Our two-tiered approach

A lovely bright house right next to Notre Échelle 1. With a swimming pool in the garden with a large sun terrace. In 2024, it was converted into a vacation home where you will find a combination of old elements from the adjacent farm with new elements such as a new kitchen and bathroom. The house is on the outskirts of the village of Alluy at the foot of the Morvan. You will find peace and quiet here, the beautiful countryside but also the coziness of the very nearby villages and harbors along the Canal de Nivernais.

Chaumes de Villeneuve "Le chalet"

Located a few km from Châtillon en Bazois, center of France, only 3 hours from Paris, the "Chalet des Chaumes de Villeneuve" is located in the middle of a large garden and surrounded by centuries-old oaks, all within walking distance of the Canal du Nivernais. Its unique character and the calm of the place will offer you an authentic and comfortable stay in the heart of the Nièvre, in the Bazois, with views of the Morvan. Close to amenities: bakery, supermarket, pharmacy within 10 mins.

Saperlipopette Maisonette

This simple but cozy gîte is located in the heart of the Morvan, where you are surrounded by nature. From the garden, you can look out over the valley with a varied panorama of forests, hedges and meadows. In the nearby village (2 min.) there is a bakery where you can get delicious fresh bread and 5 minutes away is Lac de Pannecière, where you can swim, fish, canoe and paddle board. Hikers and (trained) cyclists can indulge in the many routes in the immediate vicinity.

The Gîte de la Montagne, located in Saint-Prix, will allow you to enjoy nature in complete tranquility. The small furnished building is ideal for a quiet holiday, with a living room, a small kitchen, a bathroom and a mezzanine for sleeping. The sofa bed in the living room allows you to stay up to 4 people. The private terrace, with shade and sun nooks, offers you views of the surrounding nature. Perfect for a holiday in the countryside.

Cottage by the water and horses

On a private property of more than 3 ha, including our house and a small stable, the 35 m2 cottage is directly on the edge of a 700 m2 body of water and can accommodate up to 4 people. It consists of a shower room, an equipped kitchen, a living room, a bedroom with a queen size bed and a mezzanine with two 90 beds. You will have a huge garden area by the water and a wood stove for cooler evenings.

Haut Folin Wooden Cottage

On the mountain Haut Folin, on the edge of the forest, there is a wooden cottage... Our chalet is stylishly furnished and offers all the necessary comforts for a pleasant stay. The equipped terrace with panoramic views of the natural surroundings give you the feeling of freedom and space. It is a paradise for hikers, cyclists and peace seekers where every season has its assets.

Gîte le Cellier des Moines (Morvan)

Characterful cottage, adjoining the owner but independent, in the hamlet of Commagny in Moulins-Engilbert (58), located in the membership area of the Parc naturel régional du Morvan. Very quiet site, perfect for resting, and observing nature and stars. The off-season is often very pleasant in Morvan and the colors of the forests are extraordinary. Can accommodate 4 people.

Country cottage

Small private house of 30m2 in a farmyard composed of one bedroom, one bathroom with wc and an equipped kitchen. Located 2kms from the center of Moulins-Engilbert at the gates of Morvan and 1km from the Canal du Nivernais from Panneçot. Property in the middle of the countryside ideal for all nature lovers (hiking, fishing, photography).

La Petite Maison

Relax in this peaceful and warm place. It's a small house where the living is good… Everything is ready when you arrive, the beds are made, the wood stove is lit, the electric radiators as well… Hand and bath towels are at your disposal. The little house now has Wi-Fi.
