Wonderful neighbourhood, quiet, walkable & lots of great restaurants. Also decent proximity to central Stockholm. The place was spotless and hosts were responsive & provided great recommendations regarding restaurants, things to see & how to get around.

Very comfortable and clean place that is beautifully decorated. A quiet area with easy access to public transit to get to the city central. Would stay again!

Vi var två vuxna och två barn som hyrde detta boende och det var toppen! Rent och fint, väldigt sköna sängar och all utrustning som behövs! Enkelt att hitta, bra yta för parkering samt fin privat uteplats. Nära och enkelt att ta sig till Södertälje för vidare färd. Rekommenderas varmt!

Our stay at Hasse's appartment was great! The place was big enough for a family of 5 and in a really convenient neighborhood where you have a lot of public transportation nearby as well as great coffee shops :) He was always responding really quickly and when we asked for an additional heater (because it suddenly was cold in May), he brought us one hours later. Overall, I would recommend the place for your next visit to Stockholm.

Die Wohnung von Adrian in Älvsjö hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Sie war, obwohl nicht direkt in der City gelegen, sehr gut mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist modern, neu und sehr sauber sowie mit hochwertigen elektronischen Geräten ausgestattet. Es gab Öl, Salz und Pfeffer sowie Kaffee und Tee. Das Schlafzimmer geht nach hinten raus und es war sehr ruhig zum Schlafen, super! Adrians Kommunikation war top - uns wurde jederzeit schnell weitergeholfen und alle vorab gesendeten Anleitungen waren sehr hilfreich. Wir kommen gern wieder, wenn wir nach Stockholm zurückkehren!

It was a very nice place to stay, worth every penny we paid for it. I will definitely book this place if i travel to Stockholm again in the future.

Modern and super-clean. Although located north of the main city centre, we actually walked into town and back again each day, passing several restaurant options along the way. The Metro line is also nearby if you’re not so inclined to walk and takes just a few stops to get into the centre. To get to the apartment to/from the airport, it’s best to take the Flygbussarna option as it stops very close to the apartment - 500 meters or so away. Nadezda was also super responsive as a host, responding to messages quickly and kindly. Highly recommended!

The apartment was even better than in the pictures! Jenny and Catherine were great hosts and always responsive and helpful. Beautiful area surrounded by nature, just 25 min away by public transport from the city centre! I booked this apartment for my family when they came visit me in Stockholm, and will definitely do it again next time!

We were very happy with our short stay at Adna’s. There were bakeries, coffee and grocery nearby, as well as being located very close to a subway stop. It was a convenient place to stay and the apartment blocks were peaceful and quiet.

The apartment is charming and well organized for a family of 4, with a very good location, only 5 minutes from the metro and supermarket. Communication with our host was quick and easy.

Jenni was a very good host. The appartement was very nice and a good location to explore from. If we are ever again in Stockholm we would choose Jennies again.

A wonderful reception and made to feel at home instantly. We will be back as soon as we can, my son and his family lives nearby so a perfect location for us. Great view from the balcony, and only a short walk to Kalhall Train station, Town centre and supermarket, plus the park and lake full of ducks.

This is Airbnb at its finest! Anna is a fantastic host who goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and ensure you have a great stay. The apartment is stylish, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up, making it easy to settle in and relax. We only stayed for a week but would have happily stayed longer. The location is perfect for peaceful walks, and getting to the city center is easy and convenient. Overall, a fantastic experience—we’d gladly return and highly recommend it!

Flott leilighet, delikat og stilfullt innredet. Godt utrustet kjøkken og flott soverom med gode madrasser. Terrasse hvor en kunne sitte ute og slappe av med god utsikt.

It was such a lovely house in lovey peaceful surroundings and a lovely garden. We wished we had spent a few more nights rather than just the 3 because we never had chance to explore the local area properly. Herald was really helpful and friendly with plenty of local suggestions and we would definitely consider coming back to stay.

Staying at Gustav’s house felt like coming home. It’s warm, comfortable, and has that perfect mix of coziness and understated luxury. From the moment you step inside, you feel at ease. The décor is tasteful, and the house strikes a great balance—plenty of spaces to relax on your own and spots to gather and enjoy time with others. The location is just as lovely. A quick walk takes you to the water’s edge, and heading the other way, you’ll find some beautiful woodlands to explore. Unfortunately, visiting in December meant we couldn’t fully enjoy the outdoor amenities, like the decking or the beach volleyball court, but they looked fantastic. That said, we were more than spoiled indoors with the gym equipment, sauna, pool table, and an amazing kitchen. Gustav was also incredibly responsive and helpful whenever we had questions, which made the stay even better. Our family of five cannot recommend this place enough.

