By far one of the nicest, if not THE nicest, Airbnb's we have ever stayed in. The place is beautiful, clean and in a wonderful location. Francesca is extremely pleasant and easy to communicate with. We will definitely be back. For note, parking is not in the building and you will need to find street parking - some is free, most is paid (in blue lines).

Jättebra boende om du vill bo centralt med gångavstånd till det mesta i Antibes. Trevlig osteria, vineria och bageri precis nedanför. Rent och trevligt boende med allt som behövs, även med en liten bebis.

We stayed here with 4 adults and 4 kids (ages 1-3.5) and had a great time. The host was very communicative and helped us with finding cots and high chairs for the kids. They also helped us with arranging transportation to the airport for a very early flight. Location is good, we walked everywhere and it was an easy tram ride to the airport and easy train ride to other neighboring towns. Very close to the beach, and the Airbnb even included beach toys for the kids!

This apartment is charming. Lovely decor ( particularly for an airbnb ) . Fantastic location . Being above restaurants and the port there is some noise at night and the stray drunken person at 3 am but if that does not worry you then the location is very pretty and convenient. The beds are very comfy but on the smaller side, if you are over say 6 foot 1 inches they may be a little short . Also could improve response time to messages. However the apartment is spacious for a one bedroom and the view is really great with a lovely little balcony and all in all highly recommended .

Wir waren zu sechst und fühlten uns von Anfang an alle wohl. Wir kamen von hier überall gut hin. Hatten alles was wir brauchen zum glücklich sein. Wir waren in Mai da, und haben den Pool voll ausgenutzt. Jeden Tag kam jemand und hat sich um die Sauberkeit im Garten und Pool gekümmert. 2 separate Wohnungen, ideal für mehr als eine Familie.

Wir hatten wirklich einen wundervollen Aufenthalt. Die Gastgeberin hat uns unglaublich herzlich empfangen und uns gleich einen ganzen Plan aufgezeichnet, für Unternehmungen und Geheimtipps. Die Küche ist wirklich TOP ausgestattet. Einziges kleines Manko, die Matratzen sind leider sehr durchgelegen und man sollte viel lüften, da es im unteren Zimmer durch die Dusche sehr feucht ist. Dennoch ist diese Unterkunft SEHR zu empfehlen !! Es war toll

On a passé un superbe séjour dans ce logement. L’entrée est magnifique et très bien décorée. Le jardin et la piscine sont très agréable. L’intérieur est conforme à la description et aux photos. Il manque peut être quelques équipements de cuisine comme une bouilloire ou un lave vaisselle. Mention spéciale pour le propriétaire qui était adorable et toujours au petit soin. C’est un très bel endroit.

En vakker villa med nydelig og luftig utsikt mot Massarosa, Viareggio og sjøen. Bildene viser huset bra, men det er først når du kommer til The Gargoyles at du virkelig fornemmer størrelsen på huset. Meget høyt under taket, gode rom og deilig basseng. Ikke mye som slår å stå i utedusjen og se ut over Massarosa. Uteområdet er meget fint, men det blir fort litt sand i huset og i bassenget. Velutstyrt kjøkken. Både biljard og bordtennis et pluss. Bad til alle soverom er praktisk. Vi var to familier som var her i over en uke. Huset ligger perfekt til for å få sett mye av dette området. 20 minutter til Lucca, 25 til Pisa, 12 minutter til Viareggio med gode spisesteder og nydelig strand. Forte Dei Marmi, 1,5 time til Firenze og mulighet til båt eller tog til Cinque Terre. Et supert utgangspunkt for å oppleve mye av Toscana eller bare slappe av i dette flotte huset. Drar gjerne hit igjen!

We spent a wonderful week at this property as a family with 6 adults, 2 children, and 2 dogs. The estate is impressive: large, high-ceilinged rooms and plenty of space, which made our stay very comfortable. Although the house is located directly by a road, you don’t notice any noise from the street once you are in the garden or behind the house – it is wonderfully peaceful. The pool is spacious and inviting. The garden is huge, very well-maintained, and beautifully landscaped with numerous flowers, trees, and shrubs. There are plenty of loungers, chairs, tables, and parasols around the pool, providing great comfort. Check-in and check-out were straightforward and flexible. The hosts were always friendly and helpful. When one of the coffee machines was defective, it was replaced immediately – excellent service! We sincerely thank the hosts for the wonderful time and look back on a truly memorable holiday. We highly recommend this accommodation!

Casa come da descrizione, cento di Capoliveri vicinissimo ma allo stesso tempo zona tranquilla e silenziosa, contraddistinta da una serie di villette. Le prime spiagge sono facilmente raggiungibili in pochi minuti. La casa ha un bello spazio esterno, una cucina grande con tutto il necessario, camere spaziose e con armadi grandi. Lo consiglio davvero, unica pecca se devo dirlo è il costo delle pulizie, un po' alto rispetto alla media.

Modern eingerichtete und saubere 2-Zimmer-Loft mit einer großzügigen Terrasse. Diese ist mit zwei Liegestühlen, einem Tisch mit vier Stühlen und einer gemütlichen Lounge ausgestattet – perfekt für zwei Personen, um sich wohlzufühlen. Die Wohnung ist leicht zu finden, jedoch erfordert die Anfahrt etwas fahrerisches Geschick, da die letzten 50 Meter über eine Naturstraße führen. Das Zentrum von Capoliveri ist in etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. In der Nachbarschaft sind häufig Hunde anzutreffen, die tagsüber und teilweise auch nachts draußen sind und sich entsprechend bemerkbar machen. Für tierliebende Gäste dürfte das kein großes Problem sein, aber es ist gut, das im Voraus zu wissen, falls man absolute Ruhe bevorzugt.

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit auf Elba und können die Unterkunft absolut empfehlen! Die Aussicht von der Wohnung aufs Meer ist einfach fantastisch – jeden Morgen aufs Meer zu blicken, war ein Traum. Alles war makellos sauber und sehr gepflegt. Besonders die Küche war top ausgestattet! Die Lage ist schön zentral, sodass man schnell in den umliegenden Orten ist, aber trotzdem seine Ruhe hat. Die Gastgeber waren unglaublich herzlich und hilfsbereit – man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Elba selbst ist traumhaft schön, wir kommen ganz sicher wieder!

Top Unterkunft - wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Super Terrasse mit tollem Ausblick. Klimaanlage/Heizung in 3 Zimmern. Alles recht neu und schön renoviert. Etwas weit zum Strand/Restaurant - hat uns aber nicht gestört. Besonderen Dank und Lob möchte ich dem Gastgeber vor Ort aussprechen. Es war sehr angenehm und er hatte immer ein offenes Ohr für Fragen und Gespräche :-) - vielen Dank Stefano

Alloggi di fronte al molo di Portofferaio, posizione ottima se si è a piedi; casa piccola mi molto accogliente, in agenzia vanno ritirate e riportate le chiavi ma si trova a 5 minuti a piedi dall’alloggio; casa molto pulita all’arrivo
