Il parcheggio davanti al cancello d'ingresso è concesso solo durante le operazioni di carico/scarico dei bagagli.

Comfort and charm of ancient and natural elements such a stone and wood, makes it unique, special, and ofcourse, homey. Great for a couple or a family/group of four. Equipped with everything for comfortable rest. Home, terrace and the view that you'll find hard to leave. I suggest to my guests to rent a small car, to avoid difficulty for passing the streets. However, the car is important for getting around.

Antonio was a great host and had a beautiful home. His service and hospitality went above all expectations. Would definitely stay here again if I were to ever visit Arbatax in the future. He even went out of his way to give us a ride home from the beach one day as well as sent us tons of great recommendations. AC worked wonderfully for anyone concerned about that feature.

Das Apartment war sauber. Der Gastgeber hat uns herzlich begrüßt, ist sehr sympathisch. Wir hatten Anfangs Probleme mit der Waschmaschine, Gianfranco ist nach 5 Minuten direkt gekommen um zu helfen. Die Wohnung war mit allem ausgestattet was wir brauchten. Sogar die Handtücher haben gut gerochen. Wir würden es sehr weiterempfehlen! Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt :-)

Un Sogno vicino al centro

We stayed in the condo for two weeks and it is perfect. The rooms and bathrooms are large. The kitchen was also well setup. The grocery store is next door and Main Street is a 5 minute walk. The owner is very responsive and provided extra towels and sheets when I requested new ones. I will share one word of caution, the mattresses are rock hard (no exaggeration). For a couple of nights, you can get by but for two weeks it was quite rough. I would still book it again though even with the mattresses because of the great setup and location.

We had a wonderful and peaceful stay at this beautiful house which is even nicer than the photos. The views are simply stunning and we loved the outdoor areas, from the multiple dining tables to the outdoor shower. The area is very quiet and minutes away from several beautiful beaches. The house is the perfect place to switch off. We didn’t mind that there wasn’t phone reception and limited WiFi as we wanted to go off grid for a few days. Barbara was very flexible and responsive regarding check in times and allowed to also check out a couple of hours later given I wasn’t well which was much appreciated. We would definitely stay again!!

Lovely stay at a great place with a very welcoming host. I was most impressed about the specific recommendation of a local folk festival which was an amazing experience. If I come back to Sardinia I will definitely look to stay at the same place.
