Wir hatten einen absolut wundervollen Aufenthalt in dieser phantastischen Unterkunft! Das Haus ist mit hochwertiger Ausstattung eingerichtet und besticht durch viele liebevolle Details, die den Aufenthalt besonders angenehm machen. Die Lage in einer traumhaften Alleinlage ist perfekt, um dem hektischen Arbeitsalltag zu entfliehen und richtig zu entspannen. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den herzlichen Kontakt zu unserem Vermieter Markus – er war stets freundlich, hilfsbereit und hat uns den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht. Insgesamt war es ein rundum erholsamer Urlaub, und wir freuen uns schon jetzt auf unseren nächsten Besuch. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Die Wohnung mit einer sehr gut ausgestatteten Küche war wie beschrieben. Flexibler und unkomplizierterCheck-in. Fragen wurden von Aleksander prompt und freundlich beantwortet. Wir waren mit dem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden.

Wer sich nach Ruhe und Entspannung sehnt, der ist hier richtig aufgehoben. Das Chalet ist in einer friedlichen und ruhigen Umgebung mitten in der Natur. Die Unterkunft ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und es fehlt an nichts. Auch unser Hund war herzlich willkommen und hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit Markus lief auch reibungslos. Bei Fragen und für Empfehlungen stand er jederzeit parat

Biggest selling point of this place is the fact that it’s so peaceful and quiet, yet located in such a fantastic, lively and central street/ neighborhood! That truly is a rare find. It’s just got a nice vibe that makes you feel instantly happy. Lots of great restaurants, supermarkets and different types of public transportation closeby as well. The apartment itself is as described and as you see in the pictures, very homely and bright. Also a little bit unorganized (especially the kitchen) and not everything 100% spotless clean (also mostly kitchen), so if you have some form of OCD this might not be the place for you ;) The bed is big and comfortable enough, we would have preferred firmer pillows though. Also good to know that it never gets completely dark in the bedroom, even at night: light that’s coming from the next building is not really blocked by the curtains. A sleeping mask may come in handy. These small things aside we had a lovely week here and would definitely recommend it!

The apartment is very spacious, ideal for large groups, clean and very well equipped. It is close to the West Train Station and you can easily get there by tram or the metro. The host was very nice, quick communication, was there to greet us when we arrived and showed us around the house. Definitely recommend it!

В этой поездке нас было трое взрослых и маленький ребенок, всем было комфортно и никто не испытывал неудобст. Квартира находится близко от станции метро в 10-15 минутах езды от центра города. На любые вопросы Елена отвечала очень быстро и предельно понятно. Всем советую рассмотреть этот вариант вашего пребывания в Вене. Ps: В живую эта квартира выглядит даже лучше, чем на фотографиях.

We loved our stay at Philipp's apartment in Vienna. The location was perfect: just a short walk to the metro that took us into the city center in just a couple of stops. The location was peaceful, quiet, and safe, with bakeries and grocery stores around the corner and across the street. The apartment itself was better than the photos show. It's spacious, with lovely, high ceilings and big windows that let in lots of light. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen seemed well equipped, though we did not try to cook any full meals. We were greeted by Hans, Philipp's father, who met us outside the apartment. He was so friendly and helpful! We will definitely stay at Philipp's apartment for any future trip to Vienna.

Beautiful beautiful beautiful apartment. Really made me consider extending my trip so we could experience the apartment for longer. Felt right at home, very peaceful, walkable, 3 min walk from the tram station. We were only there for two nights so couldn’t make use of the beautiful kitchen but would’ve loved to. It was so well equipped and kept. Great value for money as well. The apartment is actually much bigger than what it looks like in the pictures.

Siegfried was super responsive and gave detailed and clear instructions, self check-in and out was seamless, kitchen well equipped for cooking, coffee available, clean and comfortable. Also really appreciate it being pet-friendly although we ended up dog-free in the end.

We only stayed one night in Vienna to see the orchestra and this Airbnb was probably not in an ideal location from the train station and Brahms music hall but it was so beautiful and it would fit 10 of us, so I chose this location. And I am so glad I did!!! The space was enormous!!!! The coffee machine was hugely loved, the number of water closets was appreciated and the host even sent a family member to check on us! We would highly recommend this Airbnb!!!

