2 giorni di tranquillità é quello che abbiamo cercato,e trovato proprio nella casa di Paolo,un host super disponibile,simpatico,e molto gentile.Nostro figlio di 5 anni chiedeva di continuo :"quando arriva signor Paolo? “😁 La casa molto pulita,ed in una zona tranquillissima.Abbiamo apprezzato molto il fatto che ci sono stati forniti gli asciugamani di puro cotone,quelli tipo del albergo per ogni membro della famiglia.I materassi molto comodi.L'unica pecca di questo posto sono state le zanzare(essendo una casa in campagna,molto fastidiose)però con delle candele di citronella penso si può risolvere e si può godere il grande prato che si trova intorno alla 🏠. Grazie di ❤️. Ci torneremo di sicuro!!!

Honestly, Deborah was the perfect host for several reasons. Beyond being incredibly kind and understanding, she really tuned into what I needed. I mentioned that this was my first time in a town like this and that I was hoping to hibernate for a few days, and her place felt like the perfect fit. She went above and beyond to make the check-in process smooth, even offering to pick me up from the train station and take me to the grocery store—on a Sunday, no less, when most places were closed and options were limited. Her home was serene, even more beautiful than the photos, and I immediately felt safe and at ease in the neighbourhood. I also loved how central it was to most things, like a spa, fruit/vegetable store, cafes, restaurants and convenience stores. In a world that often feels like it’s growing less kind, Deborah truly understands the heart of hospitality. :)

La Casetta Rossa offre una posizione strategica per accedere alla via ciclabile lungo il Po. È l’ideale per chi vuole visitare la foce del Po ma nello stesso tempo rilassarsi. Infatti è immersa nel verde e molto silenziosa. Comodissimi i letti king-size. Locali molto ampi.

This was a beautiful and perfect location for exploring Rimini. The pullout couch was very comfortable and the architecture & accessories of the flat were both inspiring and efficient for the size. I would definitely recommend this location and would be happy to return next time!

Abbiamo soggiornato da Elisa una sola notte mentre viaggiavamo in moto. Tutto ordinato, pulito e confortevole. Host gentile e disponibile! Altamente consigliato!! P.S. per i motociclisti: possibilità di entrare la moto in garage!

Giacomo e la sua famiglia sono stati molto accoglienti. La comunicazione è stata impeccabile. L’alloggio è curato e centralissimo, a pochissimi minuti a piedi da porto canale. È stata un’ottima esperienza, grazie!

A group of 6 of us stayed at Kevins wonderful place in Rimini for 3 nights and we were not disappointed. From the outside the house looks decievingly small, but you then enter and are greeted by lots of living space, 2 huge bedrooms with ensuites a upstairs, a great loft room with it's own bathroom and a big double bedroom in the outhouse which is through an amazing little private garden that has a cool banana tree in the middle. The location was fantastic, right by the historic town centre and about a 20 minute walk from the beach (or 6 minutes by Bike or Scooter via a lovely path). Kevin was extremely quick to respond to messages and gave us clear instructions before arrival and for checkout. Overall it was a great stay, and everyone very much enjoyed it! ps. you also have a garage for a car. we managed to fit a Nissan Qashqai 4x4, but would be easier with a smaller car.

We waren volledig verrast door de ligging van deze mooie woning met een mooie tuin. Goede locatie voor een bezoek aan Ravenna en aan de Po-delta. Genoten van de flamingo’s. Heel hartelijke ontvangst door de host Roberta. Tipte ons voor de lekkerste pizza die we ooit gegeten hebben.

Abbiamo soggiornato due notti in occasione di un torneo di beach volley. Eravamo in 6, la casa rispetta la descrizione ed è comoda con una terrazza esterna veramente carina. l'host è stato gentilissimo e disponibile. Super consigliata.

This house was amazing, we brought our 3 dogs along and had the best time. An extremely private garden and pool with lots of games. She provided all bbq equipment, portable speaker, TVs loads of towels everything you’d need. Dorella was a fantastic host and it’s a really lovely comfortable home. The pool is the big selling point and it didn’t disappoint

We had a very joyful stay, host was friendly from the moment we arrived till the moment we left. Loved all the animals and the beautiful scenery. Breakfast was very tasty and fresh. Communication was very easy and we felt right at home.

Stayed for a few days as i was visiting the race circuit at Imola. Perfect for that, about 25 min drive direct to the Aqua Minerali entrance. Set up on a hillside , very peaceful and beautiful. Hosts were very helpful and friendly. I didn’t eat at any restaurants as i ate at the circuit and cooked at the house. There is a small supermarket in the town 10 mins away for all your supplies. Lovely to eat outside amongst the trees. Highly recommend if you visiting this beautiful part of Italy.

