Beachfront holiday rentals in Lincolnshire

We arrived to a lovely clean van airbnb had an issue sending us the check in code but was soon sorted by Joe. There was no clutter and everything was nice and clean. There was a hoover which is a must with dogs once emptied it was a great. We took our own bedding as not included which was no hassle but the beds themselves were very clean. We did have abit of an issue with ants but again Joe soon got it sorted. The van itself was fantastic in a lovely spot on a quiet site. I would definitely stay again. Joe as a host was outstanding nothing was too much trouble.

Have stayed here three or four times now. It’s a great base and definitely home from home. It’s comfortable and cosy and we love the secure private garden. Best of all is the location right by the beach - perfect!

Having stayed at the accommodation many times before, we can’t fault it. It’s comfortable, homely & very affordable. Host is excellent & communication brilliant

Had a wonderful couple of days in this cottage. Everything was as described and the cottage was just so comfy in a prime location. Would happily stay again and was tempted not to write a review as it will make getting a rebooking that much harder!

Had a great time here, lovely caravan in a nice spot too, just out the way of people driving past but close to the walk to the beach. Really well equipped, clean, couldn’t ask for anymore and we will be back. The outside area and furniture was nice too, not your standard cheap fold out chairs!

A perfect location and setting for a break away from home, Sarah’s place was clean and tidy, with lots of attention to detail. We cannot fault the communication before we arrived, Sarah was extremely helpful the whole time! Highly recommend!

🌟 A Little Paradise by the Sea 🌟 That little house captured my heart the moment I arrived. Such a lovely spot—friendly neighbours, two parking spaces, a cozy porch, two bedrooms with built-in wardrobes, a spacious living room with a pull-out sofa, a separate dining room, and a perfectly equipped kitchen. The bathroom had a shower and underfloor heating, and the laundry/drying room was a lifesaver! The terrace was my favorite place to unwind in the evenings with the dogs and a book. It led to the garden, a shed, the dunes, and just beyond—the sea. From the kitchen, you could hear the waves, smell the resin in the air, and listen to the birds singing. No signal. Absolute peace. We’re definitely coming back next year—with the kids and the dogs.

Miles was just what we wanted. quite and peacefull. Dog freindly and easy access to the sea wall walk into town(15 mins pushing a dog pushchair ) including getting up the steps on the back garden. It was very clean and tidy (well done the cleaners ). We only used one bedroom but they all looked clean with clean bedding. Dont be fooled dawn has gone to a lot of trouble to make miles look as it did when owned by her previous generations but everthing is modern and new so best of both worlds. We were lucky.we got the hot dry week at the end of april so spent loads of time in the grounds reading and enjoying the sunshine. miles was perfect for this

We had a great stay at this dog friendly spacious caravan. In a very good location not to far from all the attractions but also not to close so you can relax. Beach across the road which is also dog friendly. You have WiFi and sky TV with sky movies which was a nice extra to have especially with children. Everything you need in the caravan for a perfect getaway. Thank you David for our stay and being responsive whenever a question was asked. Also for messaging when the caravan was ready to check in 3 hours earlier than check in time.

This was the 2nd time we have stayed at Adrian’s caravan and once again cannot fault anything. As a party of 5 (3 adults 2 children) the caravan accomodated us perfectly in terms of space and amenities. The location is perfect close to everything we wanted to do but just far enough to be out of the hustle and bustle which ingoldmells inevitably brings. Adrian was faultless as a host again, very responsive, helpful, polite and even worked it so we could have a slightly earlier check in. Definitely recommended will definitely be looking to visit again.

Outstanding place. Great communication - immaculate property with everything my son (9 year old) and I required. it was like home from home. Beach less than 5 minutes away - perfect holiday. Joanna was super helpful and the whole process was stress free. Thank you

Roberta was very accommodating from start to finish. The venue was perfect for us and the kids (aged 9 and 6) and the location, allowing us full use of the Haven Cleethorpes Beach holiday park, was amazing. Very responsive on communication with some essentials already there in the caravan, which was great. Shower was hot and beds comfy. No complaints at all :)

We spent 3 night's in a gorgeous caravan with a hot tub. The accommodation was spotless and with everything you could possibly need. Very peaceful and private location. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about the accommodation or the host. This is one place i will go back to in the future. Highly recommend to everyone, you won't be disappointed. Every credit to the owners for creating such a nice, comfortable accommodation. Very happy 👍👍👍

Melissa was a great host! Responded very quickly, and was very accommodating to our needs/requests. Check-in instructions were super detailed and helpful. Place was very clean and well stocked. We could not have asked for a better location. It is exactly the same as shown in the pictures and within walking distances to Butlin's resort and various attractions. Overall a wonderful place; we would stay here again easily! :)

I paid for the airbnb for my granddaughters birthday and the family went too. They loved the apartment and balcony, good facilities and location. Catherine the host was very friendly and helpful.

Very clean house. Provided us with milk,tea and coffee on arrival. The host helped us really quickly when we couldn't lock the door. Would definitely recommend to anybody wanting to stay and if in Cleethorpes would stay there again.

We stayed for 2 nights and felt at home with the homely feel of the apartment. It was very well equipped and beds were comfortable. The location was great and gave us lots of flexibility throughout our stay.

Beautiful chalet, beautifully decorated and spacious. There was a lot of things provided such as toilet roll, teabags, dvds. My son is a full time wheelchair user and found it easy to manouver the living space. The outside seating area is lovely. The chalet site was super quiet, any other holiday makers and locals were very friendly. Will definitely stay again.

We had a great 2 night stay! Very comfy and homely, the caravan had everything we needed. Michaela left clear instructions on how to find the plot and how to get in. Lots to do on the campsite and close to lots of activities. Would stay again!

I couldnt speak more highly of my stay with Lee & Nat. Perfect for medical staff working at the hospital, a lovely little getaway from work! Cosy & homey studio, had everything I needed and my hosts couldn’t have been more fantastic. Lee & Nat welcomed me with open arms and went out of their way to include me in their lovely family whilst I was staying on my own before my husband was able to join me. The studio is right in the middle of the countryside with beautiful views. Stayed for a month and could have happily stayed for a month more!

me and my partner with our 8 year old daughter and our 2year old french bulldog had a lovely 2night stay with easy access to the beach and an easy 5 min walk to the rides at fantasy island. the caravan was perfect for the price and location also I just want to mention that the shower was alot better than previous caravan stays...was very powerful and very warm which is a massive bonus when wanting to start the day off or at the end of a busy day the owner was very helpful with our booking as well we will definitely be returning in the future for some more shorts breaks away