Bettina is such a wonderful landlord, and her house is very clean, wonderful and everything just like the website writes. There are also some supermarkets in walking distance and a very nice bakery. The tram is very close to the house and go to city center easily, just in 20 minutes! Not mentioned her delicious cake. Next time to Vienna, we’ll definitely to stay there again.

Toller Altbau mit sehr viel Platz und super schöne Deko. Bad etwas eingeschränkt aber mit sehr guter Dusche. S-Bahn, Tram und Busse gleich um die eine Ecke, Bäckerie, Supermarkt und mindesten zwei tolle Restaurants gleich um die andere Ecke. Dazu ein wunderschöne Park ein Paar Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Christine hat uns herzlich empfangen und eingeweiht und sonst haben wir sie nicht gebraucht weil alles gut gepasst hat. Immer wieder!

Die Wohnung ist liebevoll hergerichtet und sehr gut aufgeteilt. Zwei Badezimmer und zusätzlich zwei extra Toiletten, da kommt man sich nicht in die Quere. Es gibt alles an Ausstattung was das Herz begehrt. Mir hat auch das Viertel sehr gut gefallen, man fühlt sich ein wenig wie ein Wiener, nicht wie ein Tourist. Annemarie gibt wunderbare Tipps. Vielen Dank, gerne wieder!

The apartment was just as described. Very clean and well equipped. City center within walkable distance. Very comfortable for two people. Quick and friendly communication with Christoph. Can overall highly recommend!

Geräumiges Appartement mit schönem Innenhof und überdachtem Schwimmbad. Christa ist eine sehr freundliche und hilfreiche Gastgeberin. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Wir waren 3 Nächte in der wunderschönen Villa von Anna und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir wurden sehr nett von ihrem Mann empfangen und es wurde uns alles genau erklärt und gezeigt. Das Haus und der Garten sind wie auf den Fotos. Das Haus ist top ausgestattet. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und im Garten ist es immer etwas kühler als "draußen", was bei den Temperaturen sehr angenehm war. Der See ist keine 10 Minuten entfernt, auch Supermärkte und Restaurant sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar! Die Kommunikation mit Anna war super und sie war immer erreichbar. Wir würden sofort wieder kommen! Danke für den wunderschönen erholsamen Aufenthalt!

Die Wohnung ist sehr fein und großzügig eingeteilt. Sie ist sehr sauber und enthält alle wichtigen Einrichtungsgegenstände. Auch der Pool und der Garten sind sehr gepflegt und groß. Die Gastgeberin Helga ist sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir hatten es sehr lustig mit ihr. Die Lage ist gut gelegen und man kann die Wachau sehr gut erreichen. Da kommen wir gerne wieder.

The place was perfect for my wife and I along with our son and even our dog! While we live in Vienna, it provided a well-needed getaway with a pool and amazing backyard with amazing space. One of my favorite places!

Vor allem mit Kindern wirklich klasse Unterkunft. Sehr kinderfreundlich eingerichtet. Viel Spielzeug vor Ort. Pool mit Zaun abgetrennt. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Es ist ein sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus mit einer sehr gut ausgestatteten Küche und schönen Schlafräumen. Die Lage ist ein wenig abgelegen, aber man hat einen traumhaften Blick über Wien. Der Bus ist auch in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Wir haben unser Familien Weihnachtsfest in Danielas Haus gefeiert und sie hat uns ihren Weihnachtsschmuck zur Verfügung gestellt. Es war ein traumhafter Aufenthalt, den wir sehr genossen haben. Das Haus bietet viel Raum und Gemütlichkeit für ein entspanntes Familienzusammenkommen.

Wonderful place! Absolutely loved our stay. The facilities were amazing and Michael and his family were very helpful and friendly. Everything was great for us. We would love to stay again if we were in Vienna in the future.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in Seds Unterkunft. Von Check-In bis zur Abreise hat alles gepasst und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Wohnraum ist sehr geräumig mit einem wunderschönen Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war hervorragend und lief problemlos. Wir können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen und würden sie bei einer erneuerten Reise wieder buchen.
