Our stay was wonderful, the host was very helpful and ready to respond and help at any time, and the place of residence is clean

An impeccable stay in Monza. The apartment was very clean and safe in a very quiet area close to Monza Park and the F1 circuit. Halfway between the track and the city of Monza it was the perfect location. The bed was comfortable and the whole apartment was tastefully decorated.

Fabio's place is really worth every penny. First of all, communication. Very quick and easily accessible. Ruling quickly and is always friendly and helpful. The apartment is very easily accessible and free parking is available in front of the door. The apartment is as in the pictures. Very nice, very clean and very quiet in a quiet and very nice apartment building. Everything very safe and well maintained. The apartment is well maintained and has everything important including fast internet. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need (I didn't use it). Coffee maker is available (Fabio you have to check the losing water) and also a kettle that I used. Two balconies and a living room with kitchen as well as a bedroom and a bathroom with walk-in shower. Everything big and spacious. The bed is not a boxspring and I thought at first that was a disadvantage but no I slept very well in this bed. Unfortunately, the plat is enough here

Wonderful apartment, specially for motorsport enthusiasts. We spent 3 nights while attending a motorsport event at Monza and could not have hoped for a better place to stay - it's close to the circuit, well connected and has all the amenities. AC works well which was a blessing in the heat. Great restaurants, takeaways and supermarket close by. Wonderful host, responsive, helpful and always willing to go the extra mile. Highly recommended! This apartment is a gem in Milano. You are in Milano but it is in a tranquil setting. Minimal noise except for birds and church bells. Beautifully decorated and exceptionally comfortable. An easy train ride to the centre of the city and all the attractions. There is a big supermarket close by and a few restaurants. Tancredi met us on arrival and all communication was prompt and helpful. If you want to experience the real Milano away from the designer shops and crowds, this is the place for you! We absolutely loved staying in this apartment!

Great apartment and the perfect place to explore monza

There was a strike on the day we were traveling to Milan, and we were worried we wouldn’t be able to make the trip. Cinzia was incredibly helpful—she quickly responded and shared several alternative transportation options with us. She was very flexible and accommodating throughout the whole process. The apartment itself was cute, cozy, and conveniently located close to the station. We really appreciated everything!

Laura is a fantastic host, responds very quickly to any questions and offers great recommendations and information. Fantastic information about travel and transfers. Nothing was too much trouble. The studio apartment was spotless, well maintained and so clean. The only thing I would add to the apartment is maybe some wine glasses. But otherwise has everything you need and everything in great condition. Would highly recommend and I would stay again if I revisit Milan. Thank you Laura for a fantastic stay

It was a very nice stay. The apartment has everything you need and it is located in a good and quite area, 30 min walk from Duomo, 5 min walks from supermarkets, shops, and restaurants. Unfortunately there was no parking provided but you can find a good indoor garage just 5min walk from the apartment. I recommend to change the towels as they are pretty old. thanks for the stay!

I had a lovely stay--the space is cute and feels like a home. The location is very central, I explored all over Milan from the apartment. Finally, there was a plumbing issue at the onset of my stay and Francesco worked very hard to rectify the problem. He really cares about this space!

This has to be the best and cleanest place that I've stayed at. Very grateful for the host being communicative and flexible with our accommodation. Highly recommend.

Paola was very helpful and always a message away, she offered to hold our luggage before check in while cleaning from previous customers. The place felt like home with everything we needed as described with a great terrace and even with free snacks and water. Paola is a great host and I definitely recommend this place. Thanks Paola 😀

very close to central station and great for commuting to lake como and when we had to leave early on our trip out! no AC, just a fan, so it was a bit warm during our trip in late June but nothing we couldn’t handle. the apartment was spacious and Francisco was super communicative and helpful.

Friendly and helpful Paola was the perfect hostess. My sister and I were looking for peace and relaxation, and we really got it while sitting on the apartment balcony, surrounded by greenery and beauty, enjoying the magical evening sun. There is a lot to see and experience in the area. We returned home relaxed, with wonderful memories.

The accommodation is located above the village and therefore has a great view of Lake Como. The apartment was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped. Unfortunately, there is no air conditioning but a fan is available and although we had 30 degrees during the day, you could ventilate well in the evening and also sleep well. The pool is large and surrounded by a lot of meadow. We arrived with a child and were able to relax well.

William is very helpful and nice. The place is nice and the swimming pool and graden is very nice.

The communication was perfect, Davide always responded super quickly and gave very detailed, helpful instructions. The flat was lovely, just perfect for two people. The flat is not located in a busy, buzzing place, like other some of the towns in Lake Como but we preferred that. We could walk to the ferry in Urio or Moltrasio and get around easily. Some gorgeous restaurants close by. Thank you Davide and Benedicta, we'd lvoe to come back one day :).

This is easily one of our favourite stays we’ve ever had. Galit and Daniel were so helpful the entire time and went above and beyond to accommodate us. Check in and check out were both flexible and smooth. The apartment is nothing short of incredible. It’s beautifully designed and located in the most amazing part of the lake - Nesso. Nesso is pure magic. The apartment is located in a hidden oasis with a private pool only for residents that has incredible views of the lake. Couldn’t recommend this place highly enough :)

Great view of the lake, clean apartment. The area is also great to explore by car! Without it, it's rather difficult, as the place is unfortunately not really walkable. We had a very relaxing and beautiful vacation there!
