Het huis is recent compleet vernieuwd, waarbij onder meer een nieuwe, grote keuken is geplaatst, nieuwe badkamer én vloer. Het hele huis is voorzien van sfeervolle Philips HUE verlichting. Uniek is de grote glazen pui aan de achterzijde. In de huiskamer leidt een trap naar de vide met twee bedden. Aan de voorkant is een tweede slaapkamer met tweepersoons bed.
