Apartment holiday rentals in L'Île-Saint-Denis

The place was according to the photographs, well equipped for any basic need. The hosts were very friendly and attentive to everything. It was fantastic that we could park our car throughout the stay in one of the public places just outside the apartment and we had no problem with that. The nearest subway is a 12-minute walk away. In our opinion, walking at night from the subway to the apartment feels a little unsafe since there is not enough lighting, although there are bus options that leave you closer to the apartment. In general, everything was very good, there was some noise from construction but nothing that I can personally complain about, it only happened during the day, at night it was quite quiet. A good place to be in Paris, just take your precautions and prepare your trip well as anywhere else.

I had a very good time. The place was as described in the pictures and I had a very comfortable stay with my parents. Bernard and family were very friendly. We had a small issue with keys not able to open the entrance gate and Bernard responded very proactively, helped us getting in, and changed the lock the next morning. I would highly recommend!

Perfect stay all round. Lucille was very responsive and answered any questions very quickly and check in/out was seamless The apartment itself was lovely and very quiet at night. All the amenities that were listed were available and the decor was superb! There is a metro stop about a 5 minute walk away which was so useful and to get to and from the airport it was about €15-20 Uber which split between two people is cheaper than the RER B. Overall a great stay. Fantastic home on the outskirts of the city but then so easy to get into the main centre. Next time we come back to Paris we will definitely try and stay here again 😄 Thank you Lucille 😊

I particularly wanted to write a review for this Airbnb as it was one of the most incredible ones we’ve stayed at so far… Kheira provided all the amenities necessary for a proper home such as all the basics of bathroom utilities and even kitchen appliances… she was always available when we reached out to her regarding any doubts. The interiors of the house are also wonderful and exactly like the pictures, they have been very beautifully curated. The house is also in very close proximity to bus stops and the metro station, so travelling within the city was never an inconvenience. In all, definitely a 10/10 worth the money stay.

Fatma is a responsive and friendly host. The apartment is nicely furnished.

Anne’s place is just as she describes (think Emily in Paris vibes 😊). It’s a cute little apartment, great for solo/couple. Has all the amenities you would need for a comfortable stay and is steps away from metro station which makes it super convenient to access all of Paris! I had the best time there and would definitely come back again. Thank you Anne for the lovely stay and recommendations to go around!

Laurent's apartment is extremely close to a variety of cafes and restaurants which all were extremely hospitable and spoke in both English and French! It was very easy to commute from the apartment to downtown Paris in about 30min so for us the location was perfect. The apartment itself was easy to find and Laurent was available via the app to help us navigate to the front door. It was well kept and offered the amenities as described in the listing.

Every thing went very smooth. Alain has been very reachable and extremely helpful. Would be my first to go option whenever in Paris or nearby. 10/10 and very recommended. Thanks Alain :)

The apartment is spacious and clean. It is close to the Stade de France and the metro. I recommend it. Thanks to the host who is accommodating with schedules and friendly.

Beautiful apartment, very enjoyable, after a day of hiking and walking it is very nice to rest on the balcony surrounded by nature in the gated complex. It is close to subway line 13, in 15 minutes you are in the city center. There is a supermarket less than 50 meters away. Clarisse is a very attentive and friendly host. Highly recommended.

We really enjoyed our stay! It was a little further out from the centre of Paris but easily reachable with public transport. There were some lovely local shops and restaurants nearby as well so we didn’t always have to go out of our way to find something. The apartment was just right for two people for a few days :)

Great stay! The place was very clean, well-located, and exactly as shown in the photos. Communication with the host was fast and clear throughout. The bed was comfortable, the neighborhood was quiet, and we had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Beautiful, quiet and peaceful accommodation, close to the train station and everything. Breathtaking view over Paris. For the welcome, I had the wonderful surprise of being received by a woman whose listening, kindness and patience were of great help. I hope to have the opportunity to come back if the opportunity arises!

The location was amazing for visiting various places in Paris. Further, the rooms were prepared really well, and it easily fits 4 people. It is written in the review, but the second bed is a sofa bed that ends up taking large space in living room but not too cumbersome

Sophie is very attentive, in addition to communicating quickly, she helps with everything that is needed with generosity! Montrouge is a nice place, it's easy to get to the center of Paris! The apartment is about 10 minutes from the subway station and 3 minutes from the bus stop. There is a lot of commerce and you feel safe when walking home. Sophie's space is great! It is spacious by Paris standards, both the living room/kitchen space and the bedroom are very comfortable, you sleep well even on the sofa bed. The icing on the cake was the Jacuzzi, which offers a very pleasant comfort, the facilities are new and very clean. The towels and sheets are also new! Everything is impeccable! The kitchen is well equipped. The balcony was under construction, it will certainly be very beautiful soon! We'll definitely come back to enjoy it! Thank you.

Great location and walkable to many prime attractions and restaurants. Billie promptly replied to questions. You may want to bring an electrical converter if you’re from the U.S. it was delightful!

One of the best Airbnbs i’ve stayed at. Host is very responsive and kind. The place is very nicely decorated and has all the amenities as shown in the pictures and a lovely terrace for morning coffee or late night chats. One thing to note is that you have to take one flight of stairs so keep that in mind if you have a lot of luggage. Otherwise would definitely recommend for couples or friends. 2 min walk away from RER C which is great.

- very clean and it is not too crowded for 4 people - all you need is in the apartment and more - close to metro station - great location, the neighborhood has everything you need and I feel safe - the most important thing is the host's Martin is a very helpful person, super nice. So, I personally think it's worth staying here even though it's on the 3rd floor and there's no elevator.

We had a wonderful stay at Ramo’s suite. It was exactly as the pictures showed it. The location is absolutely ideal right on the Seine River which offers stunning views and peaceful atmosphere. The place is quiet, private and feels like a true escape from the hustle of the city. Practicality was top notch: there’s a-lot of local grocery stores just a short walk away and it was very easy for G7 drivers to find the address and pick us up. Everything about this place made for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Highly recommend.
