Beachfront holiday rentals in Lido di Venezia

Zum zweiten Mal hier gewesen – und wieder voll zufrieden! Die Wohnung ist top gepflegt, liebevoll eingerichtet und einfach zum Wohlfühlen. Schon beim ersten Besuch letztes Jahr waren wir begeistert, und auch diesmal war alles super. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt – wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Отличное расположение. Недалеко от станции вапоретто, пляжа, супермаркета, центральной улицы. Внимательные хозяева, всегда отвечали на наши вопросы. Когда приедем на Лидо в следующий раз обязательно остановимся в этих апартаментах.

Our apartment was perfect for our family of five. The host was great to communicate with and provided everything we needed to have a nice stay. They were friendly and even had some local recommendations or ideas on how to travel to where we wanted to go. The property is beautiful and walkable to all major sites and wonderful restaurants. We would love to stay at this place again in the future.

Appartamento in posizione strategica. Dalla fermata del traghetto di Pellestrina si prende il bus 11 che in 3 minuti ti porta alla fermata Sant'Antonio dove in 2 minuti a piedi si giunge all'alloggio di Davide. Al nostro arrivo ci hanno accolto i suoi genitori, gentilissimi, i quali ci hanno dato anche ottimi consigli sui ristoranti da provare e sui posti da vedere. L'appartamento è molto pulito, confortevole e completo di beni di prima necessità (the, caffè,moka, pentole di tutti i tipi, lenzuola, asciugamani) con un patio esterno fornito di tavolo per pranzare e ombrellone per ripararsi dal sole... una meraviglia! essendo in zona molto tranquilla si assaporano pranzi e cene all'aperto dove regna relax e silenzio.. a 2 minuti a piedi si ha un piccolo supermarket e a 5 minuti a piedi il primo bar.. poi ristoranti e tanta natura... in neanche 5 minuti si arriva anche alle spiagge. direi bellissima esperienza!

Very nice place, we arrived late at night and they stay attentive. There is a supermarket in the same building.

Great apartment, very nice surroundings. Guarded parking available for little surcharge. Stairs can be challenging for older people, but the terrace is amazing.

Giulia and Alessandro were amazing hosts from start to finish. The apartment is beautiful and well equipped! My highlight is the host’s communication before, during and even after our visit - I travelled from the UK for the local IRONMAN event , they even sorted me out a taxi from the airport that accommodated my bike suitcase - and accommodated for my awkward flight times so I didn’t need to carry my luggage around for the morning - they even managed to get a video of me finishing the race! The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay and is in a great location being only a few hundred metres from the beach and restaurants Thoroughly recommend this place if you are looking to stay in Jesolo! We will be back! Grazie

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt und würden wieder kommen! Die Unterkunft ist teilweise etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber sehr sauber, es ist alles da was man braucht und funktioniert. Vor allem ist sie charmant und liebevoll eingerichtet. Auch die Lage ist toll mit einem ruhigeren, familienfreundlichen Strandabschnitt mit gutem Restaurant direkt am Strand. In der Nähe der Unterkunft fußläufig ist auch ein sehr gutes Restaurant, das uns von Tom empfohlen wurde. Ingesamt war die Kommunikation mit Tom unkompliziert und er war immer gut und schnell erreichbar.

Fin og veludstyret bungalow i 1. række til stranden. Idyllisk og privat ift resten af campingpladsen. Man kan med fordel tage et løbehjul med hjemmefra eller leje en cykel på stedet, som kan bruges til at komme rundt med. Fine svimmingpools, godt supermarked, hyggelig campingplads (dyr ikke tilladt). Bemærk, at bungalows ligger tæt på stranden og dermed tæt på Sunshine Bar, hvor der oftest er aften live arrangementer med høj musik og sing-along. Hvis man har små børn (som vi), kan det være til gene, da festen først stopper kl 01. Ellers et dejligt ophold, og vi kommer gerne igen.

Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia in questo casa molto bella, accogliente, pulita e con mobili e accessori di ultima generazione (Tv 65 pollici, WiFi, etc). La casa era anche più grande di quanto si poteva auspicare dalle foto. Due grandi bagni con ampia doccia. Una grande camera matrimoniale con comodo materasso e biancheria calda morbida e pulita. Una cameretta con due ampi letti e comodi spazi, un comodo disimpegno. La cucina è il soggiorno molto funzionali. Un ampio divano dove potersi rilassare con tutta la famiglia. Insomma, ben oltre le aspettative. L’host ha sempre risposto prontamente alle necessità ed è stato estremamente cordiale. È una soluzione che consiglio vivamente per gli ampi spazi, la vicinanza al mare, la piscina (che considerato il mese non abbiamo potuto utilizzare), il parcheggio a pochi passi. Mi auguro di poter tornare presto! Grazie ancora!

