Apartment with modern furnishings, extremely well-finished, clean and tidy. The location is excellent, very close to the sea and the Via della Costa dei Tranocchi. Daniele and his family are very kind and attentive people, they made us feel at home.

We booked this place very last minute the night before and Claudia was very responsive and helpful. She replied almost immediately to confirm the booking. We were traveling with our toddler and she was extra accommodating of him, she even got him some beach toys for him to play as we mentioned we were heading to the coast. Even though we only were able to stay for one night, she came to pass us the keys. The house is super thoughtful with breakfast snacks and bathroom slippers. The location was perfect right at the duomo, and the house was clean and tidy

Beautiful apartment on 2 levels with large balconies in each room, appreciable air conditioning. Close to the beach on foot 200 meters away. Well-equipped and spacious. We recommend.

Giovanni was immediately available and kind: he welcomed us with open arms to his home and gave us useful advice to better enjoy our days in Marina di San Vito. The apartment is equipped with everything and was very clean. The balcony overlooking the sea is very cute, perfect for a post-beach beer.

For those looking for peace and relaxation, this apartment is perfect. The images don't do it at all. The apartment is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood on the first floor. From the balcony you have a beautiful view of palm trees and the sea. It is equipped with everything you need for your stay, we didn't miss anything. The beach is really just a short walk away. During our time here we often had it to ourselves and there it is perfect for relaxing. Our children were thrilled to have so much space to play. Carmine and Maria were the best hosts we've had so far. They were always very friendly and attentive. We fell in love with the area and will definitely be back! Thanks Carmine and Maria!

My family and I had a great stay at Massimo’s house. I would say that it was better than the photos, extremely clean with lots of space. Scerni is a fantastic town, with a really good selection of places to eat and drink. 15-20 minutes to several excellent beaches and the water park so the kids were happy. Would definitely recommend this if you want an authentic Italian holiday! Thank you Massimo!

Gabriella should hire a professional photographer to do the good pictures, because these, what are published, do not express the beauty and perfect style of the house. It is an modern style, spacious house, located in three floors with three rest rooms, open and modern kitchen, cosy terrace and super comfort beds. All the house is filled with day light, and there is a nice lighting at night time. Welcoming table was too much: Gabriella took care about everything: pasta, olive oil, beer, wine, sweets... We came late at night, very tired after long long way, and when we realised how beautiful and spacious the house is, to see the hosts who prepared so much for us, left us speechlees. The parking is a bit complicated from the beginning, because the streets are quite narrow, but after few days is not a problem any more, you just use to park :) Sea is in few kilometers to drive, parking is also there (0.5€/hour). All the shops, that you need are in a walkable distance. In the kitchen you can prepare all the food- all equipment is there. We woo highly recommend this place for families or couples for spending vacation. Gabriella will tell you many tips what to see and where to go, what places to visit. Our family spent super nice time there (9 days) and would like to say big thank's for everything to Gabriella and her husband and welcome new families who are going to stay in this house.

What a magical place! Quaint little town in the Italian countryside with breathtaking views everywhere. Can’t wait to return to the area and this gem in the mountains!

We had a wonderful stay in this atypical house with great spaces and a beautiful garden. The hosts are very welcoming ( meal scheduled for our late arrival) and adorable. A big thank you to Marco for his kindness, his availability . He guided us well to discover this beautiful region. Now, thanks to him, we know how to make gnocchi!

Olivia's villa is a perfect old world charm setting. The terrace views were spectaclular. We felt extremely comfortable in her home. We loved hanging out with the people of the village at the piazza. They were very welcoming and made us feel at home. Some TLC and upgrades are needed, which I am sure will happen over time. Other than that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This was our favorite place in Italy? This small town has such heart, the art is amazing and the locals are beyond friendly. My husband and I can't recommend this place enough. very clean and comfortable. our only regret is not staying longer. The castle is built in 13th century and so stunning to see in person. we will be back.

Roccavivara in Molise was a wonderful surprise, a beautiful village with a wonderful landscape, Simonetta and Massimo's house beautiful, impeccably clean and above all super-stocked with everything and more, the breakfast super abundant and varied sweet and savory (we took advantage of it by enjoying the wonderful sweets disproportionately). Their company was superlative, like being with family people who are really good company, always present, beautiful people full of attention towards us. Silvio was a great host. He made himself available to check in at a time convenient for us and welcomed us with great kindness. We appreciated that he was present without being intrusive. The house was clean and had all the useful comforts to make our stay as if we were at home. We recommend choosing Silvio's house!!!

The apartment is much nicer in person than in the photos We had a great time We found parking in front of the house in the non-paid area and we never needed to use it Basic necessities such as supermarkets, fruit and vegetable bakeries and pharmacy are really within walking distance The beach is a 5-minute walk away Maristella was really a valuable and present host We can only recommend it and tell the next person

Great house and great host. Everything was clean and convenient. The only problem is that my car was robbed outside at the street, Foggia is unsafe when it comes to parking. Host also has a garage but my car was too big. Would definitely return but with a smaller car or no car

Extremely kind host. Tastefully renovated, very elegant, with shared outdoor spaces in which to relax. Very clean apartment (impeccable bathroom) and cozy. With our 2 small children it was easy to walk to the beach. We hope to be back!

We had an amazing week with the four of us (2 adult, 2 kids) at your appartement! It is very well equipped , clean, and modern. A great place to explore the beautiful town of Ortona (right in the town centre and close to beautiful viewpoints over the harbor and sea. The best experience was with the hosts. We were welcomed so friendly even with our late arrival time. We could always check for recommendations for the area’s activities and food. Family vacation with an 8 year old, the house exactly as advertised with the addition of impeccable cleanliness and a special welcome. Gianluca was very available every time of the experience until check-out, always leaving us our privacy. We were also able to see the hives and bees safely, an additional special experience. The house is in a great location to drive to the main points of interest in the area. Really happy with the experience.
