Loft holiday rentals in Liguria

Amazing place, best possible location in the old town of Genoa. Historical building, cute apartment, excellent for a couple, small family or 2-3 friends. Great host, super responsive and helpful in every regard. He had so many tips and recommendations for our trip. And the highlight for me was the garden outside the apartment with olive trees and birds singing in the morning. Very charming indeed!

Marisa was very friendly and accommodating! She left a crib out for us as she knew that we were brining our 6-month old on the trip and prepped the room to keep my bike inside. She was patient with all of the questions I had and recommended the best transfer to the airports. She was awesome!

Fabio's apartment is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. It's fantastic to be able to park the car on his property. Okay, it's a bit narrow, but definitely manageable. Inside, it's an oasis of peace, beautifully decorated, with a Corian kitchen countertop and equipped with all conveniences. The AC works quietly and excellently. The apartment is spacious and very clean. With the train station just 300 meters away, you can be in Genoa in six minutes. Tania responds incredibly quickly to messages, is always easily reachable, gives great tips, and is a fantastic host. I would absolutely come back here again!

Die Wohnung hat echt italienische Flair. Die öffentliche Bank vor der Haustür. Die Kirche gegenüber, und der Bar 30 Schritte entfernt. Jeder grüßt sehr freundlich. Mitten drin und doch schön ruhig. Loved it. :-)

L appartement est conforme à sa description et nous l avons trouvé très propre. Il est très bien équipé et les petites attention, café, tisane... Sont appréciables. Pour se rendre au cinque terre, on prend un train à 2mn de l appartement qui nous amène à la spezia pour prendre le train des cinque terre. Une place de parking à disposition. Je recommande ce logement.

Absolutely beautiful. The pictures do not do justice to how cosy and wonderful the room is. You can hear the river running with the windows open. The bath is amazing. Highly recommend this stay.

We had a fantastic stay in this lovely Vernazza Airbnb. The studio space was perfect for our needs — clean, comfortable, and very well located for both hiking and accessing the train to explore the other villages. After climbing countless steps throughout Cinque Terre, having just 40 steps from the main street to the front door felt like heaven! It was the ideal base for a relaxing and scenic holiday, and we’d happily stay again.

It is a spacious and pretty flat with a really nice roof terrace. We always walked the way into the city centre but there are also lots of busses going. The area around the flat is nice and authentic with a great variety of restaurants nearby. Andrea met us at the check-in and the communication beforehand was always quick and clear. come siamo arrivati in zona Sandra era ad aspettarci e ci ha condotto nell'appartamento fornendoci tutte le spiegazioni possibili sul luogo. Tutto perfetto e dalla finestra siamo rimasti colpiti dalla meravigliosa vista sul mare sottostante. Poi se si vuole raggiungere la passeggiata Europa ci sono 2 possibilità : o con scalini (160 circa,l'abbiamo fatto 2 o 3 vote in mezzo a una marea di fiori e cactus)oppure con l'auto 850/900 metri fino ad un parcheggio adiacente la passeggiata che però da giugno è a pagamento.) Comunque tutto ok.

Casa Matilda e’ un oasi di tranquillità e bellezza .Siamo stati accolti con gentilezza e disponibilità. Il ns mini loft era grazioso e molto pulito .Abbiamo trovato una crostata di benvenuto e dei prodotti preparati dalla Sig.Anna .Tutto buonissimo !!! E’ stato un we molto caldo e la casa era dotata di ventilatore a soffitto e di un ventilatore a terra . La piscina perfetta ! Grazie Casa Matilda!! Ritorneremo sicuramente 🤗

The apartment is very atmospheric, right in the heart of the old town. Harbour, great restaurants and lots of sights in walking distance. It can be a little loud at night if the windows are open, but that's to be expected in the heart of a lively city. Bed and sitting area were very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

Joli loft, excellent emplacement avec le centre ville à 2 pas… possibilité de louer un parking à l’hôte, à moins de 60 mètres du logement… calme, lumineux, une terrasse pour prendre le soleil… Je recommande cette Hotesse et son logement