We had a wonderful stay at Markus’s place with the whole family. The check-in instructions were very clear, and we had no trouble accessing the property. The house was spotless and thoughtfully prepared with attention to detail. Before our stay began, Markus shared valuable information about Venice and Lido di Jesolo, which was incredibly helpful. During our stay, he was quick to respond to any questions we had. We were very pleased with both the house and Markus’s hospitality. Unfortunately, we couldn’t use the swimming pool due to weather conditions, but it was still a great feature to have. If we return to the area, we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Ci siamo trovati veramente molto bene, l’appartamento è ben curato è situato in una posizione strategica, davanti al mare con posto spiaggia compreso, piscina, vicino a ristoranti, negozi e mini supermarket sotto casa. Da consigliare assolutamente!!

Jag och familjen har haft en jättetrevlig vistelse i en vecka i Pers lägenhet. Tillgång pool och närhet till strand med egna stolar som tillhörde området där det alltid fanns plats var verkligen toppen. Det var enkelt att ta sig till färjor för resa till och från Venedig. Bra utbud av restauranger och affärer precis utanför lägenheten. Lägenheten var ren och rymlig och under de varmaste dagarna var vi väldigt tacksamma för luftkonditioneringen och den rymliga balkongen. Per var väldigt hjälpsam och generös, kom med många lokala tips och svarar alltid snabbt. Vi är jättenöjda med vår vistelse och kommer gärna tillbaka. Stort tack till Per.

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Den Pool haben wir mehrfach am Tag aufgesucht. In dem Komplex gibt es eine nette Bar mit Snacks und günstigen Getränken. Im nahegelegenen Sparmarkt des Campingplatzes konnten wir alles für den täglichen Badarf kaufen (auch frische Brötchen). Das Meer ist 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Der Strand ist an dieser Stelle auch noch nicht überlaufen. Es gibt ein Standrestaurant, Duschen und Toiletten. Im Apartment gibt es kein WLAN. Es war also ein „Digital Detox“ Urlaub für uns.

Die Unterkunft war toll - sehr sauber und die Lage zum Meer wirklich super. Maurizio ist ein toller Gastgeber und war jederzeit erreichbar. Bei der Ankunft waren sogar ein paar Getränke und Snacks vor Ort, toll falls man auch mal später ankommt und nichts mehr einkaufen kann. Auch der große überdachte Balkon ist super, da wir am ersten Tag etwas Regen hatten und die Kinder so trotzdem draußen spielen konnten. :-) Wir waren rundum zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt und kommen gerne wieder. :-)

La casa di Franca è perfetta. Si trova nello splendido antico borgo di Malamocco, a pochi passi dalla fermata del bus che attraversa il Lido e conduce a Santa Maria Elisabetta. Nelle strettissime vicinanze si trova un minimarket, una pizzeria d'asporto, un paio di locali (di cui 1 con servizio ristorante) e la trattoria da Scarso, specializzata in cucina veneziana, con attenzione anche per i piatti gluten free. In pochi minuti di bici (fornite da Franca!) si può arrivare agli Alberoni e godersi la spiaggia libera adiacente ai Murazzi o arrivare allo stabilimento attrezzato. La casa è situata in un luogo incantevole, sicuro per i bambini perché lontano dalla strada. C'è tutto ciò che serve, una cucina - abitabile e accogliente - assai rifornita, con lavastoviglie e macchina per il caffè (capsule). Il wi-fi funziona bene, c'è la tv nella sala . Nella piccola corte interna c'è un tavolo spazioso per pasti all'aperto. La camera è piccina, ma il letto comodo. Zanzariere a tutte le finestre!

Die Wohnung von Giorgio war für unseren Familienurlaub genau das richtige. Die geräumigen Zimmer haben auch unserer Tochter sehr gut gefallen und wir haben unsere Zeit auf Lido sehr genossen. Giorgio ist wirklich ein toller Gastgeber!

The apartment is located in a beautiful old Villa in venetian style! The Villa has a beautiful garden with huge trees, the whole villa is in the shade of these trees. The apartment is located in the ground floor. The apartment provided everything that we all have at home, kitchen, TV, washing machine, microwave...etc. Close to the Viall is a big supermarket. The villa is also very close to the main street in Lido that provides many restaurants and gelaterias. Most important! the villa is close to the Lido S.M.E harbor. The host provided me detailed check in/out information and is available on standard communication apps like |what is up" and airbnb chat

Loved our stay! The place was super clean, cozy, and in a great spot. The host was awesome — left us wine, snacks, and great local tips. Super easy check-in and great communication. Would totally stay here again!

ideal für eine Kombination aus Kunstgenuß in la Serenissima sowie Naturerlebnissen am Lido di Venezia, ausgesprochen stilvolles und geschichtsträchtiges Haus mit gepflegtestem Garten, Ausgesprochen angenehm freundliche Gastgeber echte Venezianische Familie, hilfsbereit, höflich, sympathisch, gute Empfehlungen für Restaurants und Anderes Es war mein 17. Aufenthalt in Venedig und ich bin wieder begeistert sehr empfehlenswert Grazie
