Die Orts-Taxe beträgt 2,50 € pro Person und Nacht und wird separat abgerechnet.

Strom 45 Cent pro kWh Holz 120 euro pro Festmeter Tourismuspauschale 2,30 /Tag/Person herrliches Quellwasser Betten sind auch historisch und daher auch nur cirka 190cm lang.

Easily accessible by car directly in the family-friendly ski resort and cross-country skiing Eldorado "Golzentipp Obertilliach". Very snow-safe area perfect for ski tours. With a ski cellar and sauna area, four bedrooms and a cozy Tyrolean parlor with a tiled stove. Perfect for skiing, hiking or pure relaxation!

House Waltraud in Tyrol (7 Bedrooms, 7 Bathrooms)

The whole house will be rented only for you and the owner doesn't live in the house. The House Waltraud is ideal for summer /winter vacation (only 5 minutes from Ski Center St. Jakob) with family and friends, as it can accommodate up to 19 people. There are 7 bedrooms some of them with kitchen. All rooms have private bathroom. The house is set in the midst of the Hohe Tauern National Park in Defereggental Valley at 1400 metres above sea level in East Tyrol.

The apartment house is located in the mountaineering village and winter hiking village of Kartitsch. The apartment is 35 m² and can accommodate up to 2 people and a cot. Pets are allowed here upon request for a fee. Our apartment building is centrally located – perfect for those who want to relax away from the crowds and at the same time enjoy nature right outside the front door. From our apartment building you can reach South Tyrol in just 15 minutes.

Mountain idyll Heiligenblut am Glockner

Our cozy mountain hut in Heiligenblut offers the perfect starting point for your vacation in the Alps – be it for hiking in summer or skiing in winter. The hut is located above the picturesque village of Heiligenblut with a direct view of the Grossglockner. In winter, you can get directly to the slopes. If there is not enough snow, you can reach the slopes after a short walk. The surroundings offer numerous hiking trails directly from the cabin.

Loft in the Stadl

Innervillgraten is a mountain village in East Tyrol. In the middle of the village lies the town of weathered wood, in it a loft, as a holiday home for two to four guests. On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed and a room with a sofa bed, the bathroom and a separate toilet. On the upper floor is the living area with exposed roof chair. There are sofas and seating, an open fireplace, a dining area and the fully equipped kitchen.

You will occupy the detached chalet all by yourself, privacy guaranteed! The interior is very cozily furnished. From the terrace, you have a breathtaking view over the surrounding mountains.  The garden is enclosed all around, making it also good for families with children!
