Great house to spend quality time with family or friends , big and spacious , we enjoyed the pool table pin pong table, the spacious backyard, the pool , we even caught some fish from the dock . Definitely a great house to rent . Matt was a great host and very communicative. I would recommend this place with a 5⭐️review

Christina’s Airbnb was nice and private. It had everything we needed and was very clean. It was perfect for our family of 4 with plenty of space. We were in town visiting family that lived nearby so location was great for us. Christina was fast to respond to our questions. The yard was huge with plenty of space to park. The screened back patio was nice to sit and relax on and very private. Everything was great and we enjoyed our stay.

I had an amazing stay! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a two week business trip. The host was super friendly and responsive, and made me feel right at home. The location was perfect and close to shopping and restaurants. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

What a wonderful, modern, family place to stay! We LOVED using the kayaks to gently paddle up/down the Alafia River. We also enjoyed fishing from the concrete dock area... bring your own poles. The home is gorgeous with everything a family needs... space (!), games, towels, comfortable beds, yard games and bonus- spices and coffee! We would absolutely stay here again.

I was in the Tampa Bay Area. visiting family, and booked William’s place for myself, my adult children, 3 year old grandson and pet. There was plenty of space for everyone. His place is an oasis. Absolutely beautiful! The home was very, very clean, and the beds were very comfortable. There are 2 and 1/2 baths, but we were fine. The pool was a major hit for my grandson. Having a private, beautiful pool area, and a gate for the dog, was perfect for our family getaway. William was very responsive, answering questions and concerns quickly. I highly recommend his place! You will feel right at home!

Lucille s place was very comfortable and had everything you would need for your stay plus added touches not usually seen at other rentals, such as magnifying mirror, lit up mirrors in bathrooms, make up removal packets with a black washcloth so no makeup stains.The kitchen had everything you could possibly need for cooking. the yard for the dogs had a fence with no "escape holes". I have stayed in many Airbnb and I can honestly say Lucille has everything covered. I would definitely stay again.

Wonderful stay! It was the perfect setting to celebrate my daughter’s graduation. Jennifer was kind, accommodating, and attentive. The space was exactly what we needed—clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. I would gladly recommend it to others.

We enjoyed Janet’s place very much, our kids had blast at the pool and petting/riding Apollo (miniature horse). Thank you for giving us a tour of the farm. We enjoyed personal touch and genuine conversations with Janet, Nando and rest of her beautiful family!

Beautiful clean home with a refreshing pool. Hosts were very kind and responsive with any questions! I have to say that one of the best parts was not having to run around and make sure everything was spotless before checkout. That was a huge weight off my shoulders. Would absolutely recommend this listing and would stay here again!

Great place and awesome Host!

Ami’s home kept me and my family comfortable during our brief stay. She was very helpful and responsive with check in and check out instructions and any other questions we had. My children were not with me on this trip but as a mom, I appreciated the additional items that were there for babies/toddlers (high chair, safety locks, safety fence around pool, crib, etc). I would definitely recommend Ami’s place!

Anthony is a great host minor issues when we arrived, but he was quick to remedy them. Would highly recommend him as a host and this location

Very nice, spacious, well decorated house. Pool and backyard were nice. Quiet neighborhood.

After staying here we decided it was a perfect choice for our unique situation. If you’re visiting your super old family in Sun City Center this apartment is super close (13 minutes away) and also 13 minutes from the ocean with plenty of open fishing spots. We were able to take our small dog without issue and the complex is well set up for a dog and two teenagers. The pool area is great and John’s apartment feels brand new and well cared for. Nice location, nice host and when we come back to see our old ass grandma we will try to book here again.

Came down for a two week work trip, this house was amazing and the host was wonderful and responsive to any questions! Absolutely no issues with the house and will book again with them!

All right I'm going to get straight to the point. Samantha was very friendly and definitely a super host. The place was immaculate and felt like home. I brought my portable desk with me only to find out she provided a portable desk, hangers in the closet if needed and a hamper for your laundry. Cookware, plates, cups and eating utensils. Towels and washcloths. The other thing that shocked me is I forgot certain small items only to get there and to see that she provides tissue, hand soap, flushable wipes, body wash and shampoo, even down to coffee and condiments. When I say it felt like home, It really felt like I was at home. Also both of the TVs in the home are smart TVs and offer Hulu, Netflix, Etc. So you can still have your entertainment if needed. Short distance to shopping areas and restaurants. This was my first solo stay at an Airbnb and I definitely will be returning here whenever I come back to visit family. 5 stars for me!!

Sheba’s place was a lot of fun to stay at. We already had expectations staying here, but once we got here it was even better than what we expected. The barndominium was super cute and had absolutely everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The drive into the property was quite fun. We really enjoyed waking up every morning to the sounds of the birds, going outside and seeing nothing but beautiful greenery and horses everywhere. I personally fell in love with Penelope the horse and all the super friendly kitties on the property. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone that is looking to experience something other than a regular Airbnb stay!

My family and I are thankful to Mike & Skyla for having us at your cozy and inviting property. They were very responsive to our messages and the property was accommodating. We enjoyed the peace, privacy and location and will definitely keep you in mind for future trips to FL.

The Alafia River House did not disappoint. Check in was easy with helpful photos & directions. The neighborhood is pretty quiet but yet close to everything too. The house is tucked in right on the river, the yard is lush & Florida tropical, it is the perfect place to sit & read, eat a meal or take a nap. Watching the chickens and surrounding nature are an added bonus. The home is old with character, but so clean & refreshing. All the things you need and more are carefully stowed in antique furniture. Martha is easy to contact, but you shouldn’t need anything. The kitchen is up to date & has all of the extra things that you probably forgot to bring. My husband and I had a sweet trip & the Alafia River House was a gem. Thank you Martha.
