Waterfront holiday rentals in Lisbon

Teresa’s space is beautiful and clean and has a great view of the ocean. Teresa was a great host and very communicative. Let us drop off our bags early before check in which also helped a lot. 5 stars all around. Also Alfama is a beautiful neighborhood with tons of culture and great food. Best place to stay out of the tourist traps!

Wir waren für einen Kurztrip in Lissabon und haben nach einer Unterkunft für drei Personen gesucht. Dieses Angebot entsprach unseren Vorstellungen und wir wurden nicht enttäuscht. Am besten hat uns die Lage gefallen, da die Wohnung abseits dem Trubel und verkehrsberuhigt liegt. Dennoch, Restaurants, Supermarkt und Cafés sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Auch Haltestellen sind direkt in der Nähe. Die Kommunikation war von Anfang an sehr gut und es gab keinerlei Probleme. Wir würden definitiv wiederkommen.

Positiv: -super zentrale Lage direkt am Lago da Carmo -toller Ausblick -authentisches Wohngefühl -geschmackvolle Einrichtung -gute Ausstattung in der Küche -absolut empfehlenswert Negativ: -ein Bett (neben dem Badezimmer) war für unseren Geschmack zu hart -teilweise Geruch im Badezimmer -Fahrstuhl teilweise defekt, so dass wir aus dem 6. Stock das Gepäck runter schleppen mussten:-( Alles in allem aber wunderbar!

The location is very walkable and center. However, it could be challenging for people that having accessibility issues, since you have to walk stairs and slopes to reach the apartment, no direct drop off from Uber. The apt is very lovely and clean.

A true gem of a spot, we are so lucky to have stayed here for our visit to Lisbon! The apartment had a stunning view of the water and Alfama streets, and we loved being tucked away in the middle of it all. Ana and Paulina were lovely hosts - helpful, responsive, and included many local recs to check out. Would highly highly recommend staying here on your next visit to Lisbon!

We had a great time visiting Lisbon and staying at Thomas’s place. It was spacious and comfortable and we were able to do a quick walk or short uber to everything we needed. It was a beautiful area and the trees were blooming flowers. I wouldn’t mind stay here again if/when I come back to Lisbon!

A wonderful stay at the beautiful apartment. It was just like it was listed & more.The getting in with the code was easy. The apartment was spacious & spotless clean. The table was laid out for us which looked awesome. There was a cute little box with all the required stuff - tea bags, coffee, little jam jars, salt pepper etc. making it so much easier to use the apartment right from when we entered. The bathrooms were nice, spacious and clean. It was a few steps away from the Pink Street. There is a coffee shop right downstairs the apartment. The seaside is at walking distance. Supermarkets are close by. The restaurants are right there. Overall, a wonderful apartment. I give it five stars. Would recommend to everyone looking for an apartment in Lisbon.

Wat een prachtig appartement. Mooi centraal gelegen. Zeer ruim en schoon. Een echte aanrader!

Wir haben uns bei Bruno und Rita sehr wohl gefühlt. Die beiden haben immer sehr schnell auf Nachrichten reagiert und waren auch persönlich sehr sympathisch. Sie haben uns tolle Tipps gegeben. Das Haus und besonders der Ausblick vom einen Schlafzimmer ist ein Traum - jede Nacht das Wellenrauschen zu hören, war einfach wundervoll. Die Küche hat auch alles, was man braucht. Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt!

We hebben een geweldige tijd gehad in het huis van Dinis. Zeer prettig ontvangst en uistekende communciatie. De ligging van het huis is erg bijzonder met fantastisch uitzicht. We zijn 4 nachten verbleven en hebben genoten van alles wat de omgeving te bieden heeft. We hebben fantastische hikes gemaakt vanuit het huis naar Cabo de Roca. Wel een uitdagende hike met vele hoogtemeters met mooie uitzichten en stranden, zoals Praia da Ursa. Ook een hike naar het noorden naar het strand Paria do Gribeto. Ook een fantastisch strand waar je je even alleen op de wereld voelt. De afdaling naar het strand is wel écht een uitdaging. Heerlijk gegeten bij het restaurant Azenhas do Mar - Piscinas op nog geen 400 meter van het huis. Daarnaast lekkere verse vis gehaald bij de lokale markt en die heerlijk gegrild op de BBQ. Kortom, we hebben mega genoten van de rust, ruimte en alle uitzichten.

Great place. Close to the ferry station, bakeries and markets nearby, amazing views of Lisbon. The house had everything we needed; the host provided the kitchen and bathroom essentials. We felt right at home. One little issue, the beds were not very comfortable.

