Holiday rentals with beach access in Linardići

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit spitzen Ausblick vom Balkon auf das Meer. Sehr sauber und Ordentlich gehalten. Alle Geräte haben sehr gut funktioniert. Schöner kleiner Strand in 2 min. Fußweg. Uns hat es als Familie (2Erw. + 2 Kids) sehr gut gefallen. Gerne wieder 😊

Wir waren zu dritt bei Ana, das Apartment ist sauber und wie beschrieben. Wir wurden Vorort persönlich begrüßt. Die Kommunikation war einfach und unkompliziert. Das Meer ist in Fußläufiger Reichweite, den Berg runter. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit allem. Nur zu empfehlen.

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in der Ferienwohnung. Man hat alles was man für den Alltag braucht und Gordona war sehr hilfsbereit. Zum Abschied gab es sogar ein kleines handgemachtes Geschenk. Wir kommen gerne wieder 😊

Absolutely recommend this place! We are family with two kids (3 and 1) and we took with us also grandma (she managed just fine with stairs). Apartment doesn’t look very spacious on the photos but we felt comfortable even whith crib and baby chair. I was cooking every day. I didn’t miss any kitchenware, everything was there. Even some cooking basics (flour/oil/salt/spices atc.) and dolce gusto capsules! Every morning we were welcomed with beautiful sunrise and I was cooking dinner looking for stunning sunrise. Walking distance from the sea was practical as we went every day back from beach for lunch and afternoon sleep. Overal, we felt comfotable, welcomed (Slavica and her husbend are sweet elderly couple living downstairs) and relaxed. Thanks Iness, Nenad and Slavica for great holiday!

Υπεροχη τοποθεσία για χαλαρωτικές διακοπές. Το σπίτι ήταν πεντακάθαρο, με πολλές παροχές και όμορφη θέα. Η οικοδέσποινα ήταν φιλικη και μας βοήθησε σε ο,τι και να χρειαστήκαμε. Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα και σίγουρα θα ξανά επιστρέφαμε!

We absolutely loved our stay here. Having the balcony with a view of town and the ocean was amazing. The Unit is super spacious and well setup. It had everything we needed and then some. It’s very close to town and the beach as well as the supermarkets etc. We never needed our car. The host was responsive and friendly and made us feel at home. There is a convenient on property parking for the unit. Overall we absolutely loved our time there and would highly recommend.

Great apartment with beautiful views over the city! Only a 10 minute walk down to the beach. Hosts were very quick to respond and were very helpful, even dropping us to the train station.

Wir haben es sehr genossen bei Lilly in der Wohnung. Es war sehr nah am Meer/Strand was uns sehr gefallen hat. Auch in der Wohnung hatte es alles was wir brauchten und Lilly war super nett. Sie hat uns extra vom Bus abgeholt und persönlich begrüsst und alles gezeigt. Dies haben wir sehr geschätzt, nochmals vielen herzlichen Dank dafür.

If you demand the finest, this house represents the pinnacle. The house is everything you see in the pictures and then some. You can feel the heart that has gone into restoring this house while preserving the soul of the architecture. The design and furnishings are luxurious and complements the house in a unique way. Even the little detailed touches and details are provided for, including toiletries, high-end bedding and towels. The kitchens are fully stacked: both inside and outside. While Istria has a lot of small coves and deserted beaches with cristal clear waters to offer, the decking beach in Moscenicka Draga is an exclusive way of experiencing the best of what Croatia has to offer from a beach perspective. Last but not least: Tanja and Oliver are top hosts. They are easy to communicate with, and does everything in their power to make sure, that your stay is truly a five-star experience. Ana je izuzetno ljubazna i komunikativna domaćica koja vodi brigu o svojim gostima. Apartman je komotan i čist na dobroj pozicji (blizu centra i plaže) a ima i parking.

Wir waren als 4 köpfige Familie 2 Erw. und 2 Teens (16+14) in der Unterkunft. Wir waren begeistert von der Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit. Das war genau das was wir wollten. Das Haus ist ist zwar klein,aber es reicht völlig aus. Alles ist schön dekoriert und platziert. Genau wie man den Bildern entnehmen kann. Das Außengelände ist einfach ein Traum. Bis in die kleinste Ecke durchdacht. Die Outdoor-Küche haben wir regelmäßig benutzt. Wir waren jetzt im Oktober dort und hatten auch noch gutes Wetter. ( durchschnittlich 22 Grad ☀️) Dadurch wurde der Pool und Whirlpool sehr gut genutzt. Die kleine Bucht ist auch einfach sehr schön. Wir haben dort einen ganzen Tag verbracht und waren ganz alleine. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur bestens empfehlen. Wir werden wieder kommen. 🫶🏻🇭🇷☀️

