One stall of garage parking available so you can go right from car to apartment without dealing with the snow. The driveway is plowed. Wifi, heat, keurig coffee selection included. Washer and dryer are in the spacious bathroom with a shower. Full kitchen and electric fireplace. Stairlift from garage. Queen sized bed with additional pullout couch (about full sz) and toddler bed.

There is a parking pad for your RV or trailer. *Please note that the entry is on the basement level and the main living area is up a flight of stairs.

This studio space is all fresh and new, located in west Hancock. Parking is easily accessible with a ground floor entryway. Downtown Hancock and Houghton are just minutes away. Located near the Hancock beach. If you aren't a camper but enjoy the day activities come and stay with all the luxuries of home. Studio size kitchen and a king size bed. We just added a heater/ air conditioner that is adjustable by the guest. The feedback has been great!

With 150' of water frontage, but access to about a mile worth's of shoreline you can relax with walks along the beach, sitting by a fire or grilling in the outdoor space. Come visit the beautiful Upper Peninsula of Michigan! Copper Ridge is a large 3 bedroom / 2.5 bathroom house located right next to the Bill Nicholls Trail 3. The parking area is a large, pull-through style driveway with enough room to fit multiple trucks and trailers. House is located 4 miles from Houghton and 6 miles from MTU. Trail is located across the street (Allouez Street).