Unsere Erwartungen wurden übertroffen. Der Check-In war sehr problemlos, wir konnten sogar einige Stunden vor dem offiziellen Check-In, in das Haus. Es hat alles einwandfrei funktioniert und es gibt mehrere Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten. Die Eigentümer haben uns alles genau gezeigt und sind super freundlich. Wir waren ständig in Kontakt und Fabrizio hat mehrmals nachgefragt, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Das ganze Haus und der Poolbereich waren sehr sauber. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind wenige Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Wir hatten eine sehr tolle Zeit und möchten uns nochmals ganz herzlich bei Fabrizio und Mariangela bedanken. La casa è isolata ed immersa nella natura, molto grande, ben curata , ed è persino meglio di quanto risulta in foto. Arrivando all’ultimo tratto per raggiungerla, la strada diventa sterrata è sembra essere impegnativa e lunga, ma già alla seconda volta risulta persino divertente e piacevole scrutare i boschi dall’interno percorrendola non abbiamo avuto nessuna difficoltà neanche nei 2 giorni di pioggia intensa, ne vale la pena. Michele ci ha accolti con premura e durante tutto il nostro soggiorno è stato sempre reperibile, soddisfacendo anche la nostra richiesta di sdraio aggiuntivi. La casa è dotata di tutto ciò che può servire, utensili e stoviglie,Smart Tv, BBQ, spazi esterni, cancello automatico. La piscina è più grande di quanto si possa capire dalle foto, pulita,funzionale e piacevole. Siamo stati davvero bene e anche il nostro cagnone negli enormi spazi esterni incontaminati. Assolutamente consigliata se si cerca una soluzione di tranquillità. Torneremo sicuramente volentieri

Wir waren drei Parteien und waren allesamt begeistert von der Unterkunft. Die Innenräume sind großzügig geschnitten und gut ausgestattet! Der Aussenbereich sehr gepflegt und voll funktionsfähig! Die Umgebung ist grandios! Das Haus ist absolut empfehlenswert! Der Gastgeber war sehr gut erreichbar und stets bemüht uns Empfehlungen für die Region auszusprechen.

Appartamento molto grande e con spazi ben suddivisi. Completa di ogni comfort e con una vista spettacolare. La tranquillità regna sovrana. Federica è stata molto disponibile e sempre reattiva. L’appartamento si trova a pochi passi dal centro di Verucchio, purtroppo manca un marciapiede per arrivare in centro, ma in 1 minuto di auto è possibile raggiungere i parcheggi del centro. La posizione è strategica per visitare anche San Marino e Rimini. Lo consiglio vivamente

Alessandro’s & Anna’s Place is a beautiful small piece of Italian history tucked away in a natural setting with mature trees, gardens, groves and vineyards, which have been fed by the thermal spring waters. If you want to feel like you are on your own private Royal getaway and enjoy close and easy car access to Venice, Padua, Verona and all the quaint little villages, like Aqua Petraca near Monselice, or if you simply want to enjoy a dip in the private spa waters, or natural thermal springs, this is the place to relax, so look no more. We look forward to returning to this hidden gem. Grazie milie.

Alessandro and Claudia’s house is a very compact, lovely place in Riccione. It is close to the beach and only a 10 min walk from the station. There are lots of eateries , cafes and bars nearby. The hosts were very nice and helpful. While the stay was very comfortable perhaps some small conveniences could be added. For example, the kitchen did not have anything apart from salt and pepper (oil, basic spices, tissues and a pair of scissors would be a good add on). There was no hand soap (although small soap bottles are provided in each bathroom). There is a washer / dryer for convenience but the dryer does take a long time. If you were to ignore these small things, this is a highly recommended place to stay if you want to enjoy Riccione and the Emilia-Romagna region. There is a tourist tax of 2 Euro per person per night. We forgot to leave it on the table and they were gracious enough to remind us and accept our money transfer. Lovely stay indeed !

We really enjoyed our stay to explore the area. All major cities like Florence, Bologna, Lucca are in reach. Also good restaurants and the factory outlet in Barberino are in reach. Thank you for all the good advice.

perfetto su ogni punto di vista

Un alloggio da sogno, svegliarsi e avere la vista sui colli e su Brisighella non ha prezzo. L'uliveto attorno alla casa regala una pace e una tranquillità senza eguali. Grazie alle indicazioni di Francesca trovare l'alloggio è stato un gioco da ragazzi. Una volta nella casa abbiamo trovato qualche insetto, ma con la casa così immersa nella natura non si può chiedere il completo isolamento dall'esterno. Per quanto mi riguarda fa tutto parte dell'esperienza a contatto con la natura. In generale alloggio perfetto per staccare dallo stress della città e prendersi del tempo per se.

Ci siamo trovati davvero bene! La casa è accogliente e fedele alla descrizione. Il giardino è bellissimo, perfetto per rilassarsi e per far giocare i bambini: le nostre bimbe si sono divertite tantissimo. La zona è tranquilla ma comoda, con ottimi ristoranti nei dintorni e facilmente raggiungibile in auto. Filippo è stato sempre molto gentile e preciso nelle comunicazioni, e anche la persona che ci ha accolto è stata disponibile e cordiale. Una parte della casa era un po’ umida, ma nulla di problematico, considerando la zona del delta del Po. Abbiamo avuto giornate fresche e il riscaldamento, seppur non programmabile, ha funzionato bene; in bagno c’è una stufetta che ha fatto il suo dovere. In generale, un soggiorno piacevolissimo: ci tornerei senza esitazioni. Alloggio assolutamente consigliato!
