Small happiness, charming old building apartment on 100 square meters

The apartment is ideal for couples with guests or young families with small children, as it is spacious and very well located. The old town of Sassnitz as well as the harbor and the promenade are within a few minutes' walking distance. A Netto supermarket is directly across the street, the Rewe a few minutes' drive away. Your own parking space is important because parking in the residential area is subject to a fee and time limits. We enjoyed our stay very much and would gladly recommend the apartment!

Very nice, small and cozy place. Nice host, great location and a good parking, 100m from the house. The furnishings are rustic and very quaint. The house is about 2 minutes from the beach, which makes walking very easy. All in all, a great place to stay that is worth a visit. Especially the surroundings are very quiet and pretty.

We were at Villa Fortuna over the Pentecost weekend and felt super comfortable when we opened the apartment door. The apartment is very clean, very modern and includes a really high quality standard. The location is quiet, yet shops, the beach and shopping facilities are within walking distance. Saskia, as the host, was also very friendly, helpful and reliable. We received the key code one day before arrival without having to ask questions. And she was always ready to help with all concerns and responded very quickly. We will definitely be happy to come again! It was a really beautiful stay.

A nice apartment on the ground floor with the sun all day until 7 p.m. in early June on the terrace. Everything has been thought of. The hostess is very friendly, communicative. Bathroom and bed, etc. fine. Bicycle shed, also clothesline is open... no door, but in this area no problem. The car on driveway with gate. Good wifi with hmdi cable can be watched on the laptop Dutch TV. Central Located in North Rugen, a small village with a delicious Hungarian restaurant. Had a good stay!

Great place in a really nice and quiet location. The nearest shopping facility is less than 5 minutes away by car. The place was super clean. You could really feel comfortable and relax.
