Lovely modern apartment with great amenities. Amy was super helpful with instructions for check in and was always responsive. We were only there for 1 night before heading to the airport so unsure about distance to the centre but with a car it's a great location, perfect walking distance to the food market

We had the best weekend in the city celebrating a birthday and just loved Sue and Jeff’s fabulous apartment. We arrived to a birthday card and a bottle of bubbly, such a thoughtful touch and we loved all the other little extras that were provided. It was the most perfect location and we loved coming back to our warm, cosy and very relaxing abode at the end of the day. We will definitely return. Thanks Sue and Jeff.

This place is a gem! It had everything I needed for my 5 night stay. And so many things are within easy walking distance (cafes, restaurants, bars, shops, parks, museums). If I ever return to Christchurch, I’d love to book it again.

Kendra’s place was perfect! Super warm and cozy walking distance to the center, but very quiet. The beds are very comfortable, and the shower is probably the best I’ve ever seen in an AirBnB. The place also has absolutely everything you need (even both ground and instant coffee), and it feels cozy like a home. Above all, Kendra was super friendly, helpful and patient. We had an emergency change of plans, and she was very accommodating. We really appreciated her amazing communication and hospitality! Thank you!😊🙏

Great apartment close to shops and restaurants. The apartment was very clean, neat and tidy and was a home away from home. Excellent host who was very accommodating with my last minute request for late check-out. Thanks. Will definitely stay here on my next trip to Christchurch.

A great location for access to central Christchurch. The townhouse is delightful, sunny and comfortable. Really appreciated being able to park off the street. Barry and Sue were very helpful and informative.

Such a great spot for what was required. Ended up cancelling our girls dinner in town and inviting the girls over because it was such a great apartment. Thanks so much! Place was clean and had such a vibe. Loved it.

This was our first stop in New Zealand, and we’re so glad we chose to stay at Guadalupe’s place. She’s a wonderful host, and the home was incredibly cozy — we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. Everything we needed was provided, including thoughtful touches like snacks (cookies, granola, coffee, tea, hot chocolate) and a full range of spices. It’s also conveniently located near a supermarket. We especially loved the peace and quiet of the surroundings — such a relaxing start to our trip! 😊

Angela was very responsive throughout our stay. we were on a mini w/e holiday with me doing a meeting at short notice. There was a little hiccup on our behalf and she called me right away to address it and was more than polite & understanding. All though our stay was short, this was our first experience in CHCH and I can happily say that it was the bestest short vacay we have ever had. Even on these cold nights the house was super warm, rooms were very spacious and the property was very local to things, neighbourhood is beautiful. Over all would definitely recommend. My daughter, son-in-law and three kids had to vacate their home during a major renovation on their home. We used Mel's fabulous property as a base over a weekend. Our plans kept changing as tradies let us down, so we needed to extend our booking at short notice. Mel was understanding and more than accommodating, making a stressful time easy. The house is stunning and a great size. We were all obsessed with the beds - the most comfortable we had ever experienced. Highly recommended. Will stay again.

What a beautiful home in a unique location. Our three generations gathered from three countries for a lovely 5 days together in Christchurch. The views from all levels of this home are over the top. With high end cookware, two dishwashers and (my personal favorite and usual airbnb pet peeve) sharp knives, we grilled and gathered for “dinners in” every night instead of going out. Great access to governors bay pier and coffee/pizza just a short walk away. Loved this place so much and would return in a heartbeat.

Thank you for accomodating our request and let my pooches in your place, outdoor area and fully fence. Cozy apartment, it’s not a big space but it’s enough to come home to sleep after a day in the city. Bed comfy, the pillows are too soft hehe Bathroom are spacious and living area is good too. Narrow driveway but handy to have parking space dedicated to your stay, easy checking in/out. Will I stay again ? YES!

If you're looking for a warm and cosy house with stunning views overlooking Diamond Harbour, this is the place to be! The spa was a perfect bonus to our relaxing weekend getaway. Kelsey and Guillaume are incredibly responsive and helpful hosts who have organized this house with great thought and full of amenities. Their instruction manual and guide gave us lots of ideas on what to do in the area. The driveway is a bit steep, but plenty of parking on the street also! Highly recommend - would definitely return!

Accommodation was in a great location opposite the park. Apartment was as described. Easy walk into city. Really enjoyed staying there.

Phenomenal, pristine apartment in a great location by the Margaret Mahy playground and New Regent St. An easy walk to Riverside market. The apartment was incredibly comfortable and absolutely spotless.

Amazing stay for a couple of weeks / location was terrific and the condo itself is warm, stocked with everything needed, has great linens and exactly what I needed. Rachel’s communication was amazing and she was always available.

It was a great start to our family vacation in NZ. Amy’s place is cosy, clean and comfortable. Beds are comfy and with hotel quality linen…plus bakery and coffee shop downstairs, it definitely helps to start the day on the right foot. It is also located opposite Holey Moley - the mini -golf venue. We had so much fun with our 8 yo boy there:-) Thank you for a lovely stay, Amy. We also appreciate you allowed us to check in early in the morning on this occasion.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Susan’s! The house was spacious and adequately equipped. It was also very well located as it’s a very short drive and probably about 10-15min walk to the central city! Susan was also a great host — she’s very quick to respond to our queries, gave clear and easy instructions for checking in/out, and overall made our stay very enjoyable!

What a great place and what a lovely host. I hadn’t pre-read the entry instructions that Lily kindly sent and she responded promptly when I confused myself getting into the place. The location was perfect - right by the park and walkable to town. Place was lovely - clean and tidy; user-friendly. Totally recommend.

We had a great stay overall—the home matched the listing, was clean, and check-in was hassle-free. The only downside was that the heater in one of the bedrooms wasn’t working, so that room got a bit chilly at night. Everything else was just as described, and the host was friendly and responsive. Once the heater’s fixed, this place will be perfect!
