Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Liestal District

Oleg’s place is soo central to Basel. It’s perfect for what we needed. It’s close to the train stations and old city/city centre. They were also very kind to allow us to check in late. The standout for me is their lovely garden where you can have a peaceful and quiet time. Thank you again!

Our stay with Markus & Cherylanne was very pleasant. They are very warm and welcoming. The location is quiet and is a good starting point to discover nature. The accommodation was clean and equipped with everything you need. Cherylanne in particular is a warm personality. We had no butter and coffee, and she gave it to us with love. She surprised us with homemade spring rolls and a bottle of wine. The only point of attention is the kitchen, where the electric pits do not work so well and the oven does not either. We really enjoyed our stay.

Pleasant stay in this spacious, fully-equipped duplex studio located in a pleasant residential area, near the Rhine. The vast space available and the calm were particularly appreciated with the children. Thanks to Leonore and Bea for the welcome and responsiveness!

The room absolutely met our expectations. Everything was sparkling clean, nicely decorated and the beds were very comfortable. Only towels and possibly a broom for a quick "intermediate cleaning" would have been nice. But we had the first one with us anyway. We did not meet Stephanie, but she sent us all the necessary information and information about the area in advance. The location is truly unique! From the sun loungers in the garden, which we were kindly allowed to use, you have a wonderful view over the surroundings, as the house is located above the municipality on a slope. The last 200 meters of arrival are quite steep, but at most by bike. In about 10 minutes, you can walk to the center. There you can find some nice restaurants and shops. A lovely place to stay. It was especially nice to have the outdoor space. Cely was a brilliant host. I sometimes thought she sent too many messages but, the free tram pass, instructions on how to find the house and her welcome were all great.

I had a great time at Ewald and Melanie's place. The place is not central, but it is very well connected by tram, with a journey time of no more than 20 minutes to the city centre. Breakfast and a transport pass were provided, the room was nice and comfortable and spotless, and Melanie was lovely and provided great conversation. I strongly recommend their place if you're visiting Basel!

Very nice and modern house, fully equipped, 100% clean, easy parking. The host Simona is very friendly and kind. 100% recommended.

Very nice, quiet accommodation suitable for up to 6 people. Very nice pool. Good connection with tram to Basel. Susanne is a very warm hostess, happy to give tips for restaurants and excursions. On request, Susanne also offers a very tasty breakfast with homemade products. If the opportunity arises, we will be very happy to stay with Susanne again.

It's an extraordinary place. Spotlessly clean, exactly as described and shown on pics with a perfect kitchen and all the amenities one needs. Also the location is great: One minute walk to the tram and after a 5 minutes ride you're at the stop "Theater", right in the middle of Basel! And last but not least, the host is a very nice, friendly and decent person! I very much do recommend this place, you won't be disappointed!

I was attending an event at the St. Jakobshalle, which is easily walkable. The place is really well equipped and was just perfect for three nights. I bumped into Andreas and he was super friendly and helpful.

We were very satisfied with everything and would be happy to come back. Everything is well furnished, which is special, it was pointed out beforehand. The proximity to the Goetheanum conference venue is ideal!

The apartment was set in a great location- walkable to the old town and a short walk to the bus (to/ from the airport) and tramline. Edi provided clear instructions and was contactable throughout the stay. The apartment was as described and spacious. Would recommend this as a good base to explore Basel.

Had a great time! Renate and Dario are very nice and even picked us up by car from the train station and drove us back on the last day. The apartment was very nice, very clean and very quiet. The garden in front of the apartment is fantastically beautiful.

We were there for hiking and arrived by car, the apartment is located on top of the hill near the cemetery. It was clean and we had plenty of fresh towels. Kitchen amenities were good. The view of the church in the village is beautiful. Claudia was nice and gave us tips for hiking, she was very flexible at check out.

Elisabeth and her family have been very friendly and welcoming. The flat they offer was very clean, tidy, practical and pretty. We had a very pleasant stay. She assisted us and responded our questions very quickly. Although not very central, it is not difficult to reach the Basel city center by public transport, just check the bus and tram schedule in advance. All in all, I highly recommend in case you visit Basel!

In walking distance of the Goetheanum with a beautiful view. Very comfortable bed and linens. We cooked a lot and loved the kitchen. Philipp and his partner greeted us upon arrival and were very kind.

The apartment was fantastic. Contrary to many other places I have been, it was heated from the start, so the arrival late in a cold night was very comfortable. The place is really good. I could work in a very spacious working space. The kitchen had everything. René was kind enough to allow me to use basic stuff, like oil and sugar, so I could cook without needing to buy everything. I had a couple of questions for René who replied to me straightaway in very precise and polite maners. The main space was looking the Rhine and it was fantastic to have breakfast or dinner there. The location is wonderful, with views over the Rhine and the other side of the river, with boats passing by, and enjoying Basel at its heart. I am very grateful to René and I am looking forward my next trip to Basel to ask him again to stay there.

Inge is a great host. She made sure we knew how to get to her apartment and printed Baselcard transit passes for us. The first floor apartment is located in a quiet and lovely neighborhood and has good WiFi, all amenities needed for a comfortable stay, and access to a pleasant back yard. Inge even provided milk, bread, eggs and fruit for our stay. We would be happy to stay here again on future trips.

Very nice modern apartment with the living room and kitchen on the ground floor, and the bedroom and bathroom on the lower ground floor, with a terrace outside. Very peaceful and quiet environment, two minutes away from the center of Muttenz town. Daniel is responsive and organised, and the place was nice and clean.

We had a great time in Basel and Ivan’s apartment was perfect for our needs. Close to the city centre and comfortably accommodated 6 people. I would recommend it as a great place to stay for a visit to Basel.

This was our fifth visit to Basel. We have stayed in two other Airbnbs there that we loved and could not have imagined that anything would surpass them, but Fran and Martin’s place absolutely did. Their place is beautifully/thoughtfully updated while maintaining the historic charm. The kitchen was very well appointed, with plenty of dishes and glassware. It was such a luxury to have two bathrooms (and the upper shower is especially nice, with a window that opens onto the Basel skyline), and they even supplied robes, which was such a treat! And the rooftop terrace—just wow: a wonderful space for an evening glass of wine after a day of exploring. Great to have a washer/dryer. The flat was very quiet. The Migros was right across the street and very well stocked. It’s a 3-minute walk to catch the tram to the SBB. Martin was available either in person or by text the entire time and was so helpful and kind. We couldn’t have been happier (unless we had stayed longer!).

Patricia was a wonderful host! Communication was easy and quick, and the place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and well-located. On top she gave us personal recommendations for restaurants and sites to visit. I’d definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!
