Located near Ormoc City in the Visayas region, Sand Castle Villa is classic beachfont luxury with direct access to sandy beach. The spacious villa is equipped with 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, bed linen, towels, free WiFi, free parking, a flat-screen TV with streaming services, indoor & outdoor dining areas, a fully equipped kitchen, and a rooftop terrace with sea views. Outside the gate is a furniture factory. Airbnb logo on front fence post on highway and front post of house. Long driveway from highway to house/waterfront With common bbq, outdoor shower kayak etc. Studio separately rented, complete separate entry.
