twenty-minute drive. Matteo is very helpful and not at all intrusive. The entire set of accommodations is very nice and clean. The area is very quiet and surrounded by nature. We will definitely be back

Vittorio's place was amazing. The area is even more beautiful than in the pictures, and it really does feel away from it all. The house was very comfortable—Vittorio thought of everything in equipping the house, way beyond the listed amenities. Also, he took care to clean the pool every single morning, and did that super early: we were waking up pretty early ourselves, and we still never saw him do it. As a host, Vittorio was an active communicator and went out of his way to make sure our stay was easy and comfortable. For example, he personally guided us to the house from town, which was not necessary (we found it pretty easy to get around Agnone) but still very helpful. Also, for our kids, this place was a real winner. They didn't want to leave! They had a pool to themselves, got to visit horses everyday, watched fireflies at night, and just had a fun time outside. It was wonderful!
