Holiday rentals with a patio in L'Île-Saint-Denis

The location of the room is very good, close to the subway line, next to a large shopping center, you can see the iron tower in the room, the facilities in the room should be complete, thank you for having such a good room to let me have an unforgettable four nights in Paris, the landlord is warm and hospitable, next time I come to Paris I will choose this room again!I love Paris!!

I was most impressed by all aspects of my stay at this wonderful split level studio. The place is warm and homely and comfortable. Great location for a variety of different restaurants. Easy access to two different Metro lines and Gare du Nord is also easily accessible by foot. It is a central location with many small local shops, antique stores, bakeries and restaurants around. The apartment is an oasis in the city. We felt very safe with two small children and enjoyed the peace and quiet after the trip to the city. The condo is well appointed and clean. Everything necessary and toys were available for the children. The metro is a few minutes' walk away, from there you can drive about 20 minutes to Notre Dame and other attractions. We especially liked the beautiful, cozy terraces! With a breakfast from the supermarket downstairs in the house, a great start to the day. Right on the next corner is a park with lots of play opportunities for children. Perfect for a family to combine city and play. But even without children, it is very nice, there are 3 workplaces for mobile working! We will be happy to come back!

I had a wonderful stay at Charles’ apartment in Enghien. It’s beautifully furnished, very comfortable, and truly feels like a home away from home. The kitchen is well-equipped—including a great espresso machine!—which made it easy to settle in. The location is perfect: just a short walk to the train station, with direct access to downtown Paris in 17 minutes. The private parking garage was a big plus since we had a rental car. Charles was always responsive, kind, and very accommodating, offering flexibility with check-in and check-out, which made everything smooth and stress-free. Enghien-les-Bains is a beautiful city with a peaceful lake, shops, and restaurants—ideal for relaxing after exploring busy Paris. I highly recommend this apartment and will definitely stay here again on my next trip!

Short 10-min walk from lines 13 and 14, which connected us to many places in Paris! House was clean and well-decorated, it was a comfortable stay.

I think this room overall is very good.It is about a 15-minute walk from the C train station, and the living environment is quiet.Everything is provided in the room, and check in and check out is also very easy.Overall, this is a great value for money and highly recommended.

The apartment is lovely, very clean and had all that we needed. June is a very responsive host, friendly and professional. Our only challenge was that the elevator in the building went out of service for a couple of days during our stay. June did everything she could to get to get it corrected and I appreciate that very much.

You may be put off by the price, but don't be. Compared to a luxury hotel, this is much better. Exceptional in every way! I can really recommend this for a romantic and relaxing stay.

I had a great time staying at Amaury’s place with some colleagues for a work meetup - the house was spotlessly clean and more than big enough for us all to spend a week comfortably living and working in. Lots of nice restaurants within walking distance and easy to get into the centre of Paris

This is the best Airbnb in Paris!! Kazumi was so warm and welcoming making sure we were all settled in. We loved sitting on the balcony every night to watch the Eiffel Tower sparkle. Location was in a perfect spot, close to everything you'd want to go to via walking or metro. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Paris.

Best places to stay no matter what anyone says The Eiffel Tower from the balcony is also beautiful The accommodation is better than what was featured in the photos For Koreans, I think you can go without worrying.

This place is a 10/10. Marie is super communicative met us upon check in and gave us a tour of the apartment going through everything we needed to know. The locations is beautiful and peaceful but very close to shops and local amenities in a short walking distance. The apartment was very clean and tidy