A unique home located in beautiful surroundings. The house is stylish, spacious, clean and well appointed as per the listing. Nice touches like toiletries make it homely. We did not use the pool as found the water a bit cold for our taste. It was perfect for our family of 5 with older kids. The steep stairs may however be an issue for toddlers or people with reduced mobility. The self check in was a dream and Kim is very responsive and attentive, totaly deserves the 'superhost' label. We would happily come back again! In terms of location, the neighbourhood is very calm and safe and you feel like you are in the real Sweden as there are no tourists. The supermarket and local shops and cafes are a 10 min stroll away. The access to the centre of Stockholm is straightforward via bus and underground within about 30 mins door to door, depending on the time of the day. We went there every day and used the SL Stockholm transport app to buy group tickets.

Det första Anna sa när jag pratade med henne var ”Känn er som hemma” och det sammanfattar verkligen hela upplevelsen av att bo i hennes vackra villa! Huset var mycket rent, hade gott om sovplatser samt fräscha handdukar och sängkläder. Köket var fullt utrustat och poolen helt fantastisk! Annas bemötande var enastående! Alltid trevlig, tillgänglig och väldigt snabb på att svara. Hon bidrog verkligen till en helg vi sent kommer att glömma! 💕

Whilst not quite as shown in the photos, this did not detract from Gustav’s wonderful family home. The property is spacious and laid out in an interesting manner across 5 floors which we enjoyed using, despite there only being 3 of us. We particularly enjoyed the variety of outdoor seating and the hot tub and the gym equipment. The location of the house is very quiet but with frequent buses (approx 40 / 45 mins) to Slussen, a nearby large supermarket (5 minutes by car - there’s also a small convenience store within walking distance)) and parking at Hasseludden for the Archipelago ferries. We enjoyed local walks around the coast / forests, bathing at Boobadet beach (walked there and got the bus back), food at The Old Smokehouse and Kenny’s Gelato. All in all, a very relaxing holiday. You don’t absolutely need a car if you are happy taking your time with buses though I think it helps (though parking can be a challenge and provision of a local parking disc would have been a bonus).

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit, tolles helles Haus, sehr schön eingerichtet, wunderbarer Pool, ruhige Gegend und doch nah genug an Stockholm, sehr nette Gastgeberin , immer sehr gut erreichbar, sehr freundlich und hilfreich. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

We had a fantastic weekend getaway in July, and this home was the perfect spot for it! The house is beautifully located right on the water, with stunning views from every corner of the property. Watching boats pass by while relaxing was incredibly peaceful and picturesque. The home itself is thoughtfully furnished, clean and fully stocked , from the kitchen to the bedrooms, which made it so easy for us to settle in and just enjoy our time without needing to bring anything extra. We especially loved starting our mornings with a cup of coffee while taking in the serene views, and ending our days in the jacuzzi and sauna, both of which also offered beautiful views of the water. Sitting in the sauna and looking out at the peaceful surroundings was such a unique and relaxing experience. Communication with Jim was excellent. He was responsive, helpful, and made sure everything was in place for our stay. The place exceeded our expectations, and we would absolutely love to return!

Wir hatten zwei wundervolle Wochen bei Pelle in Schweden. Die Lage des Hauses ist wunderschön. Im Haus haben wir uns wie zu Hause gefühlt und sind sofort in den Ferien angekommen. Das Haus bietet alle Annehmlichkeiten. Der Ausblick, die Sauna, der Kamin und die Einrichtung sind sehr geschmackvoll. Die Umgebung lädt zum Wandern und Tiere beobachten ein. Wir haben die Nähe zu Stockholm sehr geschätzt. Mit dem Bus erreicht man die Stadt in 40 Minuten und ist trotz der Nähe in Pelles Haus inmitten der Natur. Pelle hat uns viele nützliche Empfehlungen gegeben, war bei Fragen immer erreichbar und sehr freundlich. Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt, jede Minute genossen und kommen bestimmt wieder.
