We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo. Everything was thought of to make us feel at home, and the location was perfect. We were close to town, but at the same time felt like a true mountain get away. The grandkids loved being able to walk across the street to the pool. The pictures did not do it justice. Amazing taste in how gorgeously it has been decorated.

We Loved our stay !! House was Beautiful favorite part was the game room and the amazing views from the balcony we definitely recommend staying at the Elk Ridge ! The host was super responsive and very kind ♥️

The place is amazing; just few details. One on them the poker table is loose and can cause an accident; and cleaning was good overall just some spider webs by the lights. Aside from that the place is amazing; the amenities are top notch and the view uffff breathtaking!

The house was cozy and spacious. Location was great and the surroundings made for a nice view. We didn't get a chance to utilize any of the amenities provided on the property but it seems like there's plenty to do. We also enjoyed the board and card games provided. We would stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay during an ultra rave we participated in . The location was perfect and was easy to get to town. The home was quiet and nice. We even got a surprise snow storm the day before we left. Thanks for the early check in!

We always love a stay at the Innsbrook Village! We have never done it through an Airbnb but it did not disappoint and quit frankly was better than I could ask for! We never got to come last year because of the fires and then the flood that went right through the creek at the Innsbrook:( We knew ahead of time there was still some areas that were damaged and being worked on but it did not detour our continued family fun and togetherness that a stay at this townhome brought us! From both decks on this home we saw deer, elk and the infamous wild horses grazing in the middle of this par three golf course!!! So happy we found the most perfect home we've stayed at within Innsbrook in the last 20 years (and there are many great ones)! Thank you Brittany your home is beautiful and well updated ❤️

Check in was seamless. Chris and Bret were very helpful before we arrived. What a GREAT house spectacular views of the mountain and surrounding hills. Tons of kitchen and living space. Bedrooms were well appointed and super comfortable. Fireplace and hot tub were a perfect additions. Kitchen is stocked with every amenity necessary to make dinner for a large family. Location right near the strip made it easy to dine out when no one felt like cooking. Can’t wait to book again in the summer next time.

Location is wonderful, cabin is clean and everything was in working condition. I saw deer right down the street upon arriving and enjoyed the hummingbirds on the outside patio during my morning coffee. Mathew was exceptional about communicating. He even sent over local events that were happening during my stay. It was so nice to be in the woods connecting to nature!

We enjoyed it so much. We loved the cabin! Made us feel right at home! The fact that it was close to where we needed to be was wonderful! My kids really enjoyed it and so did we! Looking forward to booking it again in the future!

Very responsive host throughout the whole stay, their place is amazing with breathtaking views. House had everything you would need for a comfortable stay. 3 story house to keep a family of 9 comfortable.

Great weekend stay! The home was exactly what we were looking for and more! It was close to town and the Ruidoso Downs. Enjoyed the hot tub and patio! Would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at this home! We were able to see wild horses and elk. It was within walking distance of a local park. We also had a short commute to restaurants and the casino. The house was very clean and Tara was very responsive. Overall it was a great experience!

Wonderful little quiet get away. The only down side was the Wi-Fi was not real well. It was fine though with us because we do not have to stay connected. The house is the perfect size for 2-6 people. We will definitely be staying again soon.

Quite place to stay. Deer in our front yard every morning. Elk eating from the trees. Great covered porch to sit on with lots of room and listen to the rain. Very clean and comfy home. Small fenced in back yard. Host very responsive.

This is a favorite of ours to stay. Their place is homely and comfortable. We’ve stayed here for several years now and all totally love their home. We really love sitting on the back porch and watching all of the wildlife. It’s a superb place to stay and Ronnie is eager to make your stay enjoyable.

What a special, beautiful spot. We had 10 family members stay here for a memorial service in Lincoln and it was the perfect gathering place for everyone. It’s a fun, old, beautiful house that’s very comfortable inside, with a spectacular patio and porch area with plenty of seating for all to enjoy. Highly recommend this incredible place! Peacocks and turkeys abound, and the house is situated in su ch a way that the winds from the valley don’t even hit the place.

The view was spectacular from the deck! We also loved the convenience of being close to the highway, but also feeling secluded at the same time...

Everything was as described. The place was very clean and welcoming. My wife and I were able to enjoy a nice glass of wine in the main living area, and it felt like we were emerged deep in the forest. Everything was very clean, and the location was quiet and safe.
