Holiday rentals with a patio in Lignano Sabbiadoro

L’appartement de Nicolo est parfait. Tout est bien pensé, il ne manque rien. La décoration est sobre, tout à fait adapté à un Airbnb. Très bien situé, aussi bien pour accéder aux plages, que pour aller visiter Venise. Nicolo est réactif, tout s’est très bien passé, merci.

Natascia ist eine super Gastgeberin. Sie war jederzeit erreichbar und wir konnten früher einchecken. Sie erklärte uns bei der Ankunft in ihrem makellosen Apartment alles und hatte für uns ein lukullisches Willkommenspaket und auch fürs Bad alles, was wir brauchten. Wir fühlten uns gleich wohl! Das Apartment liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend, manchmal bellten die Nachbarhunde. Der Fährhafen nach Venedig ist zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Im Süden gibt es tolle Strände und wir haben zweimal in den 3 Tagen unseres Aufenthalts im Ristorante Pizzeria gegessen, das ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt war. Danke Natascia für alles!

Leider waren wir außerhalb der Saison. Aber Alles in Allem Super. Außer der fehlenden Privatsphäre auf der Terrasse die in der Hochsaison unangenehm werden könnte, gibt es nichts zu bemängeln. Gerne Wieder.

Die Unterkunft liegt nah am Meer und am Pool. Die Treppe zur Wohnung hält fit. Silvia war eine wundervolle, freundliche Gastgeberin. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber. Die Dachterrasse perfekt!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen Apartment mit Pool rundum genossen! Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt, mit einem tollen Ambiente – perfekt zum Entspannen und um die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Die Gastgeberin Stella waren ausgesprochen herzlich, wir haben uns mit unserem 10 Monate alten Baby sofort willkommen gefühlt. Das neue Apartment war modern und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Besonders schön war auch das Bistro auf dem Gelände, das mit verschiedenen Leckereien für kulinarische Abwechslung sorgte. Ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Schöne Wohnung in bester, ruhiger Lage oberhalb der Altstadt (kleines Konditionstraining zu Fuß zurück inklusive ;)). Sehr sauber und modern ausgestattet, super bequemes Bett! Einzig die Verdunklung hätte für mich persönlich noch mehr sein können. Der private Parkplatz und die Terrasse (während unseres Aufenthaltes war kein anderer im Haus) sind Gold wert! Wir haben uns rundherum wohl gefühlt. Alexandra ist eine freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin.

Très bon séjour. L’accueil est très sympathique et s’accompagne de bonnes recommandations et explications sur la région. L’appartement est très beau, impeccable et très silencieux. Idéal pour se reposer après avoir visiter la côte. La terrasse est aussi très agréable, bref tout était parfait.

Super Wohnung für 3 Personen. Hatte alles was es benötigt und sehr schöner Pool den man nutzen konnte. Sehr zu empfehlen

Tanja e Darko ci hanno accolto in modo amorevole. Sorridenti e sempre disponibili, ci hanno dato tutte le indicazioni utili per esplorare la zona e ci hanno coccolato offrendoci prodotti del loro territorio e un’ottima merenda preparata da Tanja. L’alloggio è estremamente curato e pulitissimo, con aria condizionata, zanzariere, parcheggio e un piccolo giardino recintato perfetto per viaggiare col proprio cane. Situato in zona tranquilla e comoda a raggiungere il mare con una passeggiata di pochi minuti. Raggiungibili a piedi anche un minimarket, il panificio e un ristorante. Consigliatissimo! Noi non vediamo l’ora di tornare!!

Nicola is an exceptional host! Not only was the house clean, tidy, comfortable and exactly as it was described in the pictures, but we also felt right at home due to his friendliness and kindness. He is always willing to help, providing any information he can about the house, means of getting there, recommendations for sights and restaurants, etc. The house is very organised and clean, with a beautiful garden to relax. The neighbourhood is quiet, but very close to the center with all the restaurants, bars and of course the beach. Thanks for this amazing experience!