Absolute Empfehlung! Wir hatten wunderschöne Tage bei Kristina. Empfangen wurden wir herzlich von ihrer Oma, die uns alles zeigte. Der Kontakt war unkompliziert und schnell. Die Wohnung bietet alles, was man für ein paar schöne Tage braucht. Sehr gut ausgestattet, Terrasse mit tollen Blick und fußläufig in 3-5 min in Stadt und Strand. Dort konnte man sich auf verschiedenen Plateau direkt am Wasser nieder lassen und Sonne und Meer genießen. Viel genutzt hatten wir den Grill, welcher auf der Terrasse vorhanden war. Alles in allem tolle Stadt, tolle Unterkunft und liebe Gastgeber. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt!

Stefano's accommodation is in the heart of Beli. You have a view of the green valley, a fig tree and pomegranate bushes and the blue sea from the balcony. It is wonderfully quiet, with only a small footpath leading past the apartment. The furnishings are good, everything you need is there. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed our days in Beli to the fullest!

Viktorija e suo marito sono sempre stati molto gentili ed accoglienti. Beli è un paesino di altri tempi e mi sono innamorata della seconda spiaggia del paese, tranquilla e immersa nella natura. L'alloggio è arredata con cura e molto funzionale. Gli appartamenti si trovano nella casa più alta del paese appena sopra la Pensione Tramontana. Mio marito ha fatto un paio di immersioni e si è trovato molto bene con il Diving sulla spiaggia. Se volete mangiare in casa vi consiglio di fare un po' di spesa al Plodine di Cres prima di arrivare ma il negozietto vicino alla spiaggia è comunque ben fornito.

An absolute delight! We much enjoyed our stay in Matjaz apartment. It is very clean upon our arrival and is as described on Airbnb. It supplies everything needed throughout the day. The private beach access is perfect, idyllic and gives you the opportunity to enjoy your vacation without any stress of searching for a spot in the shades. Although we did not use it this time - the garden is also equipped with a grill, which was quite tempting to use :) Matjaz is a super host for a reason. He and his wife are as friendly as one can be, super helpful and easy to communicate with. We would definitely come back any time and can highly recommend Matjaz and his apartment (s). ***** 5/5 Stars *****

Davorka est extrêmement sympathique et très avenante. Disponible au besoin. nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. L'appartement est grand et disposait des services attendus. Je le recommande.

Es war alles wie Beschrieben und man hatte einen wunderbaren Aussicht auf das Meer. Ksenija war immer erreichbar wenn etwas war und sehr freundlich.

Wir haben 14 angenehme Tage im September bei Mate in der großen, modernen Wohnung verbracht. Alles sehr sauber und sehr gut eingerichtet. Die Aussicht vom Balkon sehr schön. Es war sehr entspannt. Mate hat sich um alles gekümmert und war immer erreichbar. Perfekte Lage. Schön ruhig, nur 5 Gehminuten zu 2 unterschiedlichen Stränden. Auch nur 20 Minuten um zu Fuß in die Alt-Stadt von RAB zu gehen.

We had an absolutely perfectly relaxing vacation. The place is like it looks in the pictures, I’d say even better. You really only need to take some stairs down to the sea and can take a swim whenever you want. You can also get there by Bus perfectly easy and when our train broke down and didn’t work anymore on our way there, they were kind enough to pick us up 25 minutes away from there home, where we were greeted with a lot of friendliness and care, yet we always had our privacy. You’re located in the middle between Rijeka and beautiful Opatja and we really loved it. I’d go back any time and can recommend staying here very highly!

My family and I enjoyed a very nice easter holiday weekend at Brankica's place. She is very friendly, helpful and just a great host. The apartment itself provided way more then usually and way more we needed. It is located right beside the sea, just the road in between, as seen on the pictures. The cozy balcony offers a great view directly to the sea and we enjoyed it as well. 100% recommendation from our side - we are looking forward to come again!

Wir waren vom 19. bis 25. Mai 2025 bei Sara in Pula (Valkane) zu Gast und hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt! Sara ist eine herzliche, offene Gastgeberin, die fließend Italienisch und Englisch spricht. Wir hatten das Apartment 1 eine sehr saubere, liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung mit voll ausgestatteter Küche, zwei Klimaanlagen und einem kleinen Balkon. Alles war super gepflegt, die Toilette und das gesamte Apartment blitzsauber. Die Aussicht auf das Meer war traumhaft! Die Lage ist ruhig, mit schönem Garten und sogar frischen Früchten – gleichzeitig ist alles, was man braucht (Supermarkt, Strand, Altstadt), schnell erreichbar. Sara hat uns alles genau erklärt und war während des gesamten Aufenthalts sehr hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Absolute Empfehlung!