We had a fantastic stay at Sofia’s Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and hospitality. She took the time to personally meet us, brought us some fresh Pastéis de Belém and wine, which made our experience feel very special. Her instructions and recommendations were incredibly helpful, ensuring we felt comfortable and knew the best places to explore. Whether it was tips on local restaurants or guidance on how to navigate the area, her insights made our trip so much smoother. The space itself was cozy and well-equiped, providing everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The appartement is on 3 floors, there is 1 bathroom on 1st floor to be used for bedroom on 3rd floor. The other bathroom is within the masterbed room. We truly appreciate the personal touch and care that Sofia puts into hosting, and we would highly recommend her place to anyone looking for a great experience. She also accomodated an earlier check-in as our flights arrived early morning.

Wir waren mit Freunden da und das Haus war perfekt dafür geeignet. Der große Essbereich, die vielen Schlafzimmer und der einmalige Pool mit Blick bis zum Meer haben uns überzeugt. Für besondere Anlässe kann man seit neuestem eine Art Wintergarten dazu mieten, der riesig ist und zum Verweilen im Garten einlädt, auch bei niedrigeren Temperaturen. Die Zufahrt mit einem Camper ist etwas eng, sobald es Gegenverkehr gibt. Wir waren zunächst auch etwas verunsichert, weil es ein Durchfahrts-Verboten Schild für Wohnmobilen gibt. António hat uns dann abgeholt und uns alles gezeigt. Er war jederzeit für Fragen erreichbar und wir durften unseren Camper mit Strom und Wasser befüllen.

Amazing place, the view is so incredible, we spent a really great time at the villa, it is peaceful, beautiful and private! If I come back to Portugal I would definitely want to come back! Thank you again for everything!

Such a special place! The beach house was wonderful to stay in, waking up to that view and the children being able to run down to the sea was amazing. The beach house was very clean and just as described and the host very helpful & responsive. The host also recommended the local restaurant and what to get so we had gorgeous grilled fish delivered to the house each night. One of my most favorite holidays, we can’t wait to come back.

El apartamento de Luis es lo mejor. La verdad que está bien ubicado, en frente de la playa, estás a máximo 20 minutos en Uber del centro de Lisboa, tienes supermercados cerca y además un restaurante de sushi justo al lado que es increíble. Así que cuando regresen a Lisboa, el apartamento de Luis es el lugar.

The apartment is modern, well equipped and clean. It's in a handy location for the airport, the Oriente railway and bus stations, and the Metro. Vitaliano and Nara were excellent hosts - always helpful, responsive and friendly.

Séjour de 3 nuits dans l'appartement de Pédro et Thérésa très agréable- Conforme aux photos et descriptif de l'annonce- La vue sur le Tage est superbe- Appartement très confortable dans un quartier résidentiel- Le bus pour aller dans le centre de Lisbonne est à 5mns à pieds et le métro est à un peu plus d' 1km- Point positif supplémentaire : l'emplacement de parking en sous-sol

My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights and it was perfect for us. The space itself was beautiful and thoughtfully decorated. It was spacious, with air conditioning, and had all the amenities we needed. It was a modern apartment that had the charm of an older building. The location was fantastic! In the heart of everything and close to great restaurants, bars, and historical sights. It was nice to constantly see the famous tram 28 going by the area! I would recommend this stay for literally anyone. It’s also accessible by elevator which is nice after many kilometres of walking the city. The host (Andre) was friendly and met us at check in and provided many recommendations! Thanks for the wonderful accommodation

We stayed for 2 nights in Lisbon after coming from another destination in Portugal. We basically had one full day to see as much as possible. This place was exactly what we were looking for, practically in the middle of Historic District, easy to get around (either walking or using public transportation) and plenty of room for our group of 6 (4 adults and 2 young kids). The configuration and amenities of this unit would make it a suitable place for an extended stay. Barbara responded almost immediately to all of our inquiries. I would definitely recommend this apartment for its location and a very responsive host who made the experience more enjoyable with timely information.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist zentral, trotzdem ruhig, und wir fühlten uns sofort sehr wohl. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es eine große Vielfalt an guten Restaurants, Bars und Frühstückscafes. Die Kommunikation mit Susu war hervorragend, was sich besonders zeigte, als wir am Freitag Abend um 21h00 ein Problem hatten und sie innerhalb von drei Minuten reagierte. Die Wohnung war gut ausgestattet, sauber, und die Betten waren gemütlich.

We had a lovely stay at this apartment with our two small children and recommend it highly! The space is well-furnished and everything was very clean when we arrived. The bedding was so comfortable that I had to see where they came from so I can order my own, and the upstairs AC unit worked very well. The host even left some lovely snacks for us and toys for my kids to play with. The stairs were definitely challenging because we had a baby and stroller with us to carry up and down each time, but I think the amenities and view are worth the climb. Would absolutely recommend this property and host, thanks you!

Fantastic location close to lots of great restaurants and bars. Handy also to luggage storage if you have a late flight out as we did. Totally recommend and also Flora and Fauna - 30 metres up the street for a fantastic breakfast
