Family-friendly holiday rentals in L'Île-Rousse

Wow! What can i say.. the photos do not do this property justice. We stayed in the ground floor villa (for 6) it was out of this world and the view over the Bay is truly stunning. We hired a car for the week which i would recommend as so many stunning places to visit. Just be mindful that the 1st floor villa accommodation is let separately not that we had any issues with the people staying above us for the week. Special mention to Marine who met us at the property handed over the key etc etc , lovely lady. We truly loved Corsica and we will return... Thank you Eric for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home.

Great stay at the accommodation. The bedding is very nice, the only small thing, the outdoor chairs should be renewed but apart from that nothing to say. A great view, a great hot tub and sauna, very quiet place. Thank you to Marie and Vincent very responsive and very kind. We would recommend this listing.

A dream! We enjoyed it very much. The children were able to run and play without us having to watch them 24/7. The pool was covered, but easily accessible if we wanted to swim. Jean was incredibly nice and helpful. She even lent us her car when ours was in the garage. Really highly recommended!

Hi, There were two of us in Caesar's cottage, the views are incredible from the pool. The cottage is cocooning and resembles the photos offered by Caesar. We loved this place! Caesar is smiling, welcoming and warm! I would highly recommend it.:)

Sébastien's accommodation is a small marvel, perfectly located, close to the sea, shops, restaurants etc. The accommodation is ideal, there is everything you need, and also very good for a 2 and a half year old child. The sunny terrace and its barbecue won us over!! Sébastien was very available and accommodating, thank you again, thanks to you we had a wonderful vacation! We'll be back! Go ahead with your eyes closed! ... well, keep them open to access it by a small, typically Corsican road! The accommodation at the back of the owners' plot in the heart of Urtaca is a true haven of peace for 2 or 4 people. Several large terraces, including one covered with a summer kitchen, invite you to disconnect. The accommodation is large (2 beautiful bedrooms each with shower room and toilet) and has everything you could need. Dume and Héléna are welcoming, charming and give good advice for activities or gastronomy. Two or three walks are possible from the cottage in the maquis. The village is authentic and quickly connected to the main road Corte/Ile Rousse which makes it easy to radiate to discover Balagne and refuel (no fixed trade in Urtaca). In short, we feel good at Dume and Héléna's and we simply loved our stay (and our dog too).

Very nice apartment, clean and bright, as per description and photos. Natalia, very kind and helpful, welcomed us in the best way, even providing us with basic necessities. Always available if you need anything. Perfect location, quiet and just outside Ile Rousse, great for visiting the town and the beautiful beaches nearby. Supermarkets and shops just minutes away. We had a great time.

Charlotte's place is so peaceful and lovely. The cottage was spotless and had all the amenities we need. The huge private gardens and pool surrounding the place were a very nice bonus. It feels like you are miles away from everything, but it is only an 8 minute drive to the middle of Saint-Florent, and to the nearest beach. Charlotte was very helpful and responsive and gave us a lot of guidance on the local area. I would love to come back and would not hesitate to book again.

Idyllic setting to break away from everyday life far from the flow of tourists. Absolute relaxation with your feet in the pool water – to be enjoyed without moderation. In the absence of air conditioning, however, it is advisable to manage the ventilation well during heat waves.

Michel's place is perfect. The view of Ile Rousse is sensational and the sunsets are fantastic. The pool and the whole garden are also extremely lovingly landscaped. The furnishings of the apartment and the terrace are wonderful. Michel and Isabelle are very charming and warm hosts who have created a little paradise. We will be happy to come back!

Very nice and well-kept facility! Very friendly welcome. The unit we booked was not perfect for our space needs, but we could have a larger apartment within a few minutes. Very accommodating.

You feel like you're in the countryside while being a minute from town. Tony greeted each of us with a bottle of wine and sat to chat with us for a moment upon arrival. He also helped get our bags and car up the driveway, which was extremely appreciated and helpful. Our car was not 4x4, but was able to make the trek. Going on foot up the drive is laborious, but doable if you don't feel comfortable driving. The house was cozy and spacious and had plenty of ammentities that you usually only find in places that are lived in.

Great accommodation submerged in flowers and their scent, a superb view of the valley and you can even see the sea from the pool. Isa was very available despite our late arrival! Thank you for everything!

I booked the accommodation to do my Yoga retreat. And the villa was beyond expectations! Indeed, among the strong points, which were highly appreciated by all the participants and by myself: the spaces inside the villa, the cleanliness, the large garden, the calm and the surrounding or even omnipresent nature... we were wonderfully surprised by the visit of the goats and sheep from the nearby sheepfold, who came to greet us in front of the fence. We saw many rabbits, birds of prey, horses and frogs... from the terrace of the villa. We were also able to observe the stars, thanks in particular to the low light pollution in the area. Everything was absolutely wonderful and magical. What a wonderful time we had, I will cherish it forever!

A great accommodation in a beautiful landscape! The apartment is perfectly equipped and very clean. The garden with the pool is heavenly. Valerie and Bruno are warm hosts who give great tips for excursions. The accommodation is a very good starting point for hikes in the north of Corsica. Too bad the time is already over!
