Fantastic property. Even better than photos. The pool and outside area was amazing. Every amenity you could think of was there. Added touch of a Christmas tree and a present under it for our the little girl in our group. Would highly recommend.

Amazing place. Beautiful inside and out (pool, patio dining, garden), modern, and immaculate. Everything was high quality from five star bedding to the well equipped kitchen. Hostess Jules was very responsive and friendly…The property sits in a nice neighborhood high above Christchurch, and our favorite part was on the other side (a short drive) - Taylor’s Mistake Beach and the world class walking trail above and past it. I don’t normally write reviews, but this place was really nice.

Rebecca and Pete are absolute amazing hosts. The house is perfect with everything you need, lots of private outdoor area, huge deck and a hot tub. Very kid friendly with a sandpit, trampoline and toys. We felt like home!

What a beautiful home in a unique location. Our three generations gathered from three countries for a lovely 5 days together in Christchurch. The views from all levels of this home are over the top. With high end cookware, two dishwashers and (my personal favorite and usual airbnb pet peeve) sharp knives, we grilled and gathered for “dinners in” every night instead of going out. Great access to governors bay pier and coffee/pizza just a short walk away. Loved this place so much and would return in a heartbeat.

The Bond estate is a beautiful property grey for family groups with an excellent playground, great heated pool and spa, and plenty of space for everyone.

I can't thank Louise enough for our wonderful little homely and private cottage in the autumn trees, showering yellow leaves over the garden. Rose Cottage is just pure magic at this time of the year, especially if you are a keen photographer as l am: While it is close to the airport it isn't in the flight path so there's not that much aircraft noise, and it is close to supermarket, coffee shops, etc. Louise and Matthew are wonderful hosts and I highly recommend their property to anyone visiting Christchurch and wanting something just a slightly bit different :)

This place is 5 star! The house is very comfortable with recently renovated kitchen and bathrooms, comfortable beds, and is fully equiped - down to coffee pods for the coffee machine. Reverse cycle A/C (aka 'heat pump') means that the house was easily kept comfortably warm. Wood and kindling are provided for the fireplace. Off street parking is secure (behind an automatic gate). We didn't use the barbeque, the outdoor dining area, spa pool, gym equipment in the garage, or the skateboard ramp.

The home was lovely and warm, had everything we needed. Totally enjoyed our stay. Will stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Jess’s place. She was very proactive, friendly and made sure we were comfortable. Loved the way how she has decorated the house. Every corner was a depiction of her creativity. Definitely recommend her stay if you’re planning to stay in that area. 10/10

Tracy’s home was the perfect getaway for our family. The house is not only beautiful but also incredibly comfortable. Traveling with two infants, we had a few extra needs, and Tracy went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. Communication was clear, quick, and helpful throughout our stay. We’d happily return in a heartbeat!

If you're looking for a warm and cosy house with stunning views overlooking Diamond Harbour, this is the place to be! The spa was a perfect bonus to our relaxing weekend getaway. Kelsey and Guillaume are incredibly responsive and helpful hosts who have organized this house with great thought and full of amenities. Their instruction manual and guide gave us lots of ideas on what to do in the area. The driveway is a bit steep, but plenty of parking on the street also! Highly recommend - would definitely return!

We had a 5-star stay in Cashmere! We loved being awakened by the dawn chorus, the expansive views, and the cozy feeling of being tucked away in the bush!

Angela was very responsive throughout our stay. we were on a mini w/e holiday with me doing a meeting at short notice. There was a little hiccup on our behalf and she called me right away to address it and was more than polite & understanding. All though our stay was short, this was our first experience in CHCH and I can happily say that it was the bestest short vacay we have ever had. Even on these cold nights the house was super warm, rooms were very spacious and the property was very local to things, neighbourhood is beautiful. Over all would definitely recommend. The views from this place are truly breathtaking! We were located close to some great hiking at Godley Head. The kitchen and bathroom had everything we needed for our trip! Would definitely recommend this spot!

There were three of us staying for three nights. Wish we would have stayed longer. This is a fabulous house, full stop. If it's available for the days that work for your travel schedule, do yourself a favor and book it. The views are great from the decks, and it's such a peaceful place. It's an easy drive into Christchurch and convenient for exploring nearby areas like Sumner and Akaroa. The house was new, large, tastefully decorated, and super clean. Communications with Viv were excellent and replies were prompt. Check-in and check-out were super easy too. This house is a 10/10.

Beautifully appointed home with incredible views of the ocean and the snow capped mountains. We absolutely loved our stay and would highly recommend Karina and this beautiful property.

Comfort and style, excellent value for a great setup, plenty to keep us entertained between games and relaxation. Quiet and warm, with a simple check in, great flow and communication with the host, met and exceeded our expectations. We all made some awesome memories together and will definitely be back again soon.

Beautiful house, lots of space for our group and the provided snacks, bread and milk was greatly appreciated! Hope to stay again sometime :)

We can’t recommend Blake’s property highly enough. The views are simply spectacular, the house is warm and inviting and the area is great with lots to do. Blake’s communication was excellent and always responsive. We look forward to returning again soon! Sam
