We had an amazing stay here. The hosts were very friendly, and they had great tips for exploring the region, we felt very welcome from the start. The house was exactly as advertised, very clean and comfortable. We were unlucky with the weather in the beginning, but the hottub with amazing view certainly helped us through the rainy evening! There is a lot to do in the area, and this was certainly the perfect place to start exploring every day. This place is a strong recommend! Definitely a place we would love to visit again.

We spent 5 days in Kenneth and Malene’s house, we were 2 families with 2 kids 2yo. They live on the upper floor and were very welcoming and helpful in giving us several information. Check in, check out and comminication were great, Fast and easy. We had a bit of bad luck with weather, but we were able to enjoy the barbecue and jacuzzi, which are definetly a plus. The house is very well organized with all the necessary kitchen tools and room enough for all us, especially the living room where our kids played most of the time. Malene was so kind to give our kids lots and lots of toys they played with. would have been Perfect to have a second bathroom as we struggled a bit with the kids, but we were aware of that. The location is good, the sea is just in front of the house and we also had the possibilities to use their kayak, but we did not cause of weather. It is a good starting point to visit all the west coast. In the end we had a very nice and relaxing stay. Thanks a lot and see you

Nice accommodation, calm and nice environment. Close to the store. Nice to take a walk both around the lake which is right by the property,and only 10 min beautiful walk into the city center. Nice reception by the host Gunilla, very happy with the stay.

I am probably a little biased, as I had been in the area many times throughout my life, and I've always loved this old town part of Kungälv. The buildings are made up of lots of historic landmarks. There is a beautiful old church nearby with stunning interior craftsmanship and design. The river walk, with lots of pretty water fowl and gardens is bare a minute from the location. And a couple minutes walk beyond all of these is an ancient fortress, first built in 1308, looking out over the river that runs all the way up to Stockholm from the west coast. The property has all the amenities one could need, and while its close to everything, its very private and peaceful. The owners are super proactive and respond quickly to any questions. I could go on, but I think its enough to say this is as advertised, and a lovely place to stay. Highly recommend 👌

A home that meets expectations, in the Swedish quiet with access to an outdoor pontoon and a magnificent sunset! microwave and fridge for the essentials. very good welcome from Barbro, I recommend.

We had a great weekend, and everything was just as described. The only downside was that the apartment isn’t very well soundproofed, so there was less privacy than expected — we could hear conversations, footsteps, and moving things from the apartment above. Other than that everything is perfect.

The house has an incredibly great view, which we enjoyed in any weather. Bram supported us with information and answered our questions quickly. The defective sunshade was also replaced within a day.

We had the most amazing stay at Lennarts cabin, and they made us feel very welcome and at home from the beginning! We loved spending time in the nature, swimming in the lake, relaxing in the sauna, fishing etc. etc. Very recommendable!

The location is absolutely serene, quiet, peaceful, and surrounded by nature with the lake just steps away. No neighbors, no noise—just pure relaxation. Whether enjoying a quiet morning by the water or a relaxing evening inside, everything about the space invites calm and comfort. This is a true hidden gem and perfect for anyone looking to disconnect and recharge. We left feeling refreshed and grateful, and we already hope to return! Our stay at Ulrika's accommodation was wonderful! You should be aware that the accommodation is not very large. However, everything is perfectly equipped, the location by the sea is amazing and Ulrika is an incredibly friendly hostess. We can only recommend the stay here, thank you for the great time :)

Overall, this was a peaceful location, beautiful home, nice location to swim in lake or chill outside but the water. Host is fast at communicating and kind. I recommend bring your own towels and toiletries as they may not be available.

The views from the cabin are incredible! So peaceful and the prefect location for relaxing and taking in the scenery. The interior is very clean and more than spacious. We greatly appreciated Corina and Andreas’ recommendations for the area- thank you! Wish we could have stayed longer - highly recommend!
