My studio apartment fitted with modern kitchen & bathroom, located on the 1st floor (no elevator, 37 stairs) in a typical old Viennese building, in a green residential area & very near the Schönbrunn Palace, and short walking distance to the metro. The modern apartment has good WIFI, equipped kitchen, 24hr hot water, and central heating. Check-in time 15:00-20:00 (3-8pm), late check-in possible if I know about it in advance (fee may apply).

Very spacious and calm apartment in Ottakring .Quick and practical public transfer to the city center. You can go by bus ,tram or Underground. Various possibilities of shopping are very close like Thaliastrasse, ,Brunnenmarkt. 12 minutes by bus to Spittelberg,Museumsquartier or Ringstrasse . The apartment has a special old charm and my small new balcony is great ! The shower is inside the sleeping room . I `m sure you will enyoy my flat and relax .I want to be helpfull in any way!

Die Unterkunft liegt zentral im 3. Bezirk und ist nur 4 Stationen vom Stephansplatz und 3 Stationen von Wien Mitte - The Mall entfernt wo es einen Anschluss mittels CAT zum Flughafen geht. Mit dem Auto dauert der Weg zum Flughafen 15 Minuten. Es ist ein sehr helles Appartement mit großen Fenstern und hohen Räumen. Perfekt um Wien zu erkunden. Es liegt im 1. Stock ist durch den Lift problemlos erreichbar. Der grüne Prater, die Erholungszone Wiens ist nur 3 Minuten Fußweg entfernt.

For night owls is the same as the walking distance to the city arteries about 5 minutes walk to the clubzsene of Vienna. There is the possibility to rent a garage parking space directly in the house for 10 € per day.
