We had the most incredible stay at this beautiful lakeside home! From the moment we booked, the host was responsive and helpful. The home itself is spacious and thoughtfully equipped with everything we could need. It was perfect for our two families, with plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy. The peaceful setting made it feel like a true escape from the everyday. Surrounded by nature, the property is quiet and serene, with super friendly neighbors who made us feel welcome without ever intruding. We loved spending time outdoors—whether it was fishing off the dock or swimming right in front of the house, there was something for everyone. Having access to kayaks and lifejackets was a true bonus and made for some fun family memories. When a summer storm rolled in one evening, the enclosed porch was the perfect spot to watch. This place truly has it all: comfort, charm, and a host who goes above and beyond. If we lived closer, we'd be back often. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Great spot located about 15 minutes off the interstate. We were traveling with two families in route to Florida. Plenty of space, great for families traveling with kids. About a 5 minute walk to downtown with great little shops, coffee and other options. Can’t ask for more with an airbnb

We had an awesome long weekend on the lake with the whole family. The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We spent most of our time outside — the dock was perfect for relaxing, swimming, and launching the kayaks. The kids had a blast, and the calm water made it easy for everyone to enjoy. Great spot for family fun and unwinding. Would definitely come back!

Susan was very helpful in finding local restaurants. The house was very clean and organized. Kitchen was well equipped. The sun room has a beautiful view of the water. Bathrooms and bedrooms were neat and clean. We will definitely go back.

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy country cottage! Stephanie was a great host—very responsive and helpful. The cottage was clean, charming, and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked, which made meals easy. We loved sitting on the porch in the mornings, listening to the birds and enjoying the peaceful surroundings. It was such a quiet and relaxing place to unwind. The kids had a great time running around the large yard and exploring outside. The location was also great for taking day trips and seeing more of Alabama. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a quiet, comfortable getaway in a beautiful country setting!

We stayed here with close friends for my 40th birthday. It was nothing short of perfection. I’ve been eyeballing it for a few years to host retreats and after seeing in person, I’ll definitely be back. It was beautifully decorated, the lot was amazing, and it was absolutely relaxing. We never even turned on a tv. Our friends all had lovely things to say too. It left quite an impression on us all. Also, the bedding/pillows were very comfortable, and shower toiletries were provided which was a bonus!

We will be staying here again in the future. The home was amazing. So cozy and comfortable. We loved just sitting around on the porch with our coffee. The grounds are beautiful. The location itself is worth booking this place. It took no more than 20 minutes to drive anywhere and most of our favorite Bham spots were 5 minutes away.

My family had a wonderful week watching sun rises and sailboats. The space had everything we needed. Joan was responsive and kind.

Renee was very friendly, accommodating and courteous. It’s a great place in a beautiful neighborhood. I had a great time and can’t recommend this place enough.

Great location convenient to everything without the downtown traffic. You can spend the day outdoors in Oak Mountain State Park and go downtown for dinner all within 15 minutes. Also loved that when I was ready to get back on the road, it was convenient to the highway without going through the city. For light sleepers, keep in mind this is a triplex so you will hear the neighbors.

Charles was by far the best host we have had at an Air b and b. He had snacks, clear instructions, and went above and beyond to make sure we were ok. It is a two bedroom place with queen size beds… makes it spacious . The only negative is the area / night time hours. His air b and b is good for people with pets , as there is a back yard . There is double door locks which is nice. Charles as a host is the best!

A beautiful, well appointed loft with a great view from the deck and super quiet. The sky at night had a gazillion starts and the deck was perfect to have coffee and take it all in. The minute horse and donkey were adorable as well as the orange Tabby that greeted me upon arrival. LaDawn was quick to answer questions and very accommodating. If this place is available, book it!!

It was so nice. We loved the location because we love Homewood! The place was very comfortable and beautifully furnished!

This is a great place central to downtown Birmingham. Right above an awesome pizza restaurant and gelato shop. Place is exactly as pictured. The windows are beautiful. We stayed for a month and followed his helpful directions on getting a monthly parking pass for the lot right across the street and it worked out great! Would definitely stay here again.

I chose this condo for a quick getaway for my husband for Father’s Day. He loved it! The view from the balcony was beautiful in both the day and night. It was very peaceful. The condo was very clean and we felt right at home.

Joanna's apartment was great! Beautifully updated and simply decorated. Firm beds, spotless showers and kitchen, comfortable den furniture. perfect for our brief stay for college Orientation.

Monica is a wonderful host! The property looked exactly like the photos and is located in a great area—close to everything. We were in town for a wedding, and the venue was just a few minutes away, which made things super convenient. Monica was also incredibly kind and accommodating, even allowing us to bring our pets when we hadn’t realized the listing wasn’t pet-friendly. We really appreciated her flexibility and hospitality!

Blake’s place was beautiful, comfortable and clean. It was spacious and felt secure. Most importantly after long days of taking care of business, it was great to know we had a very comfortable and well appointed place to go back to as a home base. It’s exactly as described and pictured online. Even with all the great aspects of this apartment, I must admit that we had some communication misses that led to difficulty getting checked in. Blake helped sort things out, but even once inside the cleaning person was still in the process of cleaning. She was sweet and didn’t have an issue with us unloading and using the bathroom while she finished. To his credit Blake offered to extend our reservation slightly which was somewhat helpful. He was easy to communicate with, reasonable and solution oriented which I appreciated.

I had a great stay at Brett’s place! The home was spotless, stylish, and stocked with everything we needed. Brett was super responsive and helpful with any questions. The neighborhood felt safe and had plenty of great spots nearby. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area!
