We stayed 4 days in this beautiful house decorated with care... There was everything we needed available, and the host even kindly left us some surprises! Thank you very much!

A true haven of peace! We had an absolutely perfect stay in this exceptional accommodation. Upon our arrival, we were warmly welcomed by hosts of great kindness, available and attentive. The accommodation is simply beautiful: a splendid private pool, a high-end jacuzzi, and a neat decoration down to the smallest details. Everything is designed for comfort and relaxation. The rooms are spacious, very well equipped, and tastefully decorated; the bedding is comfortable! The icing on the cake: A very pleasant and relaxing exterior, as well as two adorable little cats that add an even warmer touch to the atmosphere. Ideal place to relax in peace. We leave with the desire to return very soon, and wish granted, we return next week! 😁 Thanks again for everything 🙏 (and a little mention for the cocktails🍹)!

We had a wonderful stay at Hélène & Harry’s place! The house was very cosy, and had everything tou need and want. A nice fireplace, and a beamer to watch movies on! Close to the tram and you are in lille center very quickly. Hélène & Harry were great hosts. Would recommend!

Denis is a very friendly and helpful host. The apartment was very clean and had everything that you could possibly need during your stay. There were beverages in the fridge, snacks and condiments for us. We were made to feel very comfortable. The apartment is very beautiful and peaceful, and very close to restaurants and grocery stores. On the day we arrived, it was clear that we would be too late getting to the concert that night that we wanted to attend. Denis generously offered to drive us to the Metro station in Wattignies so that I would not need to drive my car and try to find a parking space. He was really most accommodating! We would love to stay here again.

I had Friends staying in Hotels nearby, and the value for money was so discernable between there rooms and Eric's Apparent. if I had to travel to Lille again I would definitely check if Eric's Apparent was available.

We had a wonderful stay in Lille despite the weather! The apartment is perfectly appointed, close to the old town and the trendy area near Les Halles. The apartment is open and spacious. Jonathan communicated brilliantly and we followed his recommendations on restaurants and places to visit. We’d love to come back! Lille has some upmarket shops in the old town, beautiful parks and historic sites to visit. It is compact, making it easily navigable for families.

Accommodation reserved for a seminar because it is close to the train station and the Grand Palais. A moment between colleagues from several regions of France and we are unanimous: everything is great! I recommend it to my friends and family without hesitation. The living room is very large, it is very pleasant and allows you to sleep easily. Although it is in the center, this accommodation is quiet.

Beautiful, spacious, spotlessly clean apartment with every facility you could need. Walkable to all the tourist areas we wanted to visit. Lots of restaurants to choose from, and very close to the Wazemmes market, lovely bakeries and supermarket too. Host was always incredibly quick to respond to my messages and gave me detailed instructions so everything was easy. It was my first AirBnB booking and it really exceeded all my expectations. I highly recommend it!

Clean and comfortable. Great location. Restaurants and interesting sites within walkable distances. No lift. (No elevator) So, you will need to walk up to the top floor. If you're ok with it, you will love this place.

Malika has a lovely home, I felt like the place was larger than the photos as there is an entrance room for shoes and jackets etc not shown in the photos. The door was a little hard to open but we got the hang of it quickly, more locks than we are used to back home.

Dorothée is a likeable, uncomplicated and communicative hostess who answered questions very quickly and described her apartment well. Great that she provided coffee and water and spices for us on arrival. In the apartment, we found everything we needed, although we did not find so much "fragrance"  (scented bottles in the apartment, very intensely scented bed linen), which is a very personal attitude of ours, in the rooms. The bed was comfortable. And the highlight is the terrace - that's where the holiday feeling in the city comes in. The area is very quiet, but there are few opportunities for going out in the immediate vicinity, which did not bother us, as we were in the city very quickly by bike. The lockable bicycle cellar and parking space are ideal. After an eventful day in Lille, it is very pleasant to come to this apartment. Thank you, Dorothee.

We visited Lille as 2 couples and really enjoyed our stay at Hugo's. The living space area is spacious and bright and stayed cool despite the rare heatwave we experienced during our visit. Hugo was a very friendly host and personally met us. He was very accommodating and allowed flexibility on our check-in and slightly later check out. He responds very quickly and shared some great local food spot recommendations. Good amenities in the kitchen, good pressure in the bathroom and the bedrooms come with blinds to help block out majority of the light and comfortable beds and pillows. The apartment is about a 15minute walk to the old city centre and is 3 minute walk to the beautiful park where you can rent out a little electric boat which would recommend. Felt safe and bedrooms face to a garden so was quiet. Would recommend!

Beautiful little apartment with a nice terrace. Very well equipped whether for cooking or cleaning. The underground garage with the space is a plus! The residence is very nice.
