Beachfront holiday rentals in Lian

This is my 4th time staying in VillaRica Beach Resort and it will not be my last. My family love the place due to safety and accomodating staff. Till next time.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Jo’s Place – Blue Beach House in Lian! The property was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully prepared for our group. The interiors were charming and homey, with all the essentials provided—from comfortable beds and clean bathrooms to a well-equipped kitchen and cozy lounging areas. What made the experience extra special was the beach access just a few steps away. We enjoyed watching the sunset, taking morning walks, and having fun by the shore. The outdoor spaces were perfect for both relaxation and bonding time. Jo and the caretakers were incredibly accommodating, responsive, and kind. They made sure everything was in place and even checked in to ensure we were comfortable. Highly recommended for families, barkadas, or anyone looking for a peaceful beachfront getaway. We’ll definitely be back!

I have to say that this place far exceeded our expectations. If you have any interest whatsoever in what's inside the ocean, this is the place you absolutely must visit. Get a pair of the provided snorkeling and life vest and kayak gear, and you are minutes away from sticking your head in the best aquarium you've ever seen in your life, except it's as big as the ocean. Every member of staff is all too willing to help you have a more comfortable stay, help you explore the ocean, and help you have the best possible time. Photographs are a perfect representation of your stay, and if you are at all interested in what you see you will not be disappointed. My family and I had an outstanding time.

Cresta Paye feels like home! A home away from home. Traveling there was adventure itself but getting there and seeing the views (for the first time and hopefully won't be the last) gives you the serenity and peace you're looking for - away from stress and chaos. It's a perfect place to unwind and connect with the nature. :) In addition, Ms. Lyle is a call away and very responsive and Ms. Khay and the other staff are super accommodating! Sarap i-extend ang bakasyon. :D

great place to stay in Pico. Room is good for 6. cooking amenities is good and complete. the water though feels weird when showering, takes like forever to rinse your body of soap. Pico de loro currently is doing renovations on the roads but it wont affect your stay. registration didn't took too long even though many visitors are coming due to long weekend.

We had so much fun staying at Ms. Joys place. It was incredible so private, homey and clean. The rooms are clean, but not pwd friendly since you need to use the wide stairs going up and down the bedrooms. But since the place is outstanding it was not a big deal for us ☺️ The beachfront was swimmable the kids and also seniors and pwd was able to enjoy swimming at the beach. The pool was clean, but you need to be careful for the last steps since it is unnoticable. Five star also for kuya ricky he is so accomodating and always ready to assists. This is our 4th time in Pico de Loro and this place is by far the most spacious and homey feels we've been to. Aircon unit is so cold..perfect to beat the summer heat! You wouldn't want to leave the unit! Worth the price & same as advertised! Wet clothes rack is a plus factor! We'll definitely book this unit when we go back to Pico. Host is very friendly & responsive! What I like about the host is that she did not take advantage of increasing the unit rental fee for holy week (have tried booking to other unit but was advised they will refuse our booking as they would need to increase the rental fee bcoz it's holy week).

Our family had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The space was incredibly clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The house was spacious, with plenty of room for everyone to relax without feeling crowded. The kitchen was fully equipped, allowing us to prepare meals easily, and the common areas were great for spending time together. The beds were comfortable, and every family member had their own cozy spot to unwind. Overall, this Airbnb exceeded our expectations. Whether you're a big family like ours or traveling with a group of friends, this place is a fantastic choice. We would absolutely stay here again!

We had a great time staying at this property! The place was clean, beautiful, and just a few steps from the beach, which made everything super convenient. We really appreciated the kitchen equipment—it had a good array of utensils, pots, and pans that made cooking our meals easy, though a few of them could use a bit of updating. The beach itself was fantastic! The fine black sand was beautiful, and it wasn’t very rocky, which made swimming really enjoyable. Overall, a relaxing and enjoyable stay—highly recommended!

