Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home at Frälsegården in Upphärad! The house is located on A Quiet and Cozy Farm in Upphärad outside Trollhättan! In the yard there are boxes, chickens, sheep, sheep, cats, cats, the dog Jack as well as a cozy garden. Walking distance into the village where you will find a grocery store, pizzeria, playground, outdoor gym and bus stop that takes you to Trollhättan. Proximity to fishing lake with your own boat. Here you will meet the silence at the Land, interrupted with the trains that sometimes quickly whiz by.

In the living room there is a sofa, kitchen and dining area. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and the two panoramic windows above the sink provide a lovely view. Separate bedroom with a double bed 160 cm wide. Bathroom is decorated with toilet, sink, shower, washing machine with dryer, towel rail and underfloor heating. Sleeping loft suitable for children as well as a sofa bed is available in the cabin.

In a beautiful wooded area, just 200 meters from the lake, you can enjoy nature and silence in this tastefully renovated house. This house is built for a maximum of 8 people (maximum 4 adults & 4 children) and it is located completely alone. The lake Gravlången is very rich in fish, the lake is 11 km long and in its places quite narrow with islands and ground. Mainly, the fishing consists of pike, perch and poured. Robust aluminum boat with 8 hp can be rented on site. There is an option to use a boathouse at the pier for fishing equipment

A wonderful place near Lake Öresjö. Swimming and access canoeing for cozy hikes on the lake. Only 4 km to major municipal swimming areas. Nice hiking trails are in the immediate area. The closest town is Trollhättan about 10 km. You can easily get by car to the lovely places of the west coast. This place is suitable for those who want peace and quiet.

With us you get access to rowboat, swimming raft and barbecue area overlooking the lake. The property is located along the Bohusleden hiking trail and about 12 km from both Uddevalla and Ljungskile. The peace, quietness and proximity to nature will make you relax and find your inner peace. Start the day with a swim in the lake or drink your morning coffee while the sun slowly rises.

Electricity and running water are missing, but solar cells are available for lighting and to charge the mobile via USB socket. Simpler standard, but very cozy, and with soothing surroundings.
