Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Liberty County

Upon arriving, there was a slight mix up with the access code, but I sent a message and got a quick response and all was good. Less than 2 minutes for my response. The place is exactly as described and was perfect for me to be in town for a few days. Everything you need in the room. Very quiet. No issues my entire stay.

Beautiful quiet place perfect for our family of 4. It was so welcoming, comfortable & cozy. It rained the entire time we were there but we made the most of it. Visited Jekyll & St. Simons Islands and Savannah! Perfectly centered! We look forward to staying again!

Has everything you could need and some for a stay away. Incredibly cozy and relaxing place. I really loved the accomities. Everytime I looked outside I seen a bird. Very lovely home.

We enjoyed our stay with family In this beautiful home. It was just perfect with lots of space and well decorated throughout and appointed with quality furnishings. This Super host was wonderfulI and informative.. This home was very convenient to restaurants and also to the military base at Fort Stewart. If you are looking for a place that feels like home you should really book this one- you will be glad you did. Thank you Rachel for a wonderful stay. We enjoyed our stay and felt right at home. We visited with our Son and Daughter in law, and twin grandsons and the home was perfect. The toys at the house were a hit with our 20 month old grandsons! Thank you so much.

Ms Lou’s cabin and host, Daryn, made for one of our top 3 vacation rental experiences. The cabin was remote and rustic (what we were looking for), yet perfectly comfortable. Very clean with nice furnishings and linens throughout. The screen porch looking out over the marsh was why we chose it and it did not disappoint. It’s where we spent most of our time, eating, reading, relaxing and wildlife watching. Daryn was communicative, proactive and gave great recommendations for things to do in the area and nearby places to eat/ buy seafood and groceries. We highly recommend this wonderfully peaceful property and plan to visit again.

We had a great stay! The place was very clean, perfect size for three people. Mary was great, she gave lots of good recs. Beds were comfortable (and I'm usually picky). The bathroom was clean (and, again, I'm usually picky). No bugs, even in humid & rainy Savannah March weather. Only thing to consider is the sidewalk is brick and very bumpy, may not be suitable if you have reduced mobility/use a wheelchair/scooter. Twin beds had 2 pillows each, queen bed had 4 pillows. 5 towels were provided, as well as shampoo and conditioner (no body wash as I recall). The great thing is that Kroger is a stone's throw from the house! Very convenient. 10/10, definitely recommend!

Super great location. We loved spending a long weekend here. Natasha & Olivia were very accommodating and friendly. Would recommend staying in this cute historic home.

The Gnome home was terrific. Just as described. The master bedroom and bathroom were huge. The daybed area really was a separate area. It had privacy curtains, bed table, a rug and was very well lit. A/C was GREAT in the whole house. LOVED the backyard patio area for coffee and reading. Extremely walkable and safe. Host was extremely proactive and gave great instructions. House was incredibly well stocked with ALL kitchen and bathroom amenities. Highly recommend.

The apartment looked just like the pictures, very cute place. It's located walking distance from countless restaurants, shops and the river walk. The street outside does stay pretty loud throughout the day, but it did not bother us. They also have a white noise machine by the bed to help. I would definitely recommend stay here and would love to come back!

Beautiful building, cozy interior, easy check-in, and very friendly hosts! Easily walkable to the main streets, although it is a bit scary at night- but what city isn’t? Only thing is it was very loud from the neighbors and the outside cars and stuff. Otherwise it was a very pleasant stay and would 100% stay here again!

Walking distance of almost everything in the historic district downtown. Very comfortable. I would book again.

The location was ideal: quiet, safe, and close to everything I wanted to explore. Communication with the host was smooth and responsive, and they went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. We stayed at James' Place when we visited Savannah for my daughter's graduation and James' Place was probably the nicest Airbnb I have stayed in and I've stayed in quite a few. The place it self is so charming and had all these really nice touches. Loved the little courtyard and we spent a lot of time in it. The courtyard is private but also you get to see the world go by but the best thing is all the amazing plants. The interior of the apartment is great, little things like local magazines and books that make is special. Basic food items and provided and a special treat too. I thought the size of the apartment was great for 1 or 2 people. The location is the best, absolutely amazing. A block off of Forsyth Park with lot's going on especially Saturday Farmer's Market. Also several fun restaurants and bars in the neighborhood and not far to walk to many other great places. I will be visiting Savannah again and hope that James' Apartment will be available again.

We loved the location, 5 minute walk to Forsyth Park which had an awesome farmers market on Saturday morning, coffee shops, grocery store and restaurants. Also close to the Dot stop for free transportation to other attractions. Brendan went out of his way to make sure our sleeping arrangements were extra comfortable, and we appreciated this so much. It was great to come home to the perfect little pool after exploring in Savannah's heat! We highly recommend this location!

Very nice and comfortable apartment. Photos are accurate. Great location. We were able to walk everywhere easily.

We had a wonderful stay. Communication with Kelly was great, our only issue was promptly corrected (internet connection went out), and the location close to Forsyth Park was great. The unit was well stocked with kitchen utensils, laundry detergent, shampoo, clean towels, coffee, etc. I also appreciated the off street parking and the lovely fountain in the courtyard. We stayed for two weeks and while we felt perfectly safe, there was a frequent wail of sirens in the neighborhood (of course this isn't anyone's fault, just part of city living). Also, there is a shared wall with the neighboring unit, which was a minor issue one night for a couple of hours. We enjoyed all our walks into Savannah and took advantage of the free bus. We enjoyed Shuk's, Randy's BBQ, Ruan Thai, Pirate House, and the Cuban Window. We visit Savannah often and will happily stay here again.

We had a very nice stay. Location is great as far as being able to walk to what we wanted to do. Unit is very clean and well stocked and we appreciated the coffee! As others have noted it is on a very noisy street. But we had read the reviews and packed earplugs so sleep was not an issue.

We really enjoyed our stay at the condo. It’s very walkable and the place was more spacious than expected. The large outdoor porch and safe parking area were amazing bonuses.

Love love love this place! The location was perfect. Right next to a cute square, walkable to everything, easy parking. I loved the historic vibe as soon as you walk through the first door. The walk-up was easy and the apartment is adorable!

We absolutely loved our stay! The place had a super trendy, cute condo/loft vibe and was the perfect spot for exploring Savannah—just minutes from downtown and River Street. The backyard was a huge bonus and worked perfectly for our dog! Sarah and Mike were incredibly responsive and so flexible with our check-in time, which made everything even easier. We’d absolutely stay here again—can’t recommend it enough!
