Er zijn talloze mogelijkheden om te wandelen in het aangrenzende natuurgebied. Voor fietsliefhebbers is er de knooppuntenroute die zich vlak langs de woning bevindt. Op 20 km afstand bevindt zich Designer Outlet Roermond. Ook een bezoek aan Thorn is absoluut de moeite waard en natuurlijk niet te vergeten Maastricht op 40 km afstand.

Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien en biedt uitzicht op het water. Met maar liefst vijf terrassen, waaronder twee sfeervolle veranda's waarvan één met een houtkachel, is er altijd een plekje om te ontspannen. De badkamer heeft een heerlijke regendouche. Op de begane grond vind je een royale slaapkamer met een kingsize bed en een 1-persoonsbed. Op de eerste verdieping is een 2-persoonsbed in een aparte open ruimte. Het grote gazon is perfect voor een potje voetbal of badminton!

Our holiday home is located in a beautiful street with historic buildings in the old village of Well aan de Maas. When you cross the street you are already on the banks of the Maas and you can walk or cycle into the nature reserve De Baend. The house is quietly located, behind the main house in the green garden with old trees. The garden is accessible through the French doors in the living room and you can use it freely. The house has its own entrance and is fully equipped.

Our beautiful spacious chalet with a large sunny garden very suitable for 2 families on a 5 star campsite with lots of entertainment in a natural setting. The chalet has a fenced garden where the children can play with outdoor toys and adults can relax on the terrace with canopy. There are also plenty of toys for the children and board games for the adults in the chalet.

Swimming and water sports are plenty possible. The lake is located in a nature reserve where cycling and hiking trails are not lacking.