Sve je bilo odlicno, smestaj lep, komforan, prostran, odlicno opremljen i čist. Kuca i dvorište jako lepi. Komforan ulazak u dvorište kolima, dosta mesta za parkiranje. Patricija je ljubazna i usluzna, sve preporuke za smestaj i domacina. Proveli smo divno vreme u Lido di Jesolu. Veliki pozdrav za Patriciju. Preporučićemo prijateljima i ponovo doći ako bude prilike.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön gelegen, man ist innerhalb von 15 Minuten mit dem Bus in Venedig, dieser hält quasi vor der Tür, auch der Airport ist sehr schnell zu erreichen. Die Unterkunft ist ruhig gelegen, sehr neu und sauber und man findet alles nötige für den Aufenthalt. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und helfen einem schnell wenn man Fragen oder ein Anliegen hat. Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.

Das Haus ist modern, hochwertig eingerichtet und liegt ideal für Ausflüge in die Region – z. B. nach Venedig oder Treviso. Besonders der Pool und die schöne Umgebung haben uns sehr gefallen. Auch die Tipps von Luisa waren super und haben uns sehr geholfen. Wir waren mit zwei zehnjährigen Kindern dort. Für Familien in ähnlicher Konstellation ist gut zu wissen, dass das zusätzliche Bett im Wohnzimmer steht, wo die Klimaanlage/Lüftung nachts hörbar ist. Auch der nahegelegene Park beherbergt Hühner samt Hahn unf Pfau und sorgt morgens für Naturgeräusche – das gehört hier einfach dazu. Die vielen Vorteile überwogen für uns deutlich – wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Avevo già soggiornato presso la struttura di Rossella un mesetto fa e appena ho visto che era libera ho prenotato subito!! Rossella sempre gentile e proattiva.. non parliamo dell'appartamento che è una vera chicca e gestito con estrema competenza!! Tutto pulito e perfetto, è stato come essere a casa!!!

Wij hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad! De locatie en het huis zijn echt prachtig. Alles is heel netjes onderhouden en schoon. Absolute aanrader!!!

Sehr schöne und gemütliche Terrasse. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Strand ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar. In unmittelbarer Umgebung sind die Tennis und Padeltennis Plätze. Auch die Tennisbar ist direkt neben an. wir hatten einen schönen und entspannten Urlaub.

We stayed in Fabiola's apartment for one night and only negative was not having more time to spend at least another day exploring the city! Very nice location, a few steps away from the canal but close to plenty nearby cafes and restaurants. We took the Alilaguna straight from the airport to Guglie which was convenient even with 3 kids and luggage 😊 Fabiola had arranged an easy check-in proactively. Spacious place for two but as we spent very little time inside it was enough for 5 as well. Baby bed, super nice bathroom, clean kitchen and access direct from the street. All in all very neat but still authentic Venice feel 😊

Très agréable logement et très typique, dans un quartier calme un peu à l'écart du brouhaha du centre ville, proche d'une petite place ou on peut trouver toutes les commodités (supérette, restaurant, boulangerie, glacier, primeur local ..) et une superbe terrasse dont nous n'avons malheureusement pas pu profiter (météo !!)

Das gesamte Gebäude wie auch das Appartement wirken sehr modern und hochwertig. Wir haben uns im Appartement rundum wohlgefühlt. Besonders die schöne, gut ausgestattete Küche hat das Kochen zum Vergnügen gemacht. Ein echtes Highlight war der großzügige Balkon mit bequemer Sitzecke, ideal, um bei einem Glas Wein den Abend zu genießen. Die Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen. Da uns die Sauberkeit am Strand leider nicht überzeugt hat, waren wir umso dankbarer für den gepflegten Pool- und Whirlpoolbereich, den wir ausgiebig genutzt haben. Die Becken waren stets sauber und boten eine tolle Alternative zum Strand. Insgesamt war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt, den wir gerne weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank, Matteo!

Fint og enkel leilighet, har alt man trenger. Var et stort pluss at man kunne ta metro 2 min huset og rett inn i Venice hjerte og en fin lokal cafe og pizzeria vi besøkte mer enn 1 gang for å si det sånn:)

the hosts are really friendly and checked in on us via message. we were always able to reach them if we would have needed something. they send clear instructions for check in. we felt really welcome. overall it was a great stay and Barbara and Maurizio are really great hosts. if we visit jesolo again we will come back.

The property was better than the description and photographs suggested. The terrace was lovely with amazing views. The property was spotlessly clean. There was also a vast array of welcome drinks which was greatly appreciated. Alenka was easy to contact and answered questions swiftly. Great place and lovely stay.
