Good place to stay! Host communicated and checked in often, she was wonderful! Any potential negatives were that some rooms were a bit dark, and the blinds did not open in every room. Additionally, the dishwasher and oven handle were broken, if that is a necessity for you staying there. The neighborhood was relatively average, not the safest feeling ever but also not super sketchy or dangerous. We had a great stay though, and for the price at that quality I would highly recommend!

Nina was a great host. Property was very beautiful. We enjoyed waking up to look outside. The porch was my favorite part, sitting outside in the beautiful rocking chairs, looking at the lake and listening to the birds. We will definitely book this property again.

This was a great spot for our family over Memorial Day weekend. The access to river & outdoor areas were plentiful. The house was very clean & there was plenty of room for us to spread out. Highly recommend it!

This is a lovely, spacious home, located steps away from the lake. It's great for a large family or group. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen is great for cooking, and there is plenty of space to hang out indoors and outdoors. The two beds in the loft don't have doors/walls so folks that stay there have to stay up until others clear the living room area. Also, one of the rooms downstairs doesn't have windows so it gets stuffy unless you blast the air. On the flip side, its the quietest room which is great for a napping baby. Overall, it's a great space and we would stay there again.

We enjoyed the quiet surroundings and the coolness of the days and evenings. The fall leaves and the calm lake views were serene. Lots of wildlife and views to enjoy.

we came into town towns for my nephews graduation and it was perfect for my family. we could all gather and visit. he was very accommodating when last minute I added a guest. the yard was large and plenty of room for my dog to run. we being able to park in the garage since we have a lil baby to keep out of the rain. he was very responsive whenever I asked a question or let him know something wasn't working. would definitely stay again!

The house was very clean and well appointed. It was very nice on the outside as well. It was a great fit for our needs and had a great backyard with a picnic table and privacy fence. The neighborhood was quiet and seemed safe. There were full-size toiletries in all bathrooms, lots of extra towels, a stocked coffee bar, and laundry detergent for you to use. Sophia was super communicative and friendly. We were able to get an early check in for a small fee which was so helpful.

The place was spacious and beautiful, and the area was private. Parking was great! It wasn’t too far from everything we had planned, and the host was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay again!

Curtis is responsive to my questions. Check in was easy. Home was very clean and looked like the photos. Great price. Easy access to the interstate. I highly recommend.

Wesley was amazing he was so kind. The staff at the shop were all so kind and were always there to help if we needed anything. They informed us of a paint party they were having so our girls could partake. They supplied everything to do so, and it was only 10 bucks for the figure to paint. They had several to chose from. We will most definitely be back to stay at the other place he has called the Vault, we stayed in the dungeon and it was all decked out to look like what it says. You all should make time to stop by and see them at the hobby shop grab some food and have some fun.

Was in town for the Browns Ferry nuclear outage and it was the perfect location! Thanks for everything!

Another wonderful weekend at Elk River Retreat! It’s just as described exceptionally clean and well stocked The beds are very comfortable and furnishings are lovely Our great grandchildren love the thoughtful treats and toys We love that it’s pet friendly with a beautiful yard to walk our pups Enjoyed watching the deers in the tree line You will not be disappointed Tracy and her husband are exceptional hosts
