Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Lipa City

It’s a great place! Kumpleto sa utensils, nag enjoy rin kami sa karaoke, malinis na pool, badminton, and basketball ring. Masarap din tumambay sa labas. Very cozy ang sofa and chairs. Mababait din ang care taker at inaassist kami pati sa mini sari sari store na within the airbnb. If may isusuggest lang ako, is add ng PWD friendly ramps since family gathering, madami kaming kasamang seniors and may PWD rin na naka wheel chair. Overall, it’s an awesome place. We made memories between me and my girlfriend’s family. Thank you, P’s place! Will recommend and will likely book again if may family gathering ulit.

Our stay at Emelita’s place was absolutely amazing! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated with cozy frames, and had all the things we could possibly need. The location was perfect— and a very fast internet connection. The place is very close to all, alfamart and local restaurants, and a walking distance to the resort. Emelita was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The check-in process was seamless, and all instructions were clear. One of the highlights was the outdoor area where we had our morning coffee. It truly felt like a home away from home. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Lipa. We’ll definitely be back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

TRUE HOME away from home! ✨🏡 We really enjoyed our stay at this Airbnb. We were able to relax and celebrate my birthday. 🎉 Good laughs, good foods and memories as a family. Super enjoy din kami sa swimming pool. The place also looks exactly like the photos. So comfortable and clean, cozy linens, well-stocked kitchen, plus PET-FRIENDLY.🐶 The room’s air conditioners are working really well. ❄️ Mam Jannette is absolutely amazing! great neighborhood, host always response

We (Me, my Son, and my Wife) stayed for 2 weeks May 6th-May 22nd 2025. The place was perfectly located next to Ayala Mall, where there is a supermarket (Walter Mart) department stores, drug stores, a large variety of other stores, Starbucks, S & R Pizza, and a large variety of dining options. It is located so that local transportation like Bokyo, tricycle, Jeepney and buses are just steps away from access. The Condo was immaculately clean and described accurately. Plenty of towels and water to drink was a plus. We did not have occasion to ask for anything on our extended stay and appreciate the functionality of the unit. This will definitely our go to Airbnb when we visit Tagaytay again. Thank you for everything! Kelly,

Great stay, right off the main road so easy to access with public transport. Lots of restaurants nearby!

What you see is what you get. First time to book in Airbnb but I didn’t mind the price of this place. Instant book agad because of the view, spacious, and luxurious talaga. Lalo when I found out na rare find siya since booked most of the time. Also, sobrang responsive and helpful ni Ma’am Myrna and her caretakers. Hindi mo mararamdamang first timer mo mag book. Sobrang dami ring available na kainan sa paligid and supermarkets for necessities.

‎This is our first out of town vacation together with my whole family this year, and we're all so happy that we spent it at this unit. The view of Taal is just majestic and calming. The unit is also very clean and everything we need is there. It is exactly how it looks like in the photos posted here. Very cozy. We had a very relaxing stay. Even just on the first night my parents already want to go back and book the room again soon 😁 Will definitely do that. It was our first time doing this staycation thing and the experience was great, the best part was the complimentary breakfast that only Sir Giboy had. We love the multigrain bread and the pineapple jam to the point that we also ordered for our takeout and pasalubong for our family. The taal view was very mesmerizing especially when you go to the roof deck of the building, it’s breathtaking. Hoping we can stay again in one of Sir Giboy’s listings together with our kids.
