Perfect location on the 8th floor with a balcony on the sea side. The view is fabulous. The elevator works very well. Many restaurants nearby, including a small grocery store. The public beach is very pleasant. A private parking space is right next to the house. The owner Marco is very friendly and helpful. Great.

The apartment makes a very neat impression and was very clean. A private parking lot and a private beach were still a great addition. Linda was always helpful and supported us. This fabulous palace apartment is located in a great central location within a 15 minute walk of anywhere you want to visit in Venice. It is also steps away from the public water bus and gondola crossing the Grand Canal. The view of the Grand Canal right out the window is spectacular, and the apartment is beautifully appointed. The building also has an elevator, which is rare for Venice.The host was very responsive and was wonderful to set up a water taxi for our arrival. The apartment is very spacious and the decor makes you feel like you are a special guest of Venetian royalty. It has ample space for entertaining friends or having a nice meal under the gorgeous Murano chandelier. We highly recommend this apartment to anyone traveling to Venice that wants a touch of luxury in a perfect location.

Accommodation designed to be fantastic. Three rooms: 1 double (slatted with a new mattress that's a little hard!) and 2 with two single beds each (spring cots). Kitchen, large living room, bathroom maybe a little small if there are 6 of you but you can take turns, perfect for the three of us. To complete it all, a fabulous terrace!!! with a view, beach view that is used for lunch, dinner, aperitifs, sunbathing. Wow. Service notes. The key safe is behind the entrance door/gate, which is always open, so close it and look behind you. In front of the property, there is a yellow line parking lot for temporary parking for comfortable loading and unloading. The property has its own private parking. The Custodian is always available. A negative note is the "monopoly" of seats and umbrellas, occupied by permanent residents from morning to night, but that's just the way it is, it's not Monica's fault. Paid: Telerie and Wi-Fi.

The apartment is really in an optimal location! Very short walk to the beach and many restaurants or food options (doner kebab, ice cream, gelato, etc.) in the immediate vicinity. The huge terrace is also great for children in the evening! I can only say the best about Marisa! She was always super friendly and incredibly reliable! Both the check-in on arrival and the checkout were extremely flexible! Thanks for the great accommodation, happy to come back!

This was a superb Airbnb. The location was tucked away from the busier tourist areas but offered access to nearby restaurants and an outstanding view overlooking a canal. The apartment was pristine with everything you’d need for a several day stay or longer. I can’t say enough good things about this Airbnb!

We were on the bike on the Alps Adria Weg (without E motor) and felt very comfortable from the beginning in this charming apartment. Check in super explained, constant contact with the landlord possible with quick answers. Great view, quiet surroundings, we also enjoyed the quiet beach on the comfortable loungers. The apartment simply offers everything! Right at the complex, there is a nice restaurant, with a breathtaking view with sunset. It was important for us, because we didn't want to ride the bike up the steep road in the evening. Thank you for the wonderful relaxing days in this beautiful place. Gladly again.

Professional host had great recommendations; and made all the practical stuff easy: Good directions; Flexible check in with code and key box; QR codes to enter Venice sorted and sent; bins on site to leave rubbish easily on departure. Great Airbnb! Flavio reached out via whats app and made sure I was comfortable with check in procedures. He sent his cousin, who spoke English, to assist us. The Airbnb was very clean and exactly as described! No issues at all! Great location! Very walkable to where we wanted to go!

The apartment has historic feelings and has been kept up to modern amenities. The view from the window is just unbelievable which elevates the apartment. Location is in the quieter part Venice which enables you to sleep well. I would highly recommend Pierantonio apartment.
