Double and single bedrooms, lovely old furniture, luxurious modern comfort, well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher; walk-in shower downstairs, bathroom upstairs; centrally heated plus log-burner; wi-fi and television. Sleeps up to three adults or two adults and a child. Dogs welcome downstairs. Off street parking, electric charging point and private courtyard.

The Garden Room is a private, cosy apartment that's perfect for couples in search of a quiet break or visitors looking to explore the area. It has basic cooking facilities, a king bed, wood burning stove and a walk-in shower with plenty of hot water. We have reliable wifi, no tv and an ok mobile signal. Lovely up here this time of year and plenty of wildlife to be seen - the other morning while drinking my coffee I watched a pair of hares, leaping and sparring in the front yard - just great.

Town centre Victorian period 3 bedroom home

A centrally located victorian period house with three large rooms and views of picturesque Bishops Castle. Two bathrooms, one of which is an en-suite and the other has a large bath perfect to relax in after a long walk. Kitchen and dinning area is open plan to the cosy living space where you can relax around the log burner. Central location so walking distance to all the pubs in Bishops Castle and located next to a Yoga studio giving you that retreat vibe! (discount on yoga classes)

Enchmarsh Farm barn

Small barn in the midst of a working Dairy and sheep farm right next to our home with fabulous walks all around. Double bed with small shower room and mini kitchen area in the corner of the room. Ideal as walking base or base when working in the area. Good parking just outside the barn - vehicles can be left whilst you walk the glorious hills around. Cooked breakfast available in the dining room in the farmhouse for £10 per person - includes the choice of sausage, bacon, eggs etc.

Our holiday apartment occupies the top floor of the Old Vicarage, a grade 2 listed Georgian house with much older roots, located directly behind the church of St John the Baptist in the heart of the historic market town of Bishops Castle. From its lofty location guests can enjoy far reaching views over the town and hills beyond. Only a few steps to the nearest pub, shops, eateries and with immediate access to the Shropshire Way and many other walking and cycling routes.

The Bothy is a small self-contained stone built cottage located 3 miles from Bishop's Castle in the south Shropshire hills area of outstanding natural beauty. The cottage is a short distance from the owner's house and is a perfect rural retreat for walkers, cyclists and anyone looking for peace and quiet. One of two beautiful one bed apartments in the historic Porch House, a grade II * listed 16th century timber framed town house in the centre of Bishops Castle opposite a pub with lively music nights. This is up a short stair case. Relax in our garden house in rural Shropshire. You'll be greeted by curious cats and chickens...and probably Allan and me. There's some fabulous walks, a lovely local and some pretty market towns all within easy reach. There's lots of interesting CDs to to play, is all we ask is that you return the CD to its case and to the appropriate place in the shelf.
