Apartment holiday rentals in Lika-Senj County

Ivan welcomed us personally and offered us his help for everything. We spent 2 weeks with 2 children in the apartment and felt super comfortable. Everything you need is there, we didn't have to get any extras for the apartment this time. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very comfortably furnished. The dishwasher is simply worth its weight in gold and gave us valuable time 😉😁 One of the many small beach bays is in approx. 3 minutes' walking distance. It is rather quiet there and not at all overcrowded. It is great that there is a taxi boat nearby for €3 per person from the promenade to the city of Rab, even until night... The sandy beach in Lopar is about 20 minutes away. Shops are also relatively close, but more accessible by car or bike. It's a bit far on foot. Our conclusion: A sparkling clean apartment, a very nice and friendly host! Thanks for this great vacation on the island of Rab!

Everything was perfect, the place was squeaky clean and supplied with everything one would need. The hosts were very friendly and pleasant to deal with. Totally recommend!

The appartment is very well located, clean and cosy. Even better than in the pictures ;) Ankica was a very proactive and friendly host, as well as her parents, we got snacks and drinks many times! The only downside was that we were there in a serious heatwave and the only AC was not entirely enough to cool the bedrooms. It could be managed with the fans of course, but was a bit hard with the two kids to sleep well. But to sum it up I would give 6 starts (😉) overall ☺️ I recommend this place to everyone!

We spend few days in Mira’s appartment. Everything was perfect, view was amazing and shops and beaches are very close. Communitation was perfect, very fast. We reccomend staying in this appartment.

Dinko is very responsive, his apartment is 5minutes walk to beach which is also near from the restaurant and supermarket. The apartment is very useful & convenient, I recommend this place!

I can say that this is one of the best places I found on airbnb and other platforms, very clean and with all kinds of comforts that are often missing. The things that have left us amazed are the great efficiency of the air conditioning that is already enough for the whole house, but still in the bedroom there is a ceiling fan. Then there is a dishwasher and a washing machine, hard to find. Impeccable check-in/out, I can't find a downside in this place, recommended for guys who want to have fun on pay and around, but also for families.

We are 4 girls who had a pleasant stay of a week in the Raso apartment. Mirjiana is a friendly host and very available to answer all our questions. The apartment was clean and well-stocked with all the basic necessities and not. The location is convenient and is a 10-minute walk from the center of Novaglia and a few minutes from the sea, and a few meters away is the shuttle bus stop that allows you to easily reach the various areas of the island such as beautiful beaches and the main nightlife places such as Zrće Beach. The house also has two comfortable reserved parking spaces in front of the apartment. Highly recommended.

Dario provided a warm welcome. Has given various tips for good restaurants. We have tried them all and all worthwhile. There was always a quick response to questions.

We had a really great and pleasant stay at Marins apartment. He is very helpful and we could even rent a car easily. He even sends me the jacket home because i forgot it 🙂 he also had great tips for the island and the apartment is perfectly located right at the sea. Definetly worth a visit especially with the big terrace! Thank you!

Meri's place is really well equipped and spacious. The view across the water towards Rab old town is gorgeous. The terrace is vast with a lovely table for sitting around while you relax. Meri and her family were super lively an welcoming. They made us feel completely at home. In the evening we walked along the water into Rab town. It's a beautiful walk that only takes 30-40 mins, passing everyone out for a late swim and a drink at the beach bars. We could only stay one night, and wished we could have stayed longer.

The place is fantastic, the apartment is big and clean. The kitchen is large, very well-stocked, even a dishwasher ! Two bathrooms are a big plus, plus a washer. Marija is a great host, we were greeted by a mountain of pancakes in the morning ❤️ Highly recommend !

What a lovely place to be. On top of a hill with a stunning view over the ocean. The appartment is even more beautiful than on the pictures. :) Angela's mother was very kind and helpful and made our stay at Rab very pleasant. Thank you for the lovely and warm hearted welcome. Marin is a fantastic host, very kind and helpful. The apartment is nice and clean with 2 bathrooms (very useful when you are more than 4...) in a quiet place 10min walk from Novalja center and 30min walk from Zrce Beach

We enjoyed the stay, it was everything that had to be in the apartment. The only thing we were missing was a washing machine :-)

Really nice view with great host. Private pool with the three other apartments and private access to a really nice bathing spot in the Adriatic ocean.

We had a great time together with our two daughters. Beautiful apartment overlooking the sea 🌊 The entire complex is beautifully landscaped - outdoor bar, play areas for children, pool - you will find a place to feel comfortable everywhere. We are still passionate about the beautiful area around Novi Vinodolski and will definitely come back to Drago and his nice family.

Ivan and his family were amazing. We had a last minute change and Ivan was very responsive and helpful. Extremely nice. Place was great!!

We stayed there for the autumn holidays. Since the season was already over, it was very quiet and peaceful. A lot had already been closed. But Kata had warned us that we would be a week late, so to speak. Nevertheless, it was very nice there. We cooked ourselves, which was no problem in the well-equipped kitchen. For the 5 of us, two adults with three children (9,9,12), the space was good although we spent quite a lot of time in it and often had to eat indoors because of the not always good weather. The beach is also very nice in autumn and perfect with kids. We were also able to bathe well when the sun showed up. We would definitely come back.

We stayed in Ante's house for a 2 weeks in August and would highly recommend this host. He is very responsive to the slightest request and knows all the right places to go. What's more, he's very friendly, and we'd like to thank him for his good humour throughout our stay. The swimming pool was a real bonus with the summer heat!

Niceapartment with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, very large living room, kitchen. Living room with a large window with sea views. Outdoor terrace for dining with sunset views. 3 minutes walk to beautiful beach (clear water but a little algae thisyear). Complex located in a secluded area, where 500m away they are building a village. Air conditioning. Very well-stocked kitchen. The only downside: there are no mosquito nets. Too bad because the area is very ventilated and cool, you could enjoy the night.
