This house is beautiful, had plenty of space, large functional kitchen, comfortable beds and amazing outdoor space. We absolutely loved it and would stay here again!

The place was perfect for my family to gather and have a nice staycation while we were in town for a wedding. Had absolutely everything we needed and more. If we ever find ourselves back in the Spokane Valley, we will book again for sure.

We had an excellent stay here. My toddler son loved the pool, the toys, and the park down the street. The house was well stocked and clean, and I’d recommend this property to anyone looking for a place to stay in this area.

Absolutely everything we needed and more! We had a party of 19 stay at Kayloni's for a wedding weekend. Grandparents, Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and more, everyone commented on how wonderful everything was. The kitchen was truly the heart of the home, but we also spent time around the pristine pool, the wonderful hot tub and playing on the shuffle board table. The front living room provided a quiet space to read and relax. All of the bedrooms had ample storage as did the bathrooms. We had everything we could want for making meals - large fridge and gas range, plenty of pots, pans, cutlery, plates, cups and gadgets! The 2nd kitchen was super handy for extra appliances as well as storage. The outdoor grill was super for burger night! Kayloni was super responsive to any questions we had as well as provided information on local attractions and restaurants. She truly is a SUPERHOST! Would highly recommend for any large gatherings where you want to relax and enjoy time together!

The location is magical. Such a wonderful blend of nature and home. The house is easy to navigate, has access to shopping (just a few minutes away) but feels peacefully remote.

Great location for our family gathering! The pool was awesome! Had a little trouble with the upstairs a/c and the pickleball net was pretty run down but there was a great amount of towels and pool towels provided. The basketball court and the light on the court for the evening was fantastic! Host was very kind and responsive. We would absolutely stay again.

The in-ground pool was an absolute hit—sparkling clean and the perfect backdrop for our weekend of fun. The outdoor space was spacious and welcoming, giving us plenty of room to celebrate while still feeling private and peaceful. What truly stood out was the level of service. The hosts went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, and it made all the difference. It’s rare to find a space that’s both stunning and so comfortably livable. Beautiful home and property! Fresh cut flowers were in the home and on the porch, and a box of cookies waited for us on the kitchen counter. Willie was very proactive in making sure we had everything we needed.

This is the perfect place for a large family or several couples to stay. Kitchen has all the needed pots/pans/utensils etc to be able to prepare meals when you are staying for more than just a couple of days. Beds are comfortable, linens and towels are spotless. Very comfortable home. Jacklyn is quick to respond, and was a delight to chat with. Highly recommend staying here.

The house was amazing! Clean and comfortable, felt right at home. The view is amazing and the deck offers the perfect place to visit with friends and relax while watching the river. Would definitely visit again!

Every little detail was so beautiful inside and out. It was very clean and the design is amazing! Nothing will do it quite justice like being there. It was so peaceful and relaxing. We loved the hot tub and the property was breathtaking with wildlife and views. The hosts were very friendly and attentive to messages. What a gem! It’s really amazing to stay in a place where such a beautiful lake view just surrounds you! It’s new, and the design really does feel luxury. Jackie and her husband were great hosts and had plenty of local recs, including for dog-friendly places. Highly recommend!

We rented Marisa beautiful home to celebrate our oldest daughter's graduation from Eastern Washington University. Her house was perfect. my daughter loved it, we loved it and so did my in-laws. It's an easy drive to Spokane and to Cheney.

Omg… I’m so picky when it comes to cleanliness and the reviews. I read every review before I book. This place… my new fav! It far exceeded my expectations. It was absolutely stunning from the moment I walked in I was in awe. One thing after another had me loving it more and more. From the stove, to the fridge, to the beautiful view overlooking the lake, to the comfy couch, to the decorative touches every where, to the countertops, to the floors, to the deck. Then to move upstairs I was even more in awe. The bedrooms were so cute, cozy, and comfy I couldn’t decide which floor I loved more. That king bedroom though… just blew my mind. I absolutely loved it! The most comfiest bed besides my own. I slept like a baby only to wake up to the most spectacular view of the lake. I wish I could give this a 100 star ⭐️ review. The campfire by the water with my family was amazing! We felt at home and the house had everything you needed and more. Thank you for precious memories! We’ll be back.

This was our first time visiting Spokane, and it turned into a trip we’ll never forget—my wife went into labor on day two of our stay! Debra was incredibly kind and understanding when I explained what was happening. She even allowed us a late checkout, which gave us a little breathing room while navigating such a wild and unexpected moment. The house itself was charming and had a cozy, homey feel. Debra went above and beyond—there were thoughtful touches throughout the house, from snacks for guests to an impressive amount of extras for kids and things you wouldn’t even think to pack. The fenced-in backyard was perfect for our 2-year-old to explore safely, which gave us peace of mind during a pretty hectic time. Debra was personable, easy to communicate with, and genuinely caring. We’re so grateful we ended up at her place for this unexpected adventure. Highly recommend staying here if you’re in Spokane!

The views are stunning and created the perfect backdrop for our weekend. It easily accommodated our entire family and then some, with room to spread out and relax. The amenities were a huge highlight—our group had so much fun with the pool table, ping-pong, foosball, and movie room. There was something for everyone, and it really made our time together extra special. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.
