For those who want to stay completely unique in their own house in a cultural area, with horses, cats and access to our own jetty. You have your own outside space with barbecue and cozy playground for children. You love the proximity to adorable beautiful nature and trails. We will be happy to show the farm that has been restored according to old methods. It is close to golf course and picturesque town of Arvika with art museum and cafes.

Cozy apartment in basement with own private entrance. All bed linens, towels and cleaning are included. 2.5 km from Karlstad city center, 200 meters to bus. Within 5 minutes walk there is a beach, shops, restaurants and nice green areas. Great communication to KAU, Färjestad's racetrack and Löfbergs Lila Arena. In the apartment there is a double bed, TV, table with chairs and kitchenette with fridge, freezer compartment, hot plates and kitchen equipment. Bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine. Parking is free, and wifi is available.

This unique home has its very own style that has grown up for the five years we rebuilt the barn. High ceilings and plenty of space both inside and out. Everything is new and fresh. Perfect place for rest and recreation. It includes bikes, kayaks and SUPS (2 of each) and the proximity to sports and outdoor life is good. Take the chance to rent a light and fresh holiday house with a fantastic viewover the small private beach and lake. Patios have the best south-west location, the lake is fish-rich and if you take a walk in the woods you will probably find both berries and mushrooms. Total relaxation is promised! In winter, you are close to the Åmål ski center and in just about 1 hour you can reach the Sunne Ski Center. Around Säffle you will find great grocery stores, Systembolaget, pharmacies, cafés etc.

Dream house near the lake with its own jacuzzi

This newly built unique home, my home, is in the heart of Värmland. Stunning views of Lake Glafsfjorden with sunsets that are irresistibly beautiful. Big wooden deck with own jacuzzi. Just a few hundred meters to the lake. Cows and calves are in the garden that you have to walk through to get down to the lake. The beach is rocky. I have an older rowing boat by the lake that you can use freely. The boats are a little worn but work. Good fishing.

Huset ligger i gårdsmiljö och är en av två flyglar. Till huset hör även en privat anlagd strand och brygga. I huset finns tvättmaskin, diskmaskin, mikrovågsugn, kyl, frys och en grill för härliga utekvällar på terassen. Vi har två kajaker och en roddbåt som kan hyras för 200kr styck eller 500 för alla per dag. Vi respekterar er privatspfär men står gärna till hjãlp. Vi pratar svenska, engelska och tyska.