The place is as described. The house is pretty new and well maintained so I think we had the privilege to enjoy its beauty. The view is magnificent. The water is pristine and crystal clear. The pool is great but too deep however it is as expected as it was described as deep. I’d only recommend to have someone manage the listing and communication. Had to wait for more than 15 minutes outside and there were no response on both the contact number and as well in the app. We had to find the house ourselves before we could check. If I hadn’t get out of the car and find it myself we would have waited long. Overall the place is perfect. You just had to take a plight of stairs to get there but as expected it was communicated before booking.

Maria’s place has everything you’d need in a summer get-together! From the outdoor kitchen with grill and bonfire, indoor karaoke machine to the spacious pool at the perfect temperature. And everything in between — some books, board games and a pickle ball court! If you’re one to appreciate design, you will love how the ceilings are high to let the warm air rise up and proper ventilation to let air pass through. Great for a tropical country! The way the property is laid out is amazing as well. A big common area where the kitchen, dining and TV are. The rooms on the sides to give privacy. And the big backyard where the pool is! Not to mention all the activities you can do outside with the help of their kind caretakers. We went island hopping which included snorkeling where we saw so many fishes! If you’re still not convinced, know that Maria is one of the reasons I would come back. Kind, thoughtful and lovely. You get a feeling that she’s put a lot of love to make this a home. ❤️

A very pleasant place to stay for families especially if you are looking an ocean vacation. Disclaimer: it's not beach front which what you will find mostly in Anilao. We had fun exploring other islands via rental boat which is reasonably priced as well. We will definitely revisit this place next vacation.

Big pool, Nice sunset, dirty kitchen, and nice big house. What you see in the pics is what you will get once you book here. Karaoke is not included in the amenities though, paid separate of 800 for the karaoke. Weekends have quick power interruptions. over-all, nice big place and full kitchen appliances 🫶🏻

My family enjoyed the trip and they are satisfied with the house. It’s super relaxing, it felt like home and it’s so much worth it. The Host is very considerate, kind and has a pleasing personality. I hope we can visit again. Highly recommended place! Thank you so much Mrs. Eva

The place is great overall but there are some things out of the host's control like the noisy neighbors on the upper floors can change the experience a bit. From beddings to utensils, everything is prepared and complete. Some little things could would be better fixed like the showerhead holder and the shower room glassdoors, but very minimal issues

Regina was very communicative all throughout the process. The house is very well kept and the views are awesome. The only negative that are the amount stairs and steps of the whole property. Not exactly physically disabled friendly. The views are very picturesque. It was great that the house is pet friendly. Regina’s caretaker, Inday, is such a great resource and a gem. Hopefully we can go back soon.

We had a fantastic stay at Miranda A - 304! The unit was clean, spacious, and tastefully furnished—perfect for a relaxing getaway. It had everything we needed, from a well-equipped kitchen to comfortable beds and a balcony with a nice view. The air conditioning worked well, and the Wi-Fi was reliable throughout our stay. The location within Pico de Loro was great—close to the Country Club and just a short walk to the beach. The host was very accommodating and responsive, making the whole check-in and check-out process smooth and hassle-free. Whether you’re visiting for a quiet weekend or a family vacation, this unit is a great choice. We’ll definitely be back!

We loved Rey’s casa Charlene because it’s clean, peaceful, and looks better than the photos. It doesn’t look very impressive in photos but it’s actually bigger, with high ceilings and a loft-like second floor room. It’s good value for money because it can comfortably sleep 14 people. A family of 4 can sleep in one room, another family of 4 in another room, and as many as 6 people in the room upstairs. I love that you can swim in your own pool, they have cable tv, videoke, strong wifi, and a large android tv for watching youtube. The kitchen is simple but complete with a gas stove, microwave, pots and pans, hot and cold water dispenser, a refrigerator, and good quality plates and cutlery. Plus, dishwasking liquid and a new sponge. The 2 separate toilet and bathrooms are small and could use some updating, but they’re clean and the water pressure is very strong.
